Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation in the cargo logistics industry often needs help with challenges such as high costs, time delays, and gaps between business needs and system capabilities. Traditional approaches are often less responsive to change, leading to a lack of efficiency in cargo operations. This research aims to improve the efficiency of ERP implementation in the cargo logistics industry through an Agile approach. Research methods include literature analysis, interviews with industry experts, development of an Agile project plan, system testing, and evaluation of implementation results. Implementing the Agile approach in the cargo logistics industry has increased efficiency by reducing implementation costs, accelerating implementation time, increasing adaptability to change, and improving user satisfaction. This research contributes to developing best practices for ERP system implementation in the cargo logistics industry. The results can help cargo companies adopt a more adaptive and responsive approach, improve operational efficiency, and gain a competitive advantage in a competitive market.

Abstract

This research uses the Agile Scrum approach to develop Business Intelligence (BI) in a cargo company. The problems faced in the cargo industry, such as fuel price volatility and demand fluctuations, demand an adaptive and fast BI solution. The method includes stages from requirements definition to testing with Agile Scrum as the main framework. The results showed that developing BI with this approach resulted in a more adaptive, rapid, and high-quality solution. The contribution of this research is to provide a better understanding of the use of Agile Scrum in the context of BI development, provide practical guidance for the cargo industry, and provide empirical evidence of the effectiveness of this methodology in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of BI development.

Abstract

This research highlights the significant problems the cargo industry faces in managing knowledge to improve operational efficiency, overcome competition, and meet increasingly complex customer needs. Applying an Agile approach to knowledge management (KM) development in a cargo company, this research designed and implemented a responsive, adaptive, and high-quality KM solution through a series of stages such as requirements definition, planning, development, and testing. The results showed significant improvements in operational efficiency, more vital cross-team collaboration, and more accurate data-driven decision-making. At the same time, a thorough testing process proved the optimal usability, performance, and security of the developed KM solution. This research contributes to developing KM theory and practice in the cargo industry. It highlights the value of applying Agile principles in improving operational efficiency and providing significant added value to cargo companies in managing their knowledge in today's digital age.

Abstract

This research identified efficiency issues in the insurance claims process at a freight forwarding company, including the lack of system responsiveness, the complexity of claims handling, and the need for a more adaptive and transparent system. The applied research method focused on developing an Agile-based claims management system, including requirements definition, project planning, system development based on requirements specifications, phased implementation, functional, performance, security, and end-user testing, and analysis of test results. The results showed that implementing the Agile-based system successfully improved the efficiency of the claims process, optimized claims handling, reduced response time, and improved user satisfaction. This research contributes to developing a system that can be applied across industries, improving operational efficiency, customer service, and competitiveness in a competitive market.

Abstract

This research aims to address the efficiency and accuracy of the payroll process in a cargo company through the development of an Agile-based application. The problems identified include payroll processes that are still manual, prone to errors and need more flexibility in adapting the system to rapid changes in the logistics industry. The research methods used are user needs analysis, Agile-based planning, application development with design and prototyping, and functional, performance, and security testing. The expected result is implementing a payroll application that is efficient, accurate, and responsive to changes to increase productivity, reduce payroll errors, and increase employee satisfaction in cargo companies. The contribution of this research is to provide practical solutions for cargo companies in optimizing payroll management by utilizing Agile-based technology and providing a framework that can be used as a foundation for developing similar applications in the logistics industry.

Abstract

This research addresses the issues of efficiency and customer satisfac-tion in dental clinics by developing a Customer Relationship Manage-ment (CRM) application using the Agile approach. The research meth-odology includes identifying the needs of dental clinics, project plan-ning, application development based on architectural design and Agile methods, functional testing, and user acceptance analysis. The re-search results indicate that the CRM application successfully meets all tested features and achieves a user satisfaction rate of 85%. The con-tribution of this research lies in developing innovative IT solutions that are responsive to the needs of dental clinics, aiming to enhance opera-tional efficiency and patient service in the dental healthcare industry.

Abstract

This research addresses a crucial problem in the financial management of dental clinics in the digital era, requiring effective solutions to enhance efficiency and quality of dental healthcare services. The Agile Scrum methodology is implemented in the development of financial software for dental clinics as a responsive and adaptive solution to the complexity of financial processes, limited financial resources, and the need for real-time monitoring. Through a combination of qualitative interviews with stakeholders and quantitative data analysis, this study evaluates the effectiveness of Agile Scrum in addressing financial management challenges faced by dental clinics. The research findings indicate that the implementation of Agile Scrum in financial software development has made a significant contribution by improving operational efficiency, accuracy of financial management, and user satisfaction, thereby making an important contribution to enhancing the quality of dental healthcare services.

Abstract

This research investigates complex inventory management issues in dental clinic settings, including lack of transparency in stock monitoring, challenges in timely procurement planning, and the risk of losing information about expiration dates or item conditions. The methods employed include an initial analysis of existing inventory management processes, stakeholder interviews within dental clinics, and functional testing and user acceptance analysis of the developed inventory system. The research findings demonstrate that developing inventory systems using Agile methodology can address various challenges in dental clinic inventory management, yielding satisfactory results in functional testing and high user acceptance rates. The contribution of this research lies in providing practical concepts and guidelines for dental clinics to manage inventories more efficiently and adaptively, as well as laying a solid foundation for developing inventory systems responsive to changing needs and fast-paced market dynamics.
