Abstract

Leverage Speed of Adjustment (henceforth SOA) has previously been studied by researchers; however, the examination of its connection with sharia law has been overlooked. The majority of the literature currently in circulation comes from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and Malaysian markets, so its implications for businesses in Indonesia may not be applicable given local regulations and cultural norms. This study investigates the distinction in the debt levels and the SOA of firms in Indonesia based on compliance to sharia law. The Two-step Generalized Method of Moment (GMM) model was used to calculate the SOA in the leverage model. We discover that sharia compliance plays a role in stimulating the Indonesian firm’s level of debt and leverage SOA. To put it more precisely, sharia firms use less debt and have a slower SOA than conventional firms. Overall, Indonesian firms implement the dynamic trade-off theory in their leverage framework. Instead of relying on conventional debt, which is only available at certain levels, sharia firms must issue Islamic debt instruments to accelerate the speed of adjustment. Even after a robustness test using various sharia compliance approaches, our results remained consistent.

Abstract

Faktor yang mempengaruhi minat investor dalam bertransaksi saham penting untuk dipahami sebagaimana hal tersebut merupakan referensi untuk literasi pasar modal. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah pengetahuan tentang investasi saham, saldo minimum, persepsi terhadap return, dan persepsi terhadap risiko saham. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data kualitatif dari kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada 315 investor Galeri Investasi Syariah FEBI UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda melalui Program SPSS versi 22. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang investasi saham, modal minimum, dan persepsi terhadap return saham berpengaruh secara positif terhadap minat bertransaksi saham. Sedangkan, persepsi terhadap risiko saham tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat bertransaksi saham.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the influence of marketing mix (4P: Product, Place, Price, and Promotion) in using gold saving Product for Faculty of Economic and Business Islam (FEBI) students Raden Mas Said State Islamic University Surakarta. This research is descriptive quantitative. Questionnaires were distributed to 120 students of FEBI Raden Mas Said State Islamic University Surakart a . The data were tested validity with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and reliability with Alpha Cronbach formula to test the of the research instrument. The hypothesis were analyzed by multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 23. This study found that the independent variables in this study simultaneously influenced the interest variable in using Gold Savings Products at Pegadaian Sharia. This study found that the marketing mix (4P), namely place, price, product and promotion, partially only product variables that did not affect the interest in saving gold.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Importance Perfomance Analysis (IPA) untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan dan kepuasan nasabah BSI KCP Sutoyo. Data peneitian berasal dari kusioner yang diisi oleh 150 responden dengan teknik sampling Rascoe. Kemudian data yang terkumpul dihitung gap jawabanyan dan dianalisis diagram kartesius. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan harus meningkatkan pelayanan yang berada di kuadran 1. karena memberikan pelayanan yang kurang memuaskan bagi nasabah dan dianggap penting oleh nasabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BSI KCP Sutoyo Kota tegal perlu memperbaiki dan mempertimbangkan semua fitur yang dianggap kurang dan perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah.
