Abstract

Authorized Service Center (ASC) merupakan bagian jenis usaha kerjasama pelayanan teknis berupa jasa yang meliputi pelayanan perbaikan, perawatan, penjualan suku cadang dan pemasangan produk khususnya untuk pemanas air terhadap konsumen. Terdapat penurunan tingkat persentase Out SLA pada tahun 2017 dan tahun 2018, hal ini dikarenakan perubahan kerjasama ASC dari yang semula dikelola oleh distributor tunggal menjadi banyak pihak ASC. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bobot kriteria dalam pemilihan ASC. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) memiliki beberapa item kategori yaitu Biaya, Fasilitas, Kinerja, Administrasi dan Pelayanan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melibatkan para expert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan biaya adalah kriteria yang dominan besar dengan nilai 1.880 poin dalam menentukan ASC yang tepat untuk ditunjuk sebagai kerjasama dalam melakukan pelayanan teknis ke para konsumen pemanas air. Biaya yang dimaksud dalam hal ini adalah modal yang berkaitan dengan kesanggupan perihal rutinitas kegiatan operasional ASC seperti, pengadaan alat, tempat, pekerja teknis dan yang terpenting adalah untuk melakukan repeat order suku cadang.

Abstract

The activity of the automotive manufacturing industry continues to increase. The selection of electric forklift battery suppliers needs to be done because they are environmentally friendly and do not produce air pollution. Supplier selection is very important in determining the speed of delivery and the quality of raw materials to be able to meet consumer demands quickly and with quality. The purpose of this research is to select the best battery supplier and in accordance with the company's qualifications. The method used in completing this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) in assisting decision-making. The AHP method is used to determine the most dominant criterion with a pairwise comparison matrix to determine the weight. Then the weight value is used as input in the calculation of the TOPSIS method to determine the ranking. The contribution of this research can be applied in the automotive manufacturing industry in selecting electric forklift battery suppliers. Based on the calculation results, it is known that the price criterion is the most dominant criterion with a weight of 0.463. Price is a parameter that is often used by every company. In addition to price criteria, there are also important criteria, including service life 0.270, quality 0.144, service 0.079, and flexibility 0.044. Based on TOPSIS calculations, it is known that the Rocket supplier is ranked 1st and is a priority to become a supplier in the selection of forklift batteries in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Abstract

In industrial competition, of course the company will further improve the quality of its management in order to survive in the competition. One of them is to improve the continuity of production in order to meet consumer demand in a timely manner, with good quality and minimal costs. CV. Woodpacker Bekasi in conducting production activities is required to be able to predict the level of consumer demand, production capacity, place and production costs. In addition, it also predicts the number of workers needed by the company to be able to calculate the cost of production which has an impact on the selling price of the product and the break-even point as well as the company's profit. Production planning and control is a way to estimate the amount of output to be produced to meet customer needs. In addition, it is also to predict material inputs, labor required, and predict production capacity to adjust the amount of demand. This research has a purpose, namely to plan and control materials in order to determine the cost of production. The method used is Aggregate Planning. The results of the study resulted in savings in the company's inventory for 8 months (January to August 2021) of Rp. 27.310.00 with the amount of production in accordance with consumer demand. For the period of September 2021, the total production cost is Rp. 252,015,000 and sales of Rp. 527,350,000 with a profit of Rp. 275,335,000.

Abstract

Perhatian penuh terhadap kualitas sangatlah penting, agar pelanggan tidak beralih pada produk pesaing. Hal ini selalu dijalankan oleh Industri PCaG yang bergerak dalam bidang penghasil sepatu. Jika perusahaan memproduksi produk dengan kualitas yang tidak bagus, maka akan berpengaruh buruk pada image perusahaan tersebut yang akan semakin turun. Oleh karena itu penting untuk melakukan pengendalian kualitas disetiap proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan strategi perbaikan guna meningkatkan kualitas produk sepatu di Industri PCaG. Metode yang digunakan adalah Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve dan Control (DMAIC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk diperlukan strategi perbaikan yaitu mengadakan training untuk peningkatan skill pekerja, meningkatkan pengawasan oleh leader team ke operator yang sedang bekerja, pengawasan setiap hari selama 5 minutes meeting untuk mereview kesalahan yang terjadi pada kondisi abnormal, menegaskan dan sosialiasasi ke operator agar selalu mengikuti SOP, meningkatkan perawatan berkala pada mesin agar performa mesin tetap maksimal dan melakukan pergantian part pada komponen mesin yang kurang maksimal.
