Abstract

Sendang Made is a natural tourist attraction in Jombang Regency that has good potential to be developed. The potential is in the form of natural resources, history, culture, and art. Before this empowerment program is conducted, the tourist attraction has not been managed properly. Therefore, the existing potential has not been able to attract tourists. This society empowerment program seeks to optimize existing potential by integrating it into better tourist attraction management. The approach used in this society empowerment program is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach. The first stage of this society empowerment program is to map the potential possessed by Sendang Made using a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis. In this first stage, the authors conduct a research process using a qualitative approach as well as data collection techniques using field observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation from literature studies. After mapping the potential of Sendang Made, the second stage is to form a management organization for Sendang Made. The third stage is to conduct socialization and training on the management of the tourist attraction. The fourth stage is to integrate the potential of Sendang Made, especially the artistic potential of the surrounding society. The fifth stage is to help in marketing this tourist attraction through social media. The last stage is to monitor and evaluate the program implementation. With this empowerment program, it is expected to increase the number of tourists that can have an impact on improving the surrounding society's economy

Abstract

This study measures the Community Satisfaction Index towards the Corporate Social Responsibility Program of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional Dumai Unit (RU II Dumai) in 2022. The unit of analysis for this study is the beneficiaries of the CSR program consisting of the Tuna Fishermen Community, Palas Jaya Cultivation Community, and the Natural Farmer Community. Researchers use guidelines from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PERMENPAN & RB) No. 14 of 2017 in compiling indicators to determine the value of the satisfaction index. The responses collected were then tabulated and analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis methods. The research results show that the Community Satisfaction Index for the Corporate Social Responsibility Program through 44 respondents is 3.39, or 84.68 after conversion. It can be concluded that the Community Satisfaction Index for the RU II Dumai CSR Program in 2022 is categorized as "Excellent" with an "A" grade. Based on data from the 14 processed elements, the lowest score for the element of response to input and suggestions from the public is 3.2 or 79.0 after conversion, which is in the range of 62.51-81.25 with a "B" grade. Therefore, companies need to increase responsiveness to input and suggestions from the community to develop CSR programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kepuasan masyarakat nelayan terhadap program CSR yang dilakukan oleh PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (KPI) Refinery Unit (RU) II Dumai di sektor kelautan dan perikanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada anggota Kelompok Nelayan Tuna. Peneliti menggunakan pedoman Peraturan Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Permen Pan & RB) No. 14 tahun 2017 dalam menyusun indikator untuk mengukur indeks kepuasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indeks kepuasan masyarakat nelayan terhadap program CSR KPI RU II Dumai sebesar 3,43 atau 86,31 setelah dikonversi. Interpretasi dari hasil tersebut adalah bahwasanya masyarakat “Sangat Puas” dengan kinerja CSR KPI RU II Dumai di sektor kelautan dan perikanan. Namun, perusahaan perlu memperkuat komunikasi dan fleksibilitas terkait pengembangan program CSR, sehingga program yang ada sesuai dengan kebutuhan, dapat menyelesaikan masalah, serta mengakomodir kepentingan masyarakat.
