Abstract

Pembangunan kepariwisataan yang dilaksanakan melalui pengembangan kekayaan alam serta kekayaan budaya bangsa yang beraneka ragam, harus mampu menjadi sarana untuk menge­jawentahkan program pembangunan daerah, sehingga  pariwisata dapat memberikan sumbangan dalam menambah pendapatan daerah, memperluas kesempatan kerja, meningkatkan dan memeratakan pendapatan masyarakat serta memperkenalkan wisata daerah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan adalah sebagai berikut : (1) Faktor obyek wisata, atraksi wisata, dan sarana pariwisata terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di kota Blitar adalah baik karena sudah ditata sedemikian rupa sehingga mampu menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke kota Blitar. (2) Pengaruh antara faktor obyek wisata, atraksi wisata, dan sarana pariwisata secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan yang berkunjung ke kota Blitar dan pengaruh antara variabel X terhadap variabel Y secara parsial terhadap kepuasan wisatawan juga signifikan. (3) Faktor yang paling dominan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di kota Blitar adalah sarana pariwisata.

Abstract

Front Office is where the provision of information for guests were in the hotel from arranging their departure, including managing payments during their stay at the hotel. To facilitate the work of Front Office, the hotel uses a system called the Emerald System. System as one of the leading framework for managing information technology control serves to bring together all the needs of management by bridging existing dividing business risks, control needs and technical issues. According to the results of questionnaires computer system in The Balava Hotel still not accurately be seen from the number of respondents who answered "yes" by 30% and "No" as much as 70% this proves that the system Emerald distractions that affect employee performance and create a long wait so the service provided front office employees less than the maximum. While variable satisfaction of the guests at The Balava Hotel Malang according to the results of the questionnaire can be inferred from the number of respondents who answered "Yes" as much as 49% and "No" as much as 51% gained a lot of complaining when the administrative process at the time of check-in and check-out, this illustrates that the front office employees still can not do a service desired by the guest.

Abstract

The Malang City Government has made efforts to develop tourist areas through the creation of tourist villages. This is done to empower the existing potential, including the empowerment of human resources and local culture. Kampung Sanan is a very popular tourist village as a creative village based on gastronomy and culture so that it can raise the potential of the village area as an economic and cultural center. It takes the involvement of tourism-aware groups in order to develop a sustainable tourist area of Kampung Sanan. A qualitative approach was used in this study to obtain actual information in order to provide an overview of the research. From the results of the study, it was found that two strategies were prioritized in empowering the Sanan village community to become a gastronomic and cultural-based Creative Tourism Village, namely: (1) coaching the residents of Sanan Village to join a tourism awareness group; and (2) assistance in making gastronomic tour packages and cultural development through the art of Bantengan Macan Kumbang to attract tourists.

Abstract

In the development of natural tourism areas in the Sirah Kencong Tourism Area, the regional government of Blitar Regency, East Java Province has made various efforts and efforts. However, this effort still has some obstacles in its implementation. This study aims to develop a sustainable nature tourism development model based on collaborative management. This study uses qualitative methods supported by quantitative data through Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) analysis. Data was collected through interviews, Focus Group Discussions, and literature studies such as RIPDA and the Master Plan for the Sirah Kencong area. The ISM (expert survey) questionnaire as a research instrument was used to obtain information about the contextual relationship of each element in the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) analysis involving 10 experts. The results of this study indicate that the development of natural tourism areas requires a more structured model with four strategies, namely (i) the establishment of collaborative management, (ii) increasing tourist attraction and tourism activities, (iii) integrating destination governance, and (iv) Increasing tourism products. In more succinct terms, the establishment of collaborative management between the regional government, academia, the private sector, the community, and the mass media is a solution to the development of natural tourism areas in the tourist area of Blitar Regency.

Abstract

Air terjun yang masih memiliki lingkungan yang asri dan pemandangan yang indah adalah wisata air terjun Coban Putri yang terletak di Kota Batu. Tidak hanya itu wisata ini juga memberikan atraksi wisata yang dapat dinikmati para wisatawan seperti flying fox, rock climbing, dan camping ground. Kepuasan wisatawan adalah salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan wisata Coban Putri Kota Batu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh daya tarik wisata dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Penulis menggunakan 99 responden yaitu wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke wisata Coban Putri Kota batu. Dalam pengambilan keputusan penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yaitu menggunakan skala likert. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) daya tarik wisata berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan; 2) fasilitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan; 3) daya tarik wisata dan fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengunjung secara bersamaan.

Abstract

Religious tourism is a new type of tourism that is being favored by several people, this type of special interest tourism is closely related to pilgrimage tourism, one of which is religious tourism to the tomb of Sunan Giri Gresik. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of partial and simultaneous promotion and word of mouth  on interest in visiting the Religious Tourism of the Sunan Giri Tomb. The population of this study is all people who have never visited or become potential tourists, with a sample of 110 people. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire given online to potential tourists. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that promotion did not partially affect the interest in visiting tourists, but promotion and word of mouth  simultaneously affected the interest in visiting. The results of further research showed that word of mouth  had a dominant effect on visiting interest. With this, it adds to the perspective that the better the role of the community in conveying positive things about a tour, the more interest in visiting tourists.

Abstract

The development of infrastructure in the form of the South Crossline provides positive impacts on the regions it passes through, including Blitar Regency in East Java Province. The South Crossline in Blitar Regency passes through several exotic beaches, one of which is Jolosutro Beach. Jolosutro Beach is already well-known as a religious tourist destination for Hindu devotees. During significant moments such as the Melasti Ceremony and the Tabur Kasanga Ceremony, this beach is crowded with Hindu devotees and domestic tourists, reaching up to 15,000 people. At other times, the beach is visited by around 500 visitors, and the number increases during holidays. To enhance the tourism appeal in the Jolosutro area, development is needed to integrate tourism activities through fisheries-based initiatives. This study utilizes the SWOT analysis method to identify several priority strategies that can be implemented to increase tourist visits and improve the income of the local community. The strategies for developing fisheries-based tourism potential in Jolosutro Beach, Blitar Regency, include: creating branding through the identification of cultural and fisheries tourism potential that reflects local wisdom values, establishing destination management governance, providing tourism human resources training, and providing funding support for fishermen and micro and small-scale businesses (CSR). Â
