Abstract

This study aims to analyze policy stimulus fiscal policy in Indonesia and Malaysia to anticipate the impact of the resulting economy from the Covid-19 pandemic. Study this is study descriptive. Source of data obtained from secondary data, documents, and relevant literature.  Based on the results of the study literature The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact significant on the performance sector economy especially group-related business  activity tourist like sector provision of accommodation eat drink, as well transportation and warehousing. Fiscal stimulus packages issued by the countries of Indonesia and Malaysia can be categorized as three goals, namely the stimulus for resolving crisis health society, a stimulus for destination consumption (side demand), and a stimulus for destination production (side offer). The vaccination program in Malaysia has achieved more targets fast than the vaccination program in Indonesia. Economic performance growth is positive in 2021 and 2022 for Indonesia and Malaysia.

Abstract

This study examines the moderated mediation model to determine the effect between variables partially as well as the role of non-impulsive behavior and financial capability on the effect of financial literacy on financial well-being in the moderated mediation model. This research uses a quantitative approach designed in survey research. The population of this study were students studying higher education in the Special Region of Yogyakarta totaling 129,853 students with the sampling technique using Convenience Sampling. The sample size of this study was 399 students determined by the Slovin formula. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The instrument validity test is based on Confirmatory Factor Analysis, with the reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha. The data analysis technique uses Conditional Process Analysis with the PROCESS Macro Model 8 syntax developed by Andrew F. Hayes in 2013. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial capability; (2) Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial well-being; (3) Financial capability has a positive and significant effect on financial well-being; (4a) Non-impulsive behavior moderates the effect of financial literacy on financial capability; (4b) Non-impulsive behavior moderates the effect of financial literacy on financial well-being; (5) Financial capability mediates the effect of financial literacy on financial well-being.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of lifestyle, self-control, and parental income on the financial behavior of students at Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Al-Amin Pabuwaran Purwokerto. This study is a quantitative descriptive research. The subjects in this study are students residing at Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Al-Amin Pabuwaran. The population in this study consists of 544 students. The sample size in this study is 85 students. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS version 3.0 for Windows. The research findings indicate: 1) There is a significant influence of lifestyle on the financial behavior of students at Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Al-Amin Pabuwaran Purwokerto with a path coefficient value of 0.344, a T-statistic value of 3.900 > 1.96, and a P-value of 0.000 < α (0.05). 2) There is a significant influence of self-control on the financial behavior of students at Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Al-Amin Pabuwaran Purwokerto with a path coefficient value of 0.358, a T-statistic value of 3.957 > 1.96, and a P-value of 0.000 < α (0.05). 3) There is no significant influence of parental income on the financial behavior of students at Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Al-Amin Pabuwaran Purwokerto with a path coefficient value of -0.181, a T-statistic value of 1.118 < 1.96, and a P-value of 1.534 > α (0.05).

Abstract

Student satisfaction is an important issue because it will further influence the overall assessment of the university. Skills and skills factors, facilities/facilities factors, lecturer discipline factors, academic and non-academic service factors, learning activity factors, lecture suitability factors, campus access factors, campus security factors and finally the lecturer counseling factor, are factors that influence satisfaction. student. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of facilities, personnel services, academics and lecturer services on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Yogyakarta State University. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all students at the economics and business faculty at Yogyakarta State University with a sample of 120 people. The sampling technique in this research was obtained using a simple side random method. The research results show that there is no influence of facilities on student satisfaction with a significant value of 0,112. There is an influence of academic services on student satisfaction with a significant value of 0,008. There is an influence of lecturer service on student satisfaction with a significant value of 0,000. There is an influence of facilities, academic services and lecturer services on student satisfaction at the economics and business faculty of Yogyakarta State University with a significant value of 0,000.

Abstract

The digitalization of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has become a crucial strategy for enhancing competitiveness in the digital economy era. This study examines the utilization of digital technology by MSMEs in Bandung City, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced during the digital transformation process. Employing a literature review approach and the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this research identifies the impact of the digital economy on MSMEs, including the use of cloud computing for data storage and analytics to understand consumer behavior. Despite challenges such as digital literacy gaps and budget constraints, support from the government through initiatives like the UMKM Go Digital Movement and Bandung Smart City has accelerated digitalization efforts. These programs provide significant training and assistance, with over 5,000 MSMEs receiving digital training and reporting an average revenue increase of 30%. The study concludes that collaboration among government, academia, and the private sector is essential to ensure the sustainability of MSME digital transformation. Policy recommendations are also suggested to support MSMEs in adopting digital technology more effectively

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) the influence of Pocket Money on Saving Behavior, (2) the influence of Future Orientation on Saving Behavior, (3) the influence of Saving Intention on Saving Behavior, (4) the influence of Pocket Money on Saving Behavior mediated by the Saving Intention variable, (5) the influence of Future Orientation on Saving Behavior mediated by the Saving Intention variable,  (6) the effect of Saving Intention on Saving Behavior moderated by the Financial Attitude variable. This study is a quantitative research that analyzes whether or not there is a causal relationship between the variables described. The population in this study is 129,853 active students who are pursuing higher education in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sample of this study is 399 students who were selected through nonprobability sampling with the research sample taken using convenience sampling techniques. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews, and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) to simultaneously test all relationships. The results of the study showed that (1) Pocket Money had a positive effect on Saving Behavior, (2) Future Orientation had a positive effect on Saving Behavior, (3) Saving Intention had a positive effect on Saving Behavior, (4) Saving Intention was able to mediate the influence of Pocket Money on Saving Behavior, (5) Saving Intention is able to mediate the influence of Future Orientation on Saving Behavior mediated by the Saving Intention variable,  (6) Financial Attitude is able to moderate the influence of Saving Intention on Saving Behavior.
