Generation Z's behavior in consuming goods and services has a tendency to a consumptive lifestyle, which can disrupt financial stability. Therefore, skills in managing finances must be possessed by Generation Z. Financial Management Behavior must be understood because the ability to manage finances helps to avoid a consumptive lifestyle. The focus of this study is to examine the effect of financial attitude on financial management behavior mediated by external locus of control on the consumption pattern of Generation Z, who in this study are students of the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business at UPN "Veteran" East Java. The number of samples in this study is 325. This study used the PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. Based on the results of the study, it was found that Financial Attitude has a positive influence on Financial Management Behavior, and external locus of control has a partial effect on the two variables studied.

The Ar-Rohmah Savings and Loans Cooperative is transitioning from conventional cooperatives to sharia-based cooperatives, to meet the demands of cooperative members that are under Islamic values and are more just in transactions under muamalah provisions in Islam. Therefore, to help with the problems faced by the East Java Ar Rohmah Savings and Loans Cooperative and increase the capacity of its human resources, it is necessary to hold training related to Islamic financial management. This activity aims to provide training to employees of the Ar-Rohmah Savings and Loan Cooperative on how to manage finances according to sharia principles so that later they can serve customers well under Islamic sharia provisions. The implementation of this activity uses the Participatory Action Research method through three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Through the evaluation results of the pre-test and post-test with a ratio of 11.91, this community service activity has succeeded in changing the work habits of cooperative employees towards the work and knowledge they apply. The knowledge that has been obtained regarding Islamic financial management is expected to become a driving force for other Islamic cooperative employees.

Pemutusan hubungan kerja oleh beberapa pihak dari pegawai PT. Swabina Gatra yang mengikuti program ini ialah disebabkan karena adanya kemrosotan motivasi kerja dan semangat kerja dari para pegawainya, oleh karena itu maka diadakan pelatihan ini untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja bagi para PHK an karena mereka telah sadar dengan kesalahan mereka dan ingin kembali bekerja. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh PT. Swabina Gatra sehingga diadakannya kegiatan Training Recovery Program yang menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dan juga untuk membangun motivasi kerja kembali bagi para korban PHK dari mitra PT. Swabina Gatra yang masih berkeinginan untuk tetap bekerja dan mengabdi pada perusahaan. Pelatihan ini menggunakan 3 metode yakni metode penyampaian materi, metode olahraga atau olah tubuh, dan metode game secara berkelompok. Hasil dari pelaksanaan Pengabdian pada masyarakat pada khususnya pegawia yang terkena pemutusan hubungan kerja ialah Artikel Motivasi Kerja sebagai Peningkatan Semangat Kerja Pegawai PT. Swabina Gatra.

Dunia perkantoran erat keterkaitanya dengan penggunaan kertas dan menghasilkan limbah kertas dari berkas – berkas yang telah tidak digunakan. Isu tentang masalah limbah kertas ini cukup menjadi perhatian bagi banyak kalangan karena berdampak kepada lingkungan ke depanya. Timbalan sampah kertas Indonesia adalah sekitar 1,6 juta ton per tahun yang 70 persennya dapat diperoleh kembali pemulung dan dijual ke industri daur ulang kertas. Atas dasar ini maka dibuatlah sebuah Human Resource Information System untuk mengurangi penggunaan kertas dalam kegiatan kerja dan juga memudahkan kegiatan operasional di PT. Swabina Gatra. HRIS ini merupakan sistem berbasis web yang dapat diakses di mana pun dan kapan pun selama memiliki user log in yang telah terdaftar dalam sistem. Penerapan sistem ini di perusahaan masih tergolong baru sehingga perlu untuk disosialisasikan kepada pegawai tentang bagaimana pengoperasiannya dan manfaat dari menggunakan aplikasi ini. Metode pengenalan dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan, mulai dari penjelasan sistem aplikasi, penginstalan aplikasi di perangkat pribadi dan uji coba pengoperasian aplikasi. Diharapkan dengan adanya sosialisasi tentang apklisa HRIS, pegawai mampu memahami dengan baik dan mampu untuk mengoperasikanya.

Tujuan dan sasaran dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dimaksudkan sebagai upaya pemberdayaan terhadap wanita, khususnya ibu-ibu rumah tangga untuk tetap bisa berkontribusi bagi lingkungan sekalipun stereotype terhadap wanita masih santer di masyarakat. Kegiatan ini melibatkan sekelompok ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang tergabung dalam PKK di Kelurahan Kupang Krajan, Kecamatan Sawahan Surabaya. Melalui kegiatan ini peserta pelatihan diharapkan dapat memahami bahwa self efficacy atau keyakinan diri (internal) merupakan motor penggerak utama yang dapat mengantarkan mereka pada kesuksesan, termasuk sukses menjadi womanprenenur. Lebih dari itu, pelatihan ini juga akan memberikan overview bisnis yang ideal bagi perempuan agar mereka lebih termotivasi tanpa merasa takut dalam menyuarakan hak dan passionnya menjadi wirausaha. Target luaran yang diharapkan adalah ibu-ibu rumah tangga dapat teredukasi untuk mulai memiliki keyakinan dalam berwirausaha dan merencanakan bisnis mereka.Keyword : self efficacy, wirausaha, ibu rumah tangga

The development of information technology today is very sophisticated and rapid. The development of the internet in Indonesia is also increasing. Based on the survey results of the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII), there are 210.03 million internet users in the country in the period 2021-2022. The service activity carried out by the 143 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java group was aimed at Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Sananwetan village. The purpose of this study is to introduce and explain the benefits of the Shopee marketplace to increase sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Sananwetan village. Marketplace is an internet-based online media (web-based) where business activities and transactions are carried out between buyers and sellers. Buyers can find as many suppliers as possible with the desired criteria, so they get the right price. Shopee was chosen for MSMEs because the platform is tailored for each region and provides an easy, safe and fast online shopping experience for customers through strong payment and logistics support.

Branding is very important in starting a business. With the branding can increase sales and attractiveness to consumers. Branding by giving a logo that has meaning, developing social media, creating a website for SMEs in this way can be known by the public. The logo in MSMEs is also very important, the goal is for sellers to have their own brand or brand and also with the logo of the products being sold, they can be recognized by the public. In branding MSMEs, it is necessary to create content for MSMEs, create MSME social media, MSME websites and create a new logo for MSMEs, therefore MSMEs in Blitar Village can maximize sales and introduce these products.

Currently, the central government and local governments offer a lot of assistance, in the form of reduced costs in business assistance and training for business behavior, thus requiring business owners to have a Business Identification Number. Business Identification Number or NIB is the identity of business actors issued by the government through the OSS institution after the entrepreneur registers. This identity replaces several previous permits and is one of the prerequisites for obtaining a SIUP (Trade Business License). The NIB consists of a thirteen-digit number in which there is a security and an electronic signature. This NIB is valid as a business identity used by Business Actors to obtain Business Permits and Commercial or Operational Permits including to fulfill the requirements for Business Permits and Commercial or Operational Permits. The mentoring method implemented by the researcher was (1) Survey, (2) Interview, and (3) Focused Discussion. Assistance in making NIB in Karangsari Village will be carried out on April 6, 2022 to April 14, 2022. It is hoped that this NIB assistance can help MSMEs in Karangsari Urban Village to obtain business legality in order to facilitate the processing of other business letters, and show that the business does exist, operates. and worth standing up. The target in this research is about 10 UMKM in Karangsari Urban Village.

Financial knowledge is learned by Generation Z students through lectures, seminars, and training activities carried out by campuses and off-campus institutions that are still considered less able to be applied optimally, this is shown through the lack of responsibility for students to apply the knowledge they get in their daily financial behavior. This study tries to examine financial management in Generation Z, namely students majoring in management at the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur. The approach to this research is qualitative which is used to find out and provide an overview of the reality of financial management behavior by Generation Z students. Data collection techniques through conservation, interviews, and documentation studies on students. Based on the results of this study states that students are less able to manage their finances because they are faced with unwise decisions in terms of financial management.

Competition in an increasingly competitive business is one of the threats for every entrepreneur, they are required to be able to maintain and increase product sales in the midst of this competition, so efforts are needed to improve and change the products produced for the better and have competitiveness. The necessary effort is to innovate which aims to maintain and increase product sales volume. Innovation can be done based on modulation that involves changing the basic characteristics of the product through the increase or decrease of those characteristics. In addition, it can use innovation-based reduction efforts that do not change the product, but through changes to the increase in size on the market. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of modulation-based innovation and reducing efforts in developing product competitiveness in the Pia Latief Home Industry. This research is a field research and uses a qualitative approach. In data analysis, it includes data reduction, data presentation (display data), and conclusion drawing or verification. The results of this study show that innovation plays a role in developing product competitiveness as evidenced by an increase in sales volume as evidenced by an increase in sales starting in 2018-2021. The increase is due to modulation-based and effort-based product innovation.
