Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengkaji pengaruh variable motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap semangat kerja karyawan yang ada pada PT. TASPEN Persero cabang Makassar. Studi ini melibatkan 65 karyawan PT. Taspen (Persero) Cabang Utama Makassar yang sudah berstatus karyawan tetap. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh responden. Hipotesis yang kami ajukan dalam studi ini akan diuji menggunakan metode regresi berganda dan akan dilakukan pengujian koefisien determinasi, uji parsial (uji-t) dan uji simultan (uji-f). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable motivasi dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan PT. Taspen Cabang Utama Makassar. Secara parsial motivasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan PT. Taspen Cabang Utama Makassar. Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan PT. Taspen Cabang Utama Makassar. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi, Semangat Kerja. AbstractThis study aims to analyze and examine the effect of work motivation and compensation variables on employee morale at PT. TASPEN Persero Makassar branch. This study involved 65 employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Makassar Main Branch with permanent employee status. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The hypothesis proposed in this study will be tested using the multiple regression method and tested for the coefficient of determination, partial test (t-test), and simultaneous test (f-test). The results showed that the variables of motivation and compensation simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the morale of the employees of PT. Taspen Makassar Main Branch. Partially, motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Taspen Makassar Main Branch. Compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Taspen Makassar Main Branch. Keywords: Work Motivation, Compensation, Work Spirit.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase interest in reading among children, especially elementary school children. This activity was carried out in Sanrobone Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency, South Sulawesi and is a collaboration between STIEM Bongaya Makassar and the Sanrobone Village Government. This community service activity is packaged in the form of counseling and mentoring in an effort to increase interest in reading at an early age in one of the Elementary Schools in Sanrobone Village. There are several ways that parents must use to bring their children closer so that children are more accustomed to reading. Provide free time to read books to your children every day, Surround your children with various reading books, Make time to read with family, Make time to read with family, Provide support for their various reading activities, Get used to going to the library, Keep up with your child's reading development, Parents need to pay attention, seek help immediately if there is a problem in reading, use various methods to help your child, show your enthusiasm when your child reads his reading book. In the future, this activity is expected to continue so that interest in reading, especially among children, will increase.

Abstract

Tanah Toa Village is one of the gods that belongs to the Kajang sub-district, Bulukumba district. So far, Tanah Toa has been recognized as a national cultural heritage, especially in the Kajang Dalam area. The non-coastal location makes agricultural activities the dominant activity among the community. Only a few residents run the business of smoking fish. Pera smoked fish business actors obtain raw materials for skipjack tuna in the Bonto Maritime area which is a coastal area. While the production of smoked fish is sold to markets around the Kajang sub-district and the city of Bulukumba. The quality of smoking that is not maximized causes smoked fish to not last long. Smoked fish produced can only last a maximum of 3 days. This makes it difficult for smoked fish production to be traded outside the province or made into souvenirs for tourists who come from out of town. The durability of the smoked fish produced is not yet good because the smoking process only lasts about 2 hours, so the water content is still there. The use of fish smoking technology is also not owned by business actors, making it difficult for business actors to have difficulty in producing good quality smoked fish.
