Abstract

The digital printing industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly along with technological advances. One The digital printing industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly along with technological advances. This study aims to determine the effect of Quality Control (QC) on production quality and efficiency at B21 Digital Printing. With a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through observation and interviews. The results show that the implementation of strict QC from raw material selection to final packing has a positive impact on product quality and operational efficiency. The existence of good Quality Control can minimize product defects, improve quality stability, and increase customer satisfaction. Operational efficiency is also affected by the reduction of time and resources wasted due to production errors. Thus, the implementation of QC at B21 Digital Printing is proven to be effective in improving production quality and efficiency.

Abstract

Perkembangan pemasaran digital menuntut pelaku usaha untuk mengadaptasi pemanfaatan konten video pendek pada platform media sosial, salah satunya melalui fitur Instagram Reels. Affection Organizer sebagai perusahaan jasa event organizer memanfaatkan fitur tersebut sebagai upaya meningkatkan kesadaran merek serta interaksi dengan audiens. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penggunaan Instagram Reels sebagai strategi pemasaran digital di Affection Organizer serta menelaah efektivitasnya dalam menarik minat calon klien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap tiga informan utama yang berasal dari divisi pemasaran. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam yang berfokus pada tahapan produksi konten, konsep visual yang diterapkan, serta tanggapan audiens terhadap konten Reels. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Instagram Reels mampu merepresentasikan suasana acara secara lebih autentik dan emosional dibandingkan konten berbasis foto, sehingga mendorong terbentuknya kedekatan psikologis antara brand dan audiens. Selain itu, Reels dinilai efektif karena selaras dengan karakteristik konsumen usia produktif yang cenderung menyukai konten visual yang dinamis, estetik, dan mengandung unsur storytelling. Kendala utama yang dihadapi meliputi tuntutan kreativitas yang berkesinambungan serta durasi produksi konten yang relatif memakan waktu. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Instagram Reels merupakan strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif dalam meningkatkan visibilitas serta daya tarik Affection Organizer di mata calon klien.

Abstract

Technology has developed rapidly in the age of scientific progress. This is unavoidable because technology can provide positive benefits for developing product innovations. With the existence of technology, humans can use it as access to search for extensive information via the internet. Socialization of Digital Marketing and Creating a Marketplace for MSME Players " aims to assist and provide insight into the importance of digital marketing management for MSME actors in Pakunden Village and Turi Village, so they can understand how to manage their products on the marketplace properly and help empowered MSMEs to learn managing digital marketing through e-commerce applications to market their products easily. This activity was carried out in Pakunden Village and Turi Village, Sukorejo District, Blitar Regency. This socialization activity has succeeded in targeting the participants of the socialization activity which had been planned previously, while creating a marketplace for MSMEs, there are several MSMEs that we have chosen to empower. It shows that the socialization activities and the creation of this marketplace can be said to be successful.
