Abstract

Islamic banks as a solution for usury-free banking transactions are becoming increasingly attractive to the public, as evidenced by the increasing market share of Islamic banks. Some of the factors that influence it include herding and education. This study aims to see and measure the extent to which herding and education factors influence the public's decision to become a customer of a sharia bank. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to customers which were then processed quantitatively for multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the partial test, the herding variable has no effect on the decision to become a customer of Bank Syariah Indonesia, but on the contrary, the education variable has a positive and significant influence.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Adapun jenis dan sumber data yang dibutuhkan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan metode analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam kegiatan promosi yang digunakan oleh Showroom Sultan Motor ada periklanan, promosi penjualan, penjualan personal dan hubungan masyarakat. Dari 9 informan yang telah di wawancarai, dimana Sultan Motor dalam mempromosikan produknya hanya terfokus pada media sosial saja dan ada beberapa konsumen yang kesulitan dalam melakukan pembelian kredit Motor karena terkendala syarat yang tidak memenuhi kriteria. Adapun kendala pada Showroom Sultan Motor Jambi: kondisi pasar, kondisi dan kemampuan penjual, modal, kondisi organisasi perusahaan. Adapun solusi yang dilakukan memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen dan menanggapi dengan cepat setiap keinginan calon pembeli, memberikan solusi kepada konsumen jika tidak dapat melakukan pengkreditan karena beberapa hal yang tidak memungkinkan konsumen untuk melakukan kredit, dengan menawarkan system pembayaran yang lainnya, menambah pelanggan baru, sehingga tidak terfokus pada media sosial saja. Jika semua karyawan melakukan promosi maka peluang peningakatan penjualan juga bisa tercapai

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of using mobile banking on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia Jambi Branch. This thesis uses a quantitative approach using a simple partial regression statistical analysis method with a sample of 68 customers. The results of the study show that there is a significant influence on the mobile banking usage variable (X) on customer decisions. with the tcount value on the mobile banking usage variable (X) amounting to 12,944 with a significance level of 0,000. Because the value of tcount is greater than ttable (12,944 > 2,387) and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Then the mobile banking usage variable (X) partially has a significant influence on customer decisions in using Bank Syariah Indonesia Mobile Banking Jambi Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the public's understanding of the profit-sharing ratio (nisbah) in mudharabah at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Gatot Subroto, Jambi City. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Participants included bank customers and employees, providing insights into their understanding of the nisbah mechanism in mudharabah products. The results indicate that the public's understanding varies, with most customers recognizing the importance of nisbah as an indicator of profit sharing. However, there are still gaps in understanding the detailed mechanisms and calculations of nisbah. This research suggests the need for further education for the community on the technical aspects of mudharabah, enabling customers to make more informed and prudent decisions when choosing sharia financial products. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to enhancing financial literacy in the community.
