Abstract

Law Number 16 of 2019 is a law that the main point is to regulate new regulation regarding the minimum age for marriage. Previously, the minimum age for marriage was 19 years for men and 16 years for women. Then this minimum limit was changed to 19 years for both. In Islam, the marriage contract (‘aqd) is a contract that is full of religious activities. However, in Islamic law or fiqh, there is no any evidence that clearly regulates the minimum age for marriage. This paper aims to analyze the rules for limiting the minimum age for marriage from a fiqh perspective. This type of research is normative-empirical legal research with a conceptual approach. The results of the study show that normatively, changes of Law Number 16 of 2019 have been in line with the provisions and principles in fiqh. However, in practice, this research proves that the changing of this law is not fully in accordance with the purposes and benefits in fiqh.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational thoughts of Ibn Sina and correlate them with contemporary Islamic education. The research methodology employed is literature review, utilizing secondary sources such as books, scholarly journals, dictionaries, documents, magazines, and others. The findings of this study reveal that Ibn Sina's educational ideas hold significant relevance to contemporary Islamic education. The research outcomes indicate that Ibn Sina was a polymath philosopher with expertise spanning various domains, including education. According to Ibn Sina, the purpose of education is characterized as universal, curricular, and operational. Ibn Sina categorized the curriculum based on the learners' age groups. Within Ibn Sina's pedagogical concept, several teaching methods are identified, including talqin (instruction), demonstration, habituation and exemplification, discussion, apprenticeship, assignments, encouragement, and discouragement. Ibn Sina also emphasizes the educator's role as a positive exemplar for the learners. The educational philosophies of Ibn Sina demonstrate relevance to contemporary Islamic education.

Abstract

Implementation of Ukhuwah and Literacy Concepts in Increasing Human Resources. Communities in Petukangan Utara, South Jakarta have low Ukhuwah and Literacy. This is caused by various factors, starting from the fact that the surrounding community, especially teenagers, participate in community activities and the few people who are aware of a good environment. Based on the problems above, Darunnjah Jakarta University students in their KKN launched a program in the form of Implementation of the Ukhuwah and Literacy Concepts in Human Resource Development. To achieve this, various activities were carried out, starting from visits to the village government to encouraging literacy policies at the village level. Conducting Socialization of the Ukhuwah and Literacy Concept Implementation program to Village Officials. Counseling the Implementation of Ukhuwah and Literacy Concepts to the Community, and Implementing Ukhuwah by participating in community activities.

Abstract

Abstrak Indonesia sangat kaya dengan sumber daya alam yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Indonesia memiliki beragam sumber daya alam slah satunya adalah sumber daya alam tambang pasir. Diketahui bahwa tambang pasir merupakan sektor yang memberikan banyak dampak baik bagi masyarakat, pemerintah maupun lingkungan. Untuk itu perlu melakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui prinsip maqashid syariah terhadap tambang pasir. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengelolaan sumber daya alam khususnya pada sumber daya alam tambang pasir yang memiliki dampak baik positif maupun dampak negatif berdasarkan prinsip maqashid syariah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka yang bersifat analisis isi (content analysis) dengan menggunakan pendekatan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan normatif syar’i. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan mencari sumber-sumber yang berkaitan dengan judul penelitian serta menelaah sumber-sumber tersebut yang dapat menjelaskan mengenai penelitian ini. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan agar pertambangan pasir memberikan banyak kebaikan dan mengurangi kemudharatan. Kata Kunci: Sumber Daya Alam, Tambang Pasir, Maqashid Syariah

Abstract

Sebagai pemenuhan atas ketetapan yang telah ditetapkan dalam agama, sebagai kewajiban calon pasangan dalam pemenuhan perjanjian pranikah yaitu mengenai mas kawin (mahar). Penelitian ini berfokus pada dua persoalan. Pertama, bagaimana pemberian mas kawin dalam proses pernikahan Kedua, bagaimana pemberian mas kawin dalam proses pernikahan dalam Fikih munakahat. Syariat Islam memudahkan pernikahan, yaitu memberikan mahar (mas kawin) sesuai dengan potensi calon pasangan, bukan sesuatu yang harus dipaksakan pada diri sendiri, dan mahar juga tidak boleh menjadi beban calon pasangan, karena Islam tidak. membatasi jumlah mahar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. As the fulfillment of the provisions set by Islam, as the obligation of the prospective partner in fulfilling the prenuptial agreement, namely regarding dowry (dowry). This research focuses on two issues. First, how to give dowry in the marriage process. Second, how to give dowry in the marriage process in fiqh munakahat. Islamic law facilitates marriage, namely giving a dowry (dowry) in accordance with the potential of the potential partner, not something that has to be forced on oneself, and dowry also cannot be a burden on the potential partner, because Islam does not. limit the amount of dowry. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach.
