Indonesia memiliki potensi daya tarik wisata alam yang beragam, menjadikan Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara dengan sektor pariwisata unggulan yang terkenal di dunia. Kabupaten Manokwari merupakan salah satu daerah di Indonesia yang memiliki beragam objek wisata alam yang indah, objek wisata unggulan di Manokwari ialah Pantai Pasir Putih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana keterkaitan antara Atraksi, Amenitas dan Aksesibilitas yang ditawarkan oleh objek wisata mempunyai dampak terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan di Pantai Pasir Putih, Kabupaten Manokwari, Papua Barat. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kajian tentang pariwisata khususnya yang berhubungan dengan Atraksi, Amenitas, Aksesibilitas dan Kepuasan Wisatawan. Penelitian ini merupakan explanatory research, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua orang atau masyarakat yang pernah berkunjung ke Pantai Pasir Putih di Manokwari. Adapun sampel menggunakan jumlah sampel minimal adalah 5-10 kali dari jumlah item pernyataan yang terdapat dikuisioner. Adapun jumlah item pertanyaan pada penelitian ini sejumlah 12, sehingga ukuran maksimal sampel penelitian ini adalah 5 x 12 = 60. Proses pengumpulan data sampel melalui open kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dan Pengujian Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Atraksi, Amenitas dan Aksesibilitas berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dimana Amenitas merupakan variabel paling berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan Pantai Pasir Putih.

Guest satisfaction is the main core of the service which is provided in hospitality industry. Guests will feel very appreciated and respected to hotel where every employee has a good communication. Communication is very important for every department, especially in the Front Office Department. Because Front Office is the most important part when guests arrive at the hotel. Thus guests will feel comfortable to stay in the hotel. The purpose of this study was to determine the importance of good communication in maintaining and improving guest satisfaction at Hotel Tugu Malang. The research method which was used in this research were interviews and observation. The conclusion shows that the communication has a very important role to support all kinds of needs in order to avoid a miss communication.

The study was conducted to determine the effect of the division of labor on the work efficiency of pastry employees at Hotel Santika Premiere Malang. Work efficiency relates to the product produced with the resources used. While the division of labor is a separator type of work done by individuals. Researchers used the Simple Linear Regression Analyze method to predict how far the value of the dependent variable will be changed if the independent variable is changed. From result of research of independent variable (X) that is Division of labor and dependent variable (Y) Work efficiency have significant relation. This is evidenced from the data processing is known significant value sebersar 0.003 0.05, with the conclusion Ho rejected and Ha accepted that there is influence between the Division of labor (X) on Efficiency of work. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung yang datang dan menginap di Hotel Horison Ultima dengan kualitas hidangan breakfast yang diberikan oleh hotel dan mengetahui penyediaan hidangan yang dapat membeir kepuasan terhadap pengunjung.. Semua hidangan yang ada yaitu kondisi kesegaran makanan, kelengkapan makanan, desain dalam penyusunan makanan dan tata warna serta kebersihan makanan harus diperhatikan karena akan berkaitan erat dengan apa yang akan didapat dandirasakan oleh pengunjung. Pentingnya Variasi Hidangan juga dapat berupaya meningkatkan kepuasan dari pengunjung hotel karena keberagaman makanan di hotel yang diberikan dan disediakan untuk pengunjung harus baik dan memuaskan, jika peranan variasi hidangan tidak diperhatikan baik-baik akan mempengaruhi terhadap kepuasan pengujung di hotel. Memuaskan kebutuhan konsumen adalah keinginan setiap perusahaan. Selain faktor penting bagi kelangsungan hidup perusahaan, memuaskan kebutuhan konsumen dapat meningkatkan keunggulan dalam persaingan. Konsumen yang puas terhadap produk dan jasa pelayanan cenderung untuk membeli kembali produk dan menggunakan kembali jasa pada saat kebutuhan yang sama muncul kembali dikemudian hari. Hal ini berarti kepuasan merupakan faktor kunci bagi konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian ulang yang merupakan porsi terbesar dari volume penjualan perusahaan.The goal of this research is : 1. To increase the satisfaction of visitors who come and stay at Hotel HorisonUltima quality breakfast dishes provided by the hotel, 2. Knowing the provision of dishes that can give satisfaction to visitors. Knowing the description of the hotel breakfast menu variations provided by Hotel HorisonUltima (Main Dish, Side Dish, Tematic Dish).All the dishes there is the condition of the food freshness, completeness food, food preparation and design in color management and food hygiene must be considered because it will be closely related to what they would receive and the part of visitors. Importance of Variation dish can also work to improve the satisfaction of hotel guests in the hotel because of the diversity of food provided and available for visitors to be good and satisfactory, if the role of variations of the dish is not considered good will affect the satisfaction of the end of the hotel. Satisfying customer needs is the desire of every company. In addition to the factors important for the survival of the company, to satisfy the needs of consumers can increase competitive advantage. Consumers who are satisfied with the products and services are likely to buy back the products and reuse services at the same time needs to reappear later.This means satisfaction is a key factor for consumers to make repeat purchases which represent the largest portion of the company's sales volume.

This study aims to analyze the effect of price and service quality of waiters on customer satisfaction. The research method used in this research is the quantitative method. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire. The dependent variable in this study is the Customer Satisfaction variable and the independent variable is the Price and Service Quality at Panderman Coffeee Shop Hotel Aria Gajayana Malang. The result is that there is a partially positive and significant effect of price on customer satisfaction who is visiting the Panderman Coffee Shop Hotel Aria Gajayana Malang following the circumstances and the economy of the community during the Covid-19 pandemic. Partially Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction who visits the Panderman Coffee Shop Hotel Aria Gajayana Malang during the Covid-19 pandemic. The quality of service provided by the Panderman Coffeee Shop gives its own impression for customers to come back to the Panderman Coffeee Shop. Based on the simultaneous test (F test) which was conducted to test whether the influence of independent (independent) variables simultaneously on the dependent variable (dependent) so that in this study Price and Service Quality simultaneously had a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic.. Based on the results of the regression test which states that the value of the Price variable regression coefficient is greater than the value of the Service Quality regression coefficient, it can be concluded that during the Covid-19 pandemic, Price has a dominant effect on Customer Satisfaction at Panderman Coffee Shop Hotel Aria Gajayana Malang.

The Malang City Government has made efforts to develop tourist areas through the creation of tourist villages. This is done to empower the existing potential, including the empowerment of human resources and local culture. Kampung Sanan is a very popular tourist village as a creative village based on gastronomy and culture so that it can raise the potential of the village area as an economic and cultural center. It takes the involvement of tourism-aware groups in order to develop a sustainable tourist area of Kampung Sanan. A qualitative approach was used in this study to obtain actual information in order to provide an overview of the research. From the results of the study, it was found that two strategies were prioritized in empowering the Sanan village community to become a gastronomic and cultural-based Creative Tourism Village, namely: (1) coaching the residents of Sanan Village to join a tourism awareness group; and (2) assistance in making gastronomic tour packages and cultural development through the art of Bantengan Macan Kumbang to attract tourists.

The heritage left in Malang City is very diverse, one example is cultural heritage but public ignorance about the existence of cultural heritage in Malang City such as buildings and historical events introducing Malang City cultural heritage to the public and tourists in a light and educative way, namely historical tourism. The History Enthusiast Community is one of the associations concerned with saving history that is serious about organizing historical tours, the Malang Old Photo community carries the theme Mbloesoekan en Djagongan every month holding activities with the aim of informing all people about historical zones in Malang City and outside Malang City. The introduction of historical zones to the community consisting of millennials is routinely carried out considering vandalism against cultural heritage buildings in Malang is still rampant. The activity of the history enthusiast group in broadcasting the historical zone gave researchers ideas to find out the process of delivering the material used in history enthusiast activities, as well as knowing the existence of the History Enthusiast Community in preserving the cultural heritage of Malang City. The method used is a qualitative method through data collection techniques such as exploration, conducting questions and answers, and documentation. As for the results and discussion, the process of delivering materials used in the History Enthusiast Community is the delivery of materials, panel discussions, and building tours. The existence of History Enthusiast Community in maintaining cultural heritage in Malang City by conducting an inventory of cultural heritage by matching photos uploaded on Instagram to save buildings, and publications.

Sanan Village is one of the tourist destinations in the city of Malang. Kampung Sanan is the center of tempe processed souvenirs in Malang City. Most of the population works as tempeh craftsmen, both for production and sales. This study aims to examine the effect of the variables of tourism products, prices, and service quality on visitor satisfaction in Sanan Village, Malang City. The data collection used is by distributing questionnaires conducted online, randomly with the number of respondents collected as many as 150 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. Data analysis tested whether there was a significant effect of the independent variables of tourism products, prices and service quality on the dependent variable of visitor satisfaction in Sanan Village, Malang City. From the results of data processing and research tests, it was found that the variables of tourism products, and service quality had an effect on visitor satisfaction. While the price has no effect on visitor satisfaction in Kampung Sanan. If simultaneously the three independent variables, tourism products, prices, and service quality affect visitor satisfaction. The results of this study also obtained that the service quality variable had a dominant influence on visitor satisfaction in Sanan Village, Malang City. This illustrates that visitors who visit Sanan Village are satisfied with the quality of service provided by Sanan Village.

Analisis Kelayakan Daya Tarik Wisata Alam Pantai Metro Kecamatan Kei Kecil Barat Maluku Tenggara. Kecamatan Kei Kecil Barat memiliki objek wisata alam pantai Metro yang terletak di Desa Matwear. Sebagai objek wisata alam, potensi wisata pantai Metro bertumpuk pada sumber daya alam dan keindahannya, pariwisata yang berkembang akan berujung pada penigkatan penghasilan daerah dan taraf hidup masyarakat. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan rekreasi perlu ditunjang dengan adanya daya tarik wisata. Metro merupakan istilah dalam Bahasa Indonesia yang dapat diartikan sebagai nama Desa Matwear.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis kelayakan daya tarik wisata alam (DTWA) Pantai Metro, Kecamatan Kei Kecil Barat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus-November 2021. Lokasi pelaksanaan penelitian adalah Wisata Pantai Metro. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis yakni analisis kelayakan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa 8 unsur/sub unsur yang dianalisis pada pantai Metro layak dikembangkan dengan 5 unsur yang sudah analisis kelayakannya serta memiliki tingkat rata-rata kelayakanya 70% dan 3 dari itu belum layak dikembangkan dengan nilai 40% .
