Abstract

The development of science and technology as well as the fierce competition of educational institutions at this time requires schools to innovate, and be creative in making marketing strategies. Marketing strategy is one of the keys to the success of an institution in attracting public interest. The problems raised and studied in this study are: 1. How is the marketing promotion strategy carried out by the Mafatihul Hikmah Jati Agung Islamic boarding school, 2. How is the segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategy carried out by the Mafatihul Hikmah Jati Agung Islamic boarding school. This research was conducted at the Mafatihul Hikmah Islamic boarding school, Jati Agung, South Lampung with a qualitative approach. The results showed 1. Marketing promotion strategies at the Mafatihul Hikmah Islamic boarding school used print media (banners), social media (facebook and whatsapp), and word of mouth information. (personal selling). 2. The segmentation strategy applied using a geographical approach, the targeting is schools around Jati Agung, Mafatihul Himah Islamic boarding school positioning with the tahfidz program and habituation programs that are superior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between parental knowledge of balanced nutrition through the habit of bringing healthy provisions to early childhood at RA Al Amin. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach, as well as analysis techniques using correlation and simple regression. The research sample was all students of RA Al Amin with 33 respondents. Based on the research, it can be concluded that: there is a significant relationship between parental knowledge of balanced nutrition and the habit of bringing lunch. The linear value of Sig level is 0.825> 0.05, so there is a linear relationship. The value of df 2 and 29 seen from table f obtained a value of 3.33. F calculated from table 0.194, 0.194 <3.33 there is a linear relationship between parents' knowledge of balanced nutrition significantly with the habit of bringing lunch. The results of the determination of the summary model, the value of R = 0.256 and the coefficient of determination (Rsquare) of 0.065 = measurement of the correlation coefficient. The coefficient of determination shows that 6.5% of Parental Knowledge contributes to the Habit of Carrying Supplies and the remaining 93.5% is influenced by other variables.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan orang tua gizi seimbang melalui kebiasaan membawa bekal sehat pada anak usia dini di RA Al Amin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, serta teknik analisis menggunakan korelasi dan regresi sederhana. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh siswa dan siswi RA Al Amin dengan 33 responden. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: terdapat hubungan antara variabel pengetahuan orang tua terhadap gizi seimbang secara signifikan dengan kebiasaan membawa bekal makan. Nilai linear taraf Sig 0,825> 0,05 maka ada hubungan linier. Nilai df 2 dan 29 dilihat dari tabel f didapatkan nilai 3,33. F hitung dari tabel 0,194 maka 0,194 <3,33 terdapat hubungan linear variabel pengetahuan orang tua terhadap gizi seimbang secara signifikan dengan kebiasaan membawa bekal makan. Hasil determinasi dari model summary, nilai R= 0,256 dan koefisien determinasi (Rsquare) sebesar 0,065 = pengukuran dari koefisien korelasi. Koefisien  determinasi menunjukkan bahwa 6,5 % Pengetahuan Orang tua berkontibusi terhadap Kebiasaan Membawa Bekal dan sisanya 93,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Abstract:All stakeholders in educational institutions, especially teachers during the learning process in class, are responsible for improving teacher competency. Therefore, developing teacher competence is very important which is influenced by several variables, including the role of the principal himself. Based on these problems, the authors wish to conduct research on the role of school principals in improving teacher competency at the Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School, Jakarta. This study aims to identify the variables that can influence the increase in teacher competence as well as the challenges faced and the role of the principal in increasing teacher competency at Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah Jakarta. All principals and deputy principals of the Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School became the population and sample in this study. This research methodology combines qualitative and descriptive approaches. Information is collected by means of observation, discussion, and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that the role of school principals, teacher training, student learning facilities, teacher teaching experience, teacher health conditions, and educational background are factors that influence the increase in teacher competence and the quality of education. Along with the limitations of pedagogical and professional abilities, the principal's responsibility is to improve teacher competency through MGMP empowerment, academic and clinical supervision, as well as face-to-face training with other teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Manajemen Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru, Pencapaian hasil yang berkualitas memerlukan kompetensi guru yang profesional. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pendidikan dalam mendukung pembangunan nasional ke depan dan mengembangkan potensi siswa dalam persaingan internasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif. Sumber data yang diperoleh dari guru, pendataan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis data kualitatif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Manajemen Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan Kompetensi Profesional guru dilakukan melalui; (1) merumuskan perencanaan dan pengembangan sekolah (2) meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru, baik dari segi pembelajaran, administrasi, maupun perilaku; (3) melakukan pengawasan akademik secara berkala; dan (4) bekerja sama dengan pengawas, komite, orang tua, dan instansi pemerintah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Islam Raudhatul Jannah Karang Tengah Tangerang dikarenakan banyak nya anak yang belum memahami tentang pendidikan seks. Dengan adanya penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan pemahaman anak terhadap pendidikan seks agar anak terhindar dari bahaya nya pelecehan seksual, dan lebih memahami anggota tubuh yang boleh disentuh dan tidak boleh disentuh.Abdullah Nasihih Ulwan dan Hasan Hathout mengatakan bahwa pendidikan seks adalah masalah-masalah mengajarkan, memberi pengertian, dan menjelaskan masalah-masalah yang menyangkut seks, naluri dan perkawinan kepada anak sejak akalnya mulai tumbuh dan siap-siap memahami hal-hal diatas. Dengan demikian , ketika anak mencapai usia remaja dan dapat memahami persoalan hidup, ia mengatahui mana yang halal dan haram, bahkan tingkah laku islam yang luhur menjadi adat dan tradisi anak tersebut.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemahaman Anak Terhadap Pendidikan Seks terjadi peningkatan dari kondisi awal sebesar 11,91% menjadi 32,59% setelah dilaksanakan tindakan siklus I, pada siklus II pemahaman anak terhada pendidikan seks mencapai hasil 75%pada tahap terakhir dilaksanakan tindakan siklus II dengan hasil 87,34%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian menerapkan pendidikan seks anak usia dini dalam islam dinyatakan berhasil.

Abstract

Proses belajar mengajar pada Saat masa pandemi dilaksanakan secara online sehingga membuat semua pembelajaran dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan media yaitu alat elektronik yang harus didukung oleh jaringan yang memiliki akses interet, hal ini membuat para kalangan pelajar maupun orang tua yang memiliki anak sebagai pelajar merasa dituntut untuk memiliki media pembelajaran yang memadai agar anak tetap harus bisa mengikuti belajar meskipun pembelajaran dilakukan di rumah. Keadaan ini yang membuat tidak sedikit orang tua yang mengeluh karna kurangnya fasilitas yang memadai, Dikarenakan tidak semua siswa dari golongan yang mampu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa dalam pengadaan fasilitas belajar di Pesantren dilakukan sesuai dengan pedoman yang ada di Pesantren teknologi informasi dan komunikasi(PeTIK).Proses pengadaan fasilitas di Pesantren PeTIK dilakukan dengan memenuhi fasilitas pembelajaran sesuai yang dibutuhkan untuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran.sehingga pembelajaran dapat terlaksana dengan baik.Kondisi fasilitas belajar di Pesantren sudah terpenuhi meskipun ada beberapa kendaa dalam pengadaan fasilitas namun Pesantren tetap berupaya untuk menyediakan fasilitas yang dibutuhkan untuk pembelajaran sehingga pembelajaran tetap dapat terlaksana.

Abstract

Implementation of Ukhuwah and Literacy Concepts in Increasing Human Resources. Communities in Petukangan Utara, South Jakarta have low Ukhuwah and Literacy. This is caused by various factors, starting from the fact that the surrounding community, especially teenagers, participate in community activities and the few people who are aware of a good environment. Based on the problems above, Darunnjah Jakarta University students in their KKN launched a program in the form of Implementation of the Ukhuwah and Literacy Concepts in Human Resource Development. To achieve this, various activities were carried out, starting from visits to the village government to encouraging literacy policies at the village level. Conducting Socialization of the Ukhuwah and Literacy Concept Implementation program to Village Officials. Counseling the Implementation of Ukhuwah and Literacy Concepts to the Community, and Implementing Ukhuwah by participating in community activities.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing Learning Method (BTQ) on the Al-Qur'an Reading Ability of the young students of TPQ Darunnajah Jakarta, the method used, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing program . The methodology used is descriptive qualitative, specifically involving the description of observed events. The goal is to extract information that will form the basis of conceptual design. Information is obtained from official sources such as reference books, magazines, documents, and laws. Data collection methods were obtained by observation, documentation and interviews with TPQ Darunnajah. This research determines that the effectiveness of reading and writing the Al-Qur'an has a positive impact on improving the Al-Qur'an reading skills of TPQ Darunnajah students so that it is classified as effective. The effectiveness of the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing curriculum at TPQ Darunnajah can be seen from its ability to significantly increase students' fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an. The technique used is the Ummi method. Consistency in program implementation is the main supporting component, even though there are many obstacles. An obstacle that hinders progress is the limited time allocated for studying at educational institutions.
