Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of exploring the impact of the cooperative learning model type "make a match" on students' scientific communication skills, particularly focused on the human circulatory system material. The research adopts a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The subjects of the study consisted of students from classes VIII-A and VIII-C at SMP Negeri 3 Keruak, totaling 48 students. Data was collected through tests using essay questions to assess students' scientific communication skills. Hypothesis analysis was performed using the Independent Sample T-Test, while the effectiveness of the "make a match" learning model and the conventional learning model aided by PowerPoint media in improving students' scientific communication skills was measured using the N-Gain test. The results of the study indicate that the "make a match" learning model has a significant impact on students' scientific communication skills, particularly on the human circulatory system material. The N-Gain test results for the experimental class were 0.59 and for the control class were 0.31, confirming that the "make a match" learning model has a relatively high effectiveness in enhancing students' scientific communication skills related to this material. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mendalami dampak dari penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam berkomunikasi ilmiah, khususnya terfokus pada materi sistem peredaran darah manusia. Penelitian ini mengadopsi desain quasi experimental dengan bentuk non-equivalent control group design. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas VIII-A dan VIII-C SMP Negeri 3 Keruak, yang berjumlah 48 siswa. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui tes menggunakan instrumen soal uraian untuk menilai kemampuan siswa dalam berkomunikasi ilmiah. Analisis hipotesis menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-Test, sementara efektivitas dari model pembelajaran make a match dan model pembelajaran konvensional yang dibantu dengan media power point dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi ilmiah siswa diukur menggunakan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran make a match memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam berkomunikasi ilmiah, khususnya pada materi sistem peredaran darah manusia. Uji N-Gain untuk kelas eksperimen yaitu sebesar 0,59 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 0,31, hal tersebut menegaskan bahwa model pembelajaran make a match memiliki efektivitas yang cukup tinggi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi ilmiah siswa terkait materi tersebut.

Abstract

Students with high motivation to study have a tendency to study harder. This PKM aims to foster the motivation to learn students (santri) at the As-saidiyah NW Tempos Islamic boarding school through the introduction of various accountant professions. Pesantren is a comprehensive institution in terms of both curriculum and learning process. Along with the times, pesantren must also be able to follow the development of technology and information. Similarly, in the field of accounting knowledge, this field is also required to be able to adapt to the development of information technology that occurs. In the accounting profession, which is a problem not only because of technological developments but also because of the lack of socialization and promotion related to the output of the accounting department, so that students experience confusion in determining their interests and expected professions. Therefore, more intense socialization related to the accountant profession is needed. This service is carried out by visiting the As-saidiyah Islamic boarding school directly to provide socialization to students related to the accountant profession. This socialization is aimed at convincing them that accountants are a profession with many opportunities. After the presentation of the material, a discussion and question and answer session was opened, from the results of the discussion showed that by knowing various kinds of accountant professions, their enthusiasm for learning increased, because many students from the As-saidiyah Islamic boarding school were interested in becoming accountants.

Abstract

The existence of MSMEs in Indonesia has been able to become an important pillar of the national economy for many years by absorbing labor, providing goods needed by the community, and contributing to the country through taxes. However, this does not mean that MSMEs are without obstacles and problems. One of the problems that MSMEs often face is the ability to prepare adequate financial reporting for themselves. The majority of MSMEs still have very little knowledge about bookkeeping, which is very important for the progress and development of MSMEs in the future. For this reason, the training activity on making cash registers for MSME business actors in the Mandalika SEZ area was held with the aim of helping to provide useful knowledge and knowledge for MSME business actors. The direct impact of this cash register training is that MSME business actors can understand how to compile a daily cash book which they need as important information so that they can continue to monitor and control the receipts and expenses of their business.

Abstract

Field Experience Practice (PPL) was conducted at UPT SD Negeri 2 Kekeri, starting on February 16, 2024, and concluding on May 22, 2024. This program provides a valuable opportunity for students to develop and strengthen their competencies in performing duties as professional educators in schools. The process of developing teaching skills for prospective teachers is pursued by applying the principles taught by Ki Hadjar Dewantara: niteni (observing), nirokke (imitating), and nambahi (developing). PPG students learn to develop their teacher identity and teaching process by integrating an analytical understanding of the context of a particular educational unit with the concepts and practices of other core courses. The students' practical experience is designed as a continuous improvement process through the lesson study format. Problems encountered in the field become part of the maturation process for students, while also providing opportunities to enhance their teaching abilities in the future.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) actors in Dasan Baru Village in implementing digital marketing strategies, optimizing the use of social media, and developing content marketing. The training was conducted using a classical (classroom-based) approach at the Dasan Baru Village Office hall and was complemented by interactive question-and-answer sessions with participants. The implementation methods included a pre-test, material delivery by four presenters, hands-on practice in digital marketing analysis, and a post-test as an evaluation tool. The activity was carried out smoothly with a total of 21 participants and was considered effective in improving the digital literacy of MSME actors. The results indicate an increase in participants’ understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media utilization, and content creation techniques. The training also encouraged participants to actively utilize digital platforms to expand market reach and increase business revenue. The implication of this program is that participants gained a better understanding of how to conduct digital marketing and effectively use social media to enhance product sales.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian nasional, namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, khususnya dalam pemasaran produk di era digital. Rendahnya pemanfaatan pemasaran digital menyebabkan terbatasnya jangkauan pasar dan pendapatan pelaku UMKM. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemasaran digital pelaku UMKM di Desa Dasan Baru guna mendorong peningkatan pendapatan usaha. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui pelatihan dengan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif, yang meliputi pre-test, penyampaian materi, diskusi, dan post-test. Materi pelatihan mencakup strategi pemasaran digital, optimalisasi media sosial, pemasaran konten, serta analisis dan optimasi pemasaran digital. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 8 November 2025 dan diikuti oleh 21 peserta yang berasal dari pelaku UMKM dan anggota PKK. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pemasaran digital yang tercermin dari hasil post-test yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan pre-test. Pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesiapan pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatkan platform digital sebagai sarana promosi. Dengan demikian, kegiatan PKM ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kapasitas pemasaran digital pelaku UMKM dan berpotensi mendorong peningkatan pendapatan secara berkelanjutan.
