Abstract

The purpose of this study is to increase students' vocabulary mastery and students' motivation to learn vocabulary in grade I SDN 2 Talang Bandar Lampung. The problem in this study is that whether or not the use of word card media can improve vocabulary mastery and student learning motivation. This study uses a classroom action research method which is done in three cycles. The lesson plan for each cycle is prepared by the teacher. The results of the study can be concluded as follows: first, the increase can be seen from the average score of 58.92 in the first cycle, to 67.5 in the second cycle, and to 86.60 in the third cycle. The increase of the average score that occurred is 19.1%. Second, the increasing of students' ability in mastering the vocabulary is also followed by changes in student learning behavior in a positive direction. Students become happier, active, and give a positive response to vocabulary learning.

Abstract

on language development. Ability language is a skill by a child For disclose feeling through words And expression , so child can give information to others and can enrich treasury child . Ability language very important in stimulation since early, Because child age ready capable role active in communication. Strategy in developing capabilities speaking kindergarten students, one of only with use puppet play . The method used in this research descriptive with approach qualitative. This research that the use of the puppet show can develop speak ability on child Kindergarten age with puppet play media assistance. With this puppet media can stimulate motor skills, creativity, imagination, experimentation and exploration. By using this puppet play strategy it really attracts the attention of students, so that teachers and students are active and work together.

Abstract

Saat ini sangat sedikit  sekali anak-anak yang bisa menyanyikan lagu-lagu anak daerah Lampung.Anak-anak cenderung menyanyikan lagu-lagu yang sedang populer salah satunya lagu soundtrex film. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai karkater pada anak usia dini melalui lagu anak-anak daerah lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif dengan membuat gambaran yang dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian serta pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai-nilai Pendidikan karakter pada lagu anak-anak daerah lampung yang berjudul cinta Tuhan segenap ciptaannya, Kutak mainan, sanak santun, dan sanak teghtib, seperti:  religius, disiplin, mandiri, tanggungjawab, sopan santun, hormat, jujur, dan bijaksana. Melalui lagu-lagu anak daerah anak mampu mengenal, mengetahui, dan mempunyai rasa cinta daerah serta tanah air
