Abstract

This training activity aims to improve the competence of MSME actors in the field of business management and marketing, especially e-commerce marketing. The training was conducted in Enrekang district, South Sulawesi, where the participants were business actors, especially MSME businesses. There were 20 participants who took part in this activity. This activity method is carried out with a training model in the form of counseling about business management and the selection of marketing strategies, especially the right e-commerce marketing. Then the next activity is to carry out a mentoring process in the form of consultation for 6 months. The results obtained by the participants are the knowledge of the products being sold is getting better. The conclusion in this activity is that there are several obstacles that have made it difficult for the trainees to increase their business and compete in the market. From the results of direct and indirect observations, it is indicated that these obstacles are such as business management and their ignorance of e-commerce technology and the use of inappropriate marketing strategies. And the mentoring process carried out made it easier for participants to apply the knowledge they got. The results of this activity will be used as a role model for the campus to carry out similar activities in other places. As well as being a reference material for other parties who carry out community service activities.

Abstract

Sanrobone Village in Takalar Regency has promising coastal tourism potential, such as mangrove forests, traditional ponds, and local maritime culture. However, this potential has not been optimally managed by the local community. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) as a driving force for community-based tourism development. The implementation method includes field observation, destination management training, digital promotional content creation workshops, assistance in preparing integrated tour packages, and activity evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in Pokdarwis' understanding and skills in managing tourist destinations, promoting local potential through social media, and preparing attractive local wisdom-based tour packages. In addition, this activity also succeeded in encouraging synergy between Pokdarwis, the village government, and MSME actors in developing village tourism. This community service activity is expected to be a model for sustainable community-based tourism development in other coastal areas, while contributing to achieving sustainable development goals (SDGs) in the tourism sector.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Bunas Finance Indonesia (BFI Finance) Cabang Makassar, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 83 orang. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel kemampuan dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial variabel kemampuan dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. nilai R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0.664 menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas Kemampuan dan Pengalaman Kerja mampu menjelaskan variabel terikat yakni kinerja karyawan sebesar 66.4 %, sedangkan sisanya 33.6 % dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
