Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) students' self-adjustment to community culture, 2) Obstacles faced by students in the process themselves with the cultural adjustment of society. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques using observation. Research results based on data analysis shows 1) Student self-adjustment to society is classified as not good at adapting. Student self-adjustment to the culture of society which is classified as not good evidenced through five indicators consisting of two dimensions. From fifth Of these indicators, only two of them were able to be fulfilled by students while carrying out the real work lecture process. 2) Adjustment constraints students in the process of adjusting to the culture of society are also not good. In this case, students in overcoming obstacles of self-adjustment do not can overcome all the obstacles that exist in adaptation to the culture of the community is proven by four indicators of adjustment constraints self is only one that can be overcome by students. Abstract

Kajian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana kesadaran merek memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen pada produk Mooi Cakes. Teknik penelitian yang diterapkan berupa pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan dukungan data kualitatif. Contoh kajian ditentukan melalui teknik accidental sampling menggunakan rumus Lemeshow, sehingga diperoleh 100 partisipan yang termasuk pengguna yang sebelumnya mengetahui atau mendengar merek Mooi Cakes. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan observasi, serta dilengkapi dengan data sekunder berupa catatan penjualan dan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan regresi linear sederhana menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 22. Temuan riset memperlihatkan bahwa brand awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, yang dibuktikan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 32,653 + 0,459X dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,443. Artinya, brand awareness mampu menjelaskan 44,3% variasi keputusan pembelian, sedangkan 55,7% sisanya terpengaruh oleh variabel eksternal di luar rancangan riset. Analisis parsial (t-test) juga memperkuat temuan ini dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 5,616 yang lebih besar daripada t-tabel 1,661 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil ini memperkuat bukti bahwa peningkatan awareness konsumen pada Mooi Cakes berdampak pada naiknya niat beli kue ulang tahun dari merek tersebut. Secara praktis, penelitian hal ini menyoroti urgensi taktik promosi yang berfokus pada peningkatan brand awareness, seperti penguatan komunikasi merek, optimalisasi identitas visual, serta perluasan jangkauan informasi produk. Dengan strategi tersebut, Mooi Cakes tidak hanya mampu menjaga pelanggan yang telah dimiliki, sekaligus mampu meningkatkan pangsa pasar melalui dorongan keputusan pembelian yang dipengaruhi oleh kesadaran merek.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of parental enthusiasm in participating in the parenting program at Cahaya Bunda Early Childhood Education (PAUD) in Sumber Agung Village, resulting in low attendance and limited understanding of the program's purpose. Additionally, low levels of children's independence were observed, often characterized by crying and shyness during parenting sessions. This study aims to determine the effect of the parenting program on children's independence at Cahaya Bunda PAUD in Sumber Agung Village. This research uses a quantitative correlational method. The data collection instrument was a validated questionnaire. The subjects consisted of 52 children and 52 parents, selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and t-test with SPSS Statistics 26. The results showed that the success rate of the parenting program was 42.30% (score range 36–44), while children's independence was 30.76% (score range 23–31). The normality test result was sig. 0.200, and the linearity test was sig. 0.099, indicating that the data met the analysis requirements. Hypothesis testing showed r count < r table (0.075 < 0.279) and t count < t table (0.596 < 1.684), leading to the acceptance of H₀. It is concluded that the parenting program does not have a significant effect on children's independence at Cahaya Bunda PAUD in Sumber Agung Village.
