Abstract

الزواج المبكر مشكلة مجتمعية لا يمكن حلها بالشكل الصحيح. لقد أظهرت حالات الزواج المبكر في الواقع زيادة كبيرة إلى حد ما في محكمة بويولالي الدينية منذ جائحة كوفيد-19. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد عملية طلب الإعفاء من الزواج في محكمة بويولالي الدينية أثناء الوباء. بصرف النظر عن ذلك، يهدف هذا البحث إلى استكشاف العوامل الدافعة لزيادة طلبات الزواج في محكمة بويولالي الدينية أثناء الوباء ودراسة الزيادة في طلبات الزواج في محكمة بويولالي الدينية أثناء الوباء من الشريعة الإسلامية و المنظور الصحي. طريقة البحث المستخدمة هي القانونية التجريبية. وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن عملية تقديم طلبات إعفاء الزواج أثناء الجائحة تتم وفق الإجراءات المعمول بها، ومن العوامل التي تحدث في الزواج المبكر العوامل الاقتصادية والتربية الاجتماعية والأسرة والتأثير السلبي للزواج المبكر، خطر الحمل الذي يؤدي إلى وفاة الطفل والأم، وخطر العنف المنزلي، وخطر الطلاق، بحيث أنه وفقا للشريعة الإسلامية، فإن الزواج المبكر ليس من تعاليم الإسلام لأنه ينتهك حقوق الأطفال في النمو. حسب أعمارهم ويميل إلى جلب الضرر بدلاً من البركات

Abstract

This article wants to counter that the study of religions is not intended to make students who study them become apostates, but by studying religions, students are actually more tolerant towards inter-religious communities. This type of research is field research using a phenomenological approach. To obtain data the author used observation, interview and document techniques. This research uses phenomenological analysis. The Problems appear in various forms in this global era is  very complex and multi-dimensional This certainly encourages humanity to return to paying attention to religion in an effort to find solutions to the actual problems faced. The attention seems to have increased significantly, both in the form of ideas, ideas, thoughts and movements. Many people are re-examining and discussing religion as more and more people are increasing their commitment and adherence to religion. Along with that, the field of religious studies is finding its momentum to become the idol of scientists in various fields.

Abstract

 Account officer has a very important role. This role will affect the level of profit earned by a financial institution. This is because the handler of transactions that occur between the customer and the Financial Institution is in the hands of the account officer. This study aims to analyze the role of account officer in BMT Citra Mandiri Syariah in Jepara. The research data were collected through interviews with the respondents. The results of this study indicate that the role of account officer especially in BMT Citra Mandiri Syariah Jepara is very important. This role can ultimately affect the level of profit to be gained. This is because the role of account officer who handles transactions between customers with financial institutions, including the process of financing problem settlement. In the long run the role of account officer can affect the level of cutomer loyalty.Keywords:role,account officer,loyalty

Abstract

The Tattoo Removal program serves as a driving force for spiritual transformation and significant social change, helping individuals and communities enhance their religious and social lives. As part of the hijrah process, this initiative plays a crucial role in promoting social transformation and strengthening legal awareness. This study explores the Tattoo Removal program by Brave Wani Hijrah and Rehab Hati Kudus, examining the factors that motivate participants to join and analyzing the resulting social changes and legal awareness among them. A qualitative approach is employed, utilizing case study methods, in-depth interviews, and participant observation. The findings indicate that the Tattoo Removal program effectively fosters positive change in participants, including tangible social transformation, heightened legal awareness, increased self-confidence, greater community acceptance, and a stronger commitment to legal compliance. These results highlight the significance of programs like Tattoo Removal as tools for social transformation and legal consciousness.

Abstract

Zakat is one of five major pillars to strengthen the Islamic religion. As a way to worship Allah it has some uniqueness as a worshiping that relates mankind to their God and also mankind to others in term of social responsibility that could be assumed as a religion tax. On today’s’ development of zakat Professional zakat appears on its controversies and potential power to an economy as whole. Professional zakat seems to be a good tool that classified into a source of zakat. For its founder professional zakat is derived from the figuration of agricultural zakat; due to its new existence, it comes with tough debate and controversies among some ulama’. This writing tries to examine some controversial element of professional zakat and how it finally becomes one of potential source of zakat in Indonesia that will also influence national’s economy by several mechanisms. In the end of the writing there will a compiled figure that project the contribution of zakat for Indonesian economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) in the economic sector to improve the welfare of poor widowed families, namely through the economic empowerment program of the Kampung Mandiri National Amil Zakat Institute (LAZNAS) Yatim Mandiri, Kudus Branch located in Cangkring B Village, Karanganyar District, Regency. Demak. The results showed that the LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Kudus Branch program in the formation of the Kampung Mandiri program, namely first, planning the formation of the Kampung Mandiri program in Cangkring B Village Karanganyar Demak to the implementation of the program, with the business being managed is fried onions with the branding "Guemez Onions". Second, the distribution of funds for the Kampung Mandiri program is budgeted at Rp. 128,590,000 for capital and program facilities and infrastructure. Third, monitoring the Kampung Mandiri program. The role of the Kampung Mandiri program for poor widows is first, to provide knowledge of entrepreneurship and Islam. Second, increase entrepreneurial skills. Third, increase income. The role of LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri, Kudus Branch is still not optimal in improving the welfare of poor widow families because the income earned from working wages when the production of fried onions is of little value, and the profits from sales cannot be used directly by widows because they are still collected and stored first. The Kampung Mandiri program has been supported by the existence of village approval, grants for program activities, and business capital from LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Kudus Branch. Meanwhile, the obstacles experienced are the slow rate of development, the production process is not yet optimal, the lack of cohesiveness of the members of Kampung Mandiri, and the marketing of products that are not optimal.

Abstract

In Islamic business, management serve as the basic elements that lways exist and attached to the business processes that will be used as eference by managers in carrying out activities to achieve goals. Urgency of management in a business that is designed includes five functions: planning (planning), organizing (organizing), actuating (mobilization),controlling (control), evaluating (evaluation), coordinating(coordination), motivating (motivation) and leading (leadership). Sothere are seven function from the management perspective of Islam.Business in Islam also aims to achieve four main things: (1) the targetresults: profit-material and non-material benefits, (2) growth, (3)sustainability, (4) blessing.

Abstract

Mudharabah is a special kind of partnership between two parties, where one partner providers the capital executed (shahibul mal) and the other supplying the labor and skill as agent or manager (mudharib), for investing in a pre-determined activity, which grants each party a share of the earnings as determined at the time of the investment. On this Implementation while the risk in financing mudharabah, especially on this the financing application, high relatively, among other side streaming, negligence and misconduct willful, concealment of profits by customers when customers are not honest. The amount of financing risk is shown in the ratio of non-performing finance. The high of non-performing finance indicates the large number of borrowers who can’t repay their finance in accordance with the initial agreement that has been agreed between the bank and the customer, so financing becomes problematic. Funding problems can be caused by the bank itself, the customers or external parties. KSPPS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera Mijen Kudus has been anticipating the event of a dispute banking, especially in the provision of financing problems. On this theory of completion financing problems, be done with several measures including the rescue action by intensive bill, rescheduling, re-requirements and realignment. Rescue actions made by bank on this condition that the customer is still considered to have good faith to settle the payment.
