Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and job desk on employee loyalty at PT. Prosperity Mainstay of Palm Oil. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The total population in the study was 75 employees with a sampling technique using saturated samples. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously there was a significant influence between the training and job desk variables on employee loyalty at PT. Prosperity Mainstay of Palm Oil. While partially the variables found that training has a significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Prosperity Mainstay of Palm Oil. Partially, it was found that the job desk variable had a significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Prosperity Mainstay of Palm Oil. Abstract

Kinerja adalah kualitas dan kuantitas kerja yang dicapai oleh seorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugas yang dibebankan kepadanya. Rekrutmen adalah: suatu proses pengumpulan sejumlah pelamar yang memiliki kualifikasi sesuai yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan. Komitmen kerja adalah: sikap yang menunjukkan loyalitas seseorang, dan merupakan proses bagaimana seorang anggota organisasi mengungkapkan kepeduliannya terhadap kebaikan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen dan komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Andalas Citra Elektrindo Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian secara parsial membuktikan bahwa rekrutmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Andalas Citra Elektrindo Medan. Hasil penelitian secara parsial membuktikan bahwa komitmen kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Andalas Citra Elektrindo Medan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa rekrutmen, dan komitmen kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Andalas Citra Elektrindo Medan. Kata Kunci : Rekrutmen, Komitmen Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Daikin Air Conditioning Indonesia merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang menawarkan produk pendingin ruangan dan berlokasikan di Jalan H. Adam Malik No. 18 Medan. Minat beli konsumen mengalami penurunan sehingga membuat tingkat penjualan perusahaan mengalami penurunan selama tahun 2020. Walaupun AC Daikin memiliki kualitas produk yang bagus, akan tetapi memiliki harga yang tinggi pula disertai dengan biaya perawatan yang cukup mahal. Air Condioner merek Daikin sudah dikenal dengan konsep ramah lingkungan yang mampu menghemat listrik sehingga terjadi penghematan penggunaan sekaligus menyajikan udara yang sejuk dan bersih. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian sebanyak 18.359 konsumen dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin didapatkan sebanyak 100 sampel. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Bauran Pemasaran dan Citra Merek terhadap Minat Beli produk PT. Daikin Air Conditioning Indonesia. Sedangkan secara parsial ditemukan variabel Bauran Pemasaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli produk PT. Daikin Air Conditioning Indonesia. Secara parsial ditemukan variabel Citra Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli produk PT. Daikin Air Conditioning Indonesia. Kata Kunci : Bauran Pemasaran, Citra Merek, Minat Beli

Abstract

This research was conducted on consumers who work at PT. Dutamulti Intioptic Pratama, Tanjung Morawa. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of marketing strategy (7P) on the effectiveness of product sales. The population and sample in this study amounted to 60 people. The sampling technique used is saturated. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of product sales at PT. Dutamulti Intioptic Pratama, Tanjung Morawa. Partially, place has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of selling PT. Dutamulti Intioptic Pratama, Tanjung Morawa. Partially, physical evidence has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of selling PT. Dutamulti Intioptic Pratama, Tanjung Morawa, the remaining product, price, promotion, people, and process variables have no effect on the effectiveness of product sales of PT. Dutamulti Intioptic Pratama, Tanjung Morawa The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the Adjusted R Square value is: 0.489 which means Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence is able to explain Sales Effectiveness of 48.9% while the remaining 51.1% influenced by variables not examined such as: Market Segmentation, Price, Product Quality, and so on.

Abstract

Abstract. Organizational commitment is: the attitude or form of employee behavior towards the organization in the form of loyalty and the achievement of the organization's vision, mission, values and goals. High commitment to employees can not be formed just like that, but it requires the application of management and appropriate actions by the company so that employees are comfortable in working and are willing to serve long periods of time such as by forming a good communication fabric and preventing work conflicts in company. The formulation of the problem in this study is the extent of the influence of communication and work conflict on organizational commitment of PT. Surya Tara Jaya Medan.The method used in this study is a survey approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. The population in this study are: permanent employees of PT. Surya Tara Jaya Medan as many as 61 employees. The sampling technique used in this study was: saturated sampling and totaling 61 employees. Data collection method is done by Likert scale. The model of data analysis used to answer hypotheses is multiple regression.The results showed that simultaneously Communication and Work Conflict had a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of PT. Surya Tara Jaya Medan and partially the most dominant influence is communication.  Keywords: Communication, Work Conflict, Organizational Commitment

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Bank DBS Indonesia, Tbk KCP Diponegoro Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Product Attributes and Market Segmentation on Deposit Purchase Interest of PT Bank DBS Indonesia, Tbk KCP Diponegoro Medan. The population numbered 126 customers while the sample in this study were: which amounted to 96 customers. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis.The conclusion in the study that simultaneously Product Attributes and Market Segmentation has a positive and significant effect on Interest in Buying Deposits of PT Bank DBS Indonesia, Tbk Diponegoro KCP Medan. Partially Product Attributes have a positive and significant effect on PT Bank DBS Indonesia, Tbk KCP Diponegoro Medan Deposit Interests. Partially Market Segmentation has a positive and significant effect on PT Bank DBS Indonesia, Tbk KCP Diponegoro Medan Deposit Interests. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination seen from the Adjusted R Square value is: equal to 0.574 means that Product Attributes and Market Segmentation can explain Purchase Interest by 57.4% and the remaining 42.6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as: advertising, service quality, personal selling and so on.  Keywords: Product Attributes, Market Segmentation, Purchase Interest
