Abstract

Crispy chicken in Indonesia becomes a competititve business and easy business to run. The risk of the crispy chicken franchise business is very low because the crispy chicken franchise brand is know to consumers. The franchisor built his brand equity, by developing a crispy chicken franchise. Franchise prefer to buy a crispy chicken franchise business that has high brand equity. The survey was toward 100 respondent and collected 75 questionnaires from crispy chicken traders in Tegal City. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results can conclude that the dimensions of brand equity simultaneously affect business purchase behavior of the crispy chicken franchise in Tegal city.

Abstract

This community service activity as a partner is a salted egg business group in the city of Tegal. This group is vulnerable to losses that are often experienced during the production process until the sale of salted eggs. This group only sells its product in the form of salted eggs without any product innovation. The losses experienced by partners were due to the product failing to sell due to cracked eggs during the boiling process. Another influencing factor is not having the creativity to use the failed product. PKM partners are also unable to see business opportunities by creating new high-value products from defective products. The purpose of this service program is to provide solutions to the problems experienced by partners. The result of this service is that partners can take advantage of defective salted egg products for various flavored salted egg crackers, make profit/loss reports, and make advertisements on social media

Abstract

This research in Indonesian, especialy in Tegal because Investment growth in Tegal is very high, this can be seen by the number of foreign companies, hotels, malls, fast food restaurants and cafes in Tegal. The rise of fast food restaurants and cafes in Tegal is due to the high level of public consumption. In 2021, it was recorded at https://jateng.bps.go.id as many as 135 fast food restaurants and cafes in Tegal. The product served are varied, ranging from authentic Indonesian culinary dishes to foreign dishes. This study analyzes the factors that are able to build consumer purchasing decisions in consuming food at fast food restaurants and cafes in Tegal, namely the impression of quality, brand awareness, and brand loyalty. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling. The data used in this study is primary data, which was obtained by conducting surveys and distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely visitors to fast food restaurants and cafes in Tegal. The data obtained will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical tool used to process the data is SPSS 22. The results of the simultaneous test (Test F) from this study is the value of sig 0.00 < 0.05 which means the hypothesis is "proven or accepted", this proves that Perceived Quality, Brand Awareness, and Brand Loyalty have an effect on building Consumer Purchasing Decisions in Fast Food Restaurants and cafes in Tegal.

Abstract

This research is conducted in Indonesia, precisely in Tegal City as an object that is currently increasing its regional competitiveness. Tegal City is a small city located on the north coast as an autonomous region with limited natural resources. The efforts made by Tegal city government to become a city branding to compete with the surrounding area are a formidable challenge. The local government of Tegal City which already has a branding with the distinctive language of the Ngapak-ngapak Tegalan and favors tourism on the north coast. Quality and reliable Information System Technology is easily accessible by the people of Tegal City and other areas, as well as the governance of Tegal City as a destination as an important variable to be researched. The sample used in this study was 100 users of Tegal city government information system and visitors to Tegal city walk who were determined by random sampling. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling by determining the characteristics according to the purpose of this study. Data collection techniques used in this study by providing a questionnaire containing written questions to be answered by respondents. The data from the questionnaire will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results of the study show the effect of the effectiveness of Information System Quality and City Walk Concept in building of Tegal City as City Branding.

Abstract

The study was conducted in Bojongsana village, Suradadi Subdistrict, Tegal Regency from April to August 2018 to optimize land in increasing corn production, as an effort to increase the income of farmers in Bojongsana village, Tegal Regency. The population in this study were corn growers. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through direct interviews with respondents. While secondary data was obtained from the office of the Bojongsana Village Chief and the Suradadi Agriculture Service Office in Tegal Regency. Sampling using Purposive sampling, namely samples are farmers who have the ability and experience in planting corn according to the purpose of this study. Data and information collected then processed and discussed qualitatively descriptive. The results show that by optimizing the land after the rice harvest, which is utilized for corn production with the strategy of the SWOT analysis can increase farmers' income. To meet market demand for corn, there needs to be a sustainable development of corn production in Bojongsana village, Suradadi District, Tegal Regency.

Abstract

Kota Tegal yang berada di pesisir pantai utara mempunyai beberapa wisata pantai yaitu Pantai Alam Indah, Pantai Pulau Kodok, Pantai Batam sari dan Pantai Muarareja. Kota Tegal memiliki daya tarik tersendiri dibandingkan daerah sekitarnya, sehingga Pemerintah da­­e­rah dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya dalam upaya optimalisasi destinasi pariwisata p­a­n­­­tainya, dibutuhkan strategi manajemen yaitu dengan strategi analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bersifat kualitatif dari studi kasus. Pengumpulan data di­lakukan melalui survey dan observasi lapangan. Obyek penelitian ini adalah 4 des­ti­na­si pariwisata pantai. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan Purposive sa­m­pling. Hasil penelitian ini adalah keunggulan kota Tegal memiliki 4 destinasi wisata pa­n­tai dengan udara yang bersih, biaya murah dan aksesnya mudah dijangkau. Untuk me­wu­jud­kan destinasi pariwisata pantai sebagai daya tarik kota Tegal bukanlah hal yang mudah. Sa­ra­­na dan prasarana, fasilitas lainnya yang kurang baik. Tidak ada promosi gencar yang dilakukan pihak pengelola dalam memperkenalkan destinasi pariwisata ini. Permasalahan pe­­­­­­ngelolaan destinasi antara pemeritah daerah dan pengelola/masyarakat sebagai peng­ham­bat masuknya investor untuk berpartisipasi dalam mengembangkan destinasi pariwisata, dan akan memperlambat pembangunan pariwisata pantai ini. Ancaman bagi bisnis pariwisata pan­tai kota Tegal adalah wilayah disekitarnya memiliki destinasi pariwisata yang sama de­ngan fasilitas lebih baik.

Abstract

Bintang Collection bergerak di bidang konveksi memproduksi pakaian wanita, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan pakaian wanita ini. Bintang Collection perlu melakukan peramalan permintaan produknya melalui desain produk dan mutu/kualitas produknya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa desain produk, mutu terhadap peramalan permintaan pakaian wanita di Bintang Collection Tegal.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif, data yang digunakan adalah primer dan sekunder. Pengambilan sampel non random sampling, dengan teknik Purposive sampling. Data sekunder yang diperoleh akan dihitung dengan metode moving average. Data primer akan di analisa dan di uji dengan SPSS versi 25.Peramalan produksi tahun 2023 sebanyak 44.289 pcs dan permintaan sebanyak 38.289 pcs, diperkuat dengan hasil uji t Desain produk terhadap peramalan permintaan, nilai thitung sebesar 1,850 yang berarti thitung > ttabel yaitu 1,850 > 1,661 dengan nilai sig. 0,019 < 0,05 artinya H1 diterima. Peramalan produk cacat tahun 2023 sebanyak 8.003 pcs. Hasil diperkuat nilai thitung sebesar 9,980 yang berarti thitung > ttabel yaitu 9,980 > 1,661 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 artinya H2 diterima. Untuk meramalkan permintaan, Bintang Collection harus meramalkan desain dan mutu. Hasil survey ini diperkuat oleh hasil uji F diperoleh fhitung 66,318 yang artinya lebih besar dari ftabel yaitu 66,318 > 2,466 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat diartikan H3 diterima. Hasil uji F diperoleh ftabel yaitu 66,318 > 2,466 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat diartikan H3 diterima terdapat pengaruh desain produk dan mutu secara simultan terhadap peramalan permintaan.

Abstract

Lingkungan, Persepsi Harga dan Gaya Hidup masyarakat kota Tegal sangat mempengaruhi niat beli konsumen di angkringan. Persaingan angkringan juga sangat tinggi menyebabkan minat beli konsumen mudah beralih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan, harga dan gaya hidup dalam mempengaruhi niat membeli Angkringan di Kota Tegal. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dan metode accidental sampling. Pengambilan sampel yang tidak disengaja. Analisis pengolahan data yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji t diperoleh thitung > ttabel atau 1,729 > 1,661 dan sig 0,017 < 0,05, berarti H1 diterima. Hasil uji t diperoleh thitung > ttabel atau 5,274 > 1,661 dan sig. 0,000 < 0,05 berarti H2 diterima; Hasil uji t diperoleh thitung > ttabel atau 2,516 > 1,661 dan sig. 0,014 < 0,05 berarti H3 diterima. Hasil uji F diperoleh fhitung > ftabel 32,039 > 2,467 dengan nilai sig 0,00 yang berarti nilai sig. < 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05, berarti H4 diterima. Kesimpulan dari hasil uji t adalah lingkungan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli konsumen; Persepsi Harga berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Beli; dan Gaya Hidup berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Beli konsumen Angkringan di Kota Tegal. Hasil uji F yaitu Environment, Perceived Price dan Lifestyle berpengaruh positif terhadap Purcase Intention konsumen Angkringan di Kota Tegal

Abstract

Munjung Agung Village is one of the villages in Kramat District, Tegal Regency, Central Java Province. The majority of Munjung Agung villagers work as fishermen who rely on fishing products to meet their daily needs. As for the mothers, most of them work as housewives who have no other income while they actually have a lot of time to use to increase their income. The purpose of implementing this community service is to provide entrepreneurial ideas about fish processing that can be carried out by housewives, especially PKK members and motivate them to become entrepreneurs. The method used is to provide hands-on theoretical and practical training regarding processing fish into products that provide more economic benefits.
