Abstract

This paper is aimed to provide a clear picture of differences in interest or usury and mark-up that has sometimes lead to miss-interpretation within community in a variety of banking transactions, especially on credit. The difference in price (mark up) in a murabahah transaction by “bai `bi tsaman ajil” cannot be equated with loan transactions in conventional banks, if the mark up its credit determination based on changes in interest rates that apply to each bank and can be changed at any time based on changes in interest rates, and determination that is made unilaterally by the creditor without first bargaining with the debtor. While at “murabahan bai wa tsaman ajil”, setting his mark up is made in advance at the time of the transaction and does not change until the end of the agreement.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyse the influence of organizational culture and competence to motivation; organizational culture and competence directly on performance; motivation on performance; and organizational culture and competence on employee performance through employee motivation of syariah banks in Gorontalo. The result shows that organizational culture and competence have a positive and significant effect on motivation organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. while the competence does not significantly affect the performance of employees; Motivation has a positive and significant impact on performance; And organizational culture and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation. This study recommends that further research on the same substance in the wider scope in the other organization level must be taken into account in order to obtain a more comprehensive picture of the development of contribution of organizational culture role and competence to motivation and performance of sharia banking employees, and leadership of sharia banking.

Abstract

Dualism dilemma between zakat and tax in Indonesia can be relatively mitigated by ratification of Act No. No. 38/1999 on Management of Zakat. In the regulation, zakat has been synergized with tax by placing zakat as a deduction from taxable income element (PKP). But so far it has not been given the significant impact on the acceptance of zakat and awareness of Muslims to pay zakat. There are also some problems in practical level that contribute to that fact. This article explores the zakat and tax synergy that have been achieved through Act No. 38 of 1999, the problems found in its execution, and of course an offer for a solution to optimize the role of zakat and tax for the people welfare. By examining same practice in some countries, this paper recommends zakat as a direct tax deduction (tax credit) as a strategic step in the effort to optimize the role of zakat.

Abstract

Selain sebagai seorang nabi, Rasul, dan ulil amri. Rasulullah adalah seorang pengusaha sukses yang telah meletakkan dasar-dasar konsep entrepreneur syariah. Beliau memiliki integritas pribadi yang tinggi utuh tanpa cela, karenanya beliau mendapat julukan fathanah, al-amin (karena dia siddiq dan amanah), dan tabligh. Shiddiq adalah Suatu sikap yang jujur dan selalu berbuat baik dan menghindari perbuatan seperti tidak menepati janji yang belum atau telah disepakati, menutupi cacat atau aib barang yang dijual dan membeli barang dari orang awam sebelum masuk ke pasar. Sedangkan sifat amanah adalah tidak mengurangi apa-apa yang tidak boleh dikurangi dan sebaliknya tidak boleh ditambah, dalam hal ini termasuk juga tidak menambah harga jual yang telah ditentukan kecuali atas pengetahuan pemilik barang. Amanah berarti tidak melakukan penipuan, memakan riba, tidak menzalimi, tidak melakukan suap, tidak memberikan hadiah yang diharamkan, dan tidak memberikan komisi yang diharamkan. Fathanah berarti cakap atau cerdas, di sini berkaitan dengan strategi pemasaran (kiat membangun citra). kiat membangun citra dari uswah Rasulullah SAW meliputi: penampilan, pelayanan, persuasi dan pemuasan. Sedangkan tablig adalah komunikatif, memiliki kemampan untuk berbicara, berdialog, dan kemampuan mempresentasikan dengan cara-cara yang santun, baik dan tidak menyakiti orang lain. Prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis yang diwariskan semakin mendapat legitimasi secara akademisi dipenghujung abad ke-20 atau awal abad ke-21 yang tampak prinsip bisnis modern, seperti tujuan pelanggan, pelayanan yang unggul, kompetensi, efisiensi, transparansi, semuanya telah menjadi gambaran pribadi dan etika bisnis Nabi Muhammad SAW.

Abstract

Franchising is a trend of effective and efficient business development in the present, because it is very beneficial material can also be a smart solution to minimize the sense of prestige or low self-esteem to sell or entrepreneurship for new graduates or scholars who have just completed their studies. Likewise for beginner entrepreneurs who are still afraid of the loss that is always haunting, Francise is one solution. Apart from being able to bring big and fast profits, it can also bring prestige to the managers. The development of a franchise that is very fast on the ground is expected to raise questions whether the Francise system or franchise is in accordance with Islamic values? In the context of classical fiqh, the term franchise is not known. For this reason, it is necessary to discuss Islamic economic discourse with this franchise pattern, so that we can speak classically: "can take the bad and the bad" from the franchise system that was born from the west. Like clothing fashion that comes from abroad, it must be adapted to the provisions of the Shari'a, besides clothing is really fashionable and trendy, but the important thing must also be to close the genitals. For a Muslim, muamalah is worldly freedom, for which the perpetrator is given the freedom to develop and create according to the progress of the times. Even so, freedom in making rules in bermu'amalah can not get out of shari'ah values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh tingkat pemahaman agama terhadap prilaku dagang/bisnis pedangang. Penelitian in berlangsung selamatiga bulan (Agustus-November 2013), lokasi penelitian ini adalah Pasar Minggu Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisa data dilakukan dengan pendekatan statistik regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 17.0, sedangkan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder yanga diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner (angket). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman agama yang terdiri dari Iman, Islam dan Ihsan pedagang pasar minggu Telaga tergolong tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji parsial tentang tingkat pemahaman agama tentang Iman dan Ihsan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prilaku dagang/bisnis pedagang Pasar Minggu Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo dan tingkat pemahaman agama tentang Islam tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prilaku bisnis pedagang Pasar Minggu Telaga. Sedangkan tingkat pemahaman agama secara bersama-sama yang terdiri dari iman, Islam dan ihsan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prilaku dagang/bisnis pedagang Pasar Minggu Telaga Kabupten Gorontalo.

Abstract

The activity “The Beauty of Herb” is aimed: (1) to improve the understanding of mother and young man about kinds of herb ans its usefulness; (2) to improve the creativity of mother and young man about way of processing of herb; (3) to improve enterpreneurship of mother and young man. The methods used in trouble-shooting covers: nature exploration, discourse, demonstration and practise. Its steps cover: motivation phase, phase training of theory, and phase training of practise. Data are collected by using quesionare and observasion sheet. Argomulyo’s mother and young man respond well by involving actively in every activity phase. This training have earned to improve the understanding of participants about herb ang usefulness. Participant have skill process to process the herbs as products which are prospective They also recognize herbs’ product as a business opportunity and intend to plant and propagate herb to others as eco-education.Keywords: The Beauty ofHerb, enterpreneurship, and eco-education

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengembangkan chatbot sederhana untuk membantu mahasiswa memahami metodologi penelitian pendidikan, (2) Mengetahui kelayakan chatbot sederhana untuk membantu mahasiswa memahami metodologi penelitian pendidikan, (3) Mengetahui respon chatbot sederhana untuk membantu mahasiswa memahami metodologi penelitian pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Research and Developement (RND). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian aplikasi tersebut layak digunakan yaitu ditandai dengan skor 4,425 yang diberikan oleh 4 ahli teknologi. Pada penilaian SUS aplikasi secara adjective rating bernilai excellent, dengan grade scale bekategori B dan acceptability ranges masuk pada acceptableKata kunci: chatbot, metodologi penelitian pendidikan

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of transformational leadership and religiosity on the teacher performance of private schools teachers in Tangerang which are mediated by organizational citizenship behavior. Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the private schools teacher population in Tangerang. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 224 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that religiosity have a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through mediating organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, transformatonal leadership have not significant effect on the teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through mediating organizational citizenship behavior. This new research proposed a model for building the teacher performance among the private school teachers in Tangerang through enhancing transformational leadership and religiosity with organizational citizenship behavior as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.
