Abstract

COVID-19 that occurred in early 2020 had an impact on all community activities, including zakat, infaq and shodaqoh fund-raising institutions. This study aims to determine what strategies are carried out by the zakat, infaq and shodaqoh fund collection institutions LAZISMU Kab. Cirebon in raising funds during the pandemic. It was found that LAZISMU Kab. Cirebon in raising funds is more emphasized on the use of social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and the website lazismukabcirebon.org. From this strategy there is an increase in assets and fund balances seen from the statement of financial position.

Abstract

Currently, Islamic banking is growing rapidly, along whith these developments, employee marketing strategies mush also increase. To increase the number of customers, Islamic banks need a strategy in each of their sales products that aim to develop business at Indonesian Islamic bank KCP Plered 2. The purpose of this study was to find out how the marketing strategy of Islamic bank employees in Islamic banks Indonesia KCP Plered 2. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where the data obtained is by interviewing each marketing employee and also the director of Islamic banks. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy used in recruiting customers is to use a marketing mix strategy. Marketing mix is a form of marketing strategy that is carried out by combining several elements in integrated manner including those commonly known as the 5 (P) namely Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People. A very important role in recruiting customers in BSI Plered 2 is by using a promotion strategy itself used in recruiting customers at BSI KCP Plered 2 is pcking up the market, advertising, sales promotion, socialization, and personal selling.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the Notary's responsibility towards the legalization of underhanded deeds and how the strength of underhanded deeds that have been legalized by a Notary. The method used in this study is a normative juridical research method and it can be concluded that in article 1874 paragraph 2 of the Civil Code it is stated explicitly that signing an underhand writing is the same as affixing a thumbprint to a statement dated from a notary or other official appointed by law stating that the affixer the thumb is known to him or has been introduced to him. And an underhand deed only has the power of formal proof, that is, if the signature on the deed is recognized, it means that the statement contained in the deed is recognized and justified.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the development of socialization in promoting products from Indonesian Islamic banks. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data obtained in this article were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation techniques with customers related to research problems. The results of the study found advantages and disadvantages in carrying out promotions through direct socialization with customers. By doing this, customers can find out what products are available in Indonesian Islamic banks without having to go to the bank, the weakness is that many customers are hesitant to buy. take products from Indonesian Islamic banks because of the limited knowledge of customers about the differences between Islamic banks and conventional banks.

Abstract

ABSTRACK This study aims to understand about the types of inheritance that exist in Indonesia and where the inheritance certificate is made. The method used is library research using legal materials in the form of statutory regulations, legal materials such as books written by experts and selected relevant legal book authors, other legal materials that can provide instructions or explanations. The results of the study indicate that there are still classifications in the inheritance law system in Indonesia, considering the plurality of laws in Indonesia, the division of these groups is still recognized for its existence until now, so the applicable inheritance law also follows these groups. First, the law of inheritance according to the Civil Code or BW, for European and eastern foreign residents of Chinese descent. Second, the law of inheritance according to Islam, for citizens who are Muslim. The third, the law of inheritance according to local customary law.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami tentang perihal macam pewarisan yang ada di Indonesia dan dimana surat keterangan waris itu dibuat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan menggunakan bahan hukum berupa peraturan Perundang-undangan, bahan hukum seperti buku-buku yang ditulis oleh para ahli dan penulis buku hukum dipilih yang relevan, bahan hukum lainnya yang dapat memberikan petunjuk atau pun penjelasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih berlaku Penggolongan-penggolongan dalam sistem hukum pewarisan di Indonesia, mengingat pluralnya hukum di Indonesia, pembagian golongan tersebut masih diakui keberadaannya sampai sekarang,maka hukum waris yang berlaku pun mengikuti golongan tersebut. Pertama, hukum waris menurut KUHPerdata atau BW, untuk golongan penduduk Eropa dan Timur Asing keturunan Tionghoa. Kedua, hukum waris menurut islam, untuk warga negara yang beragama islam. Yang ketiga, hukum waris menurut hukum adat setempat. Kata Kunci: Surat, Keterangan Waris, Penggolongan Penduduk, Sistem Waris
