Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine efforts to improve the memorization ability of Grade 5 students of SDN 246 Palembang through Youtube-based audio-visual media with the achievement of the results of students' average memorization skills and observation of learning outcomes, both activeness, enthusiasm, attention during lessons.The model in this study uses classroom action research which consists of 4 stages, namely; planning, execution of actions, observation and reflection. The results of this study can be explained as follows: 1) The ability to memorize QS. Al-Ma'un experienced an increase after going through several stages of the cycle. This is shown from the results of oral tests that were originally memorized only 28.13% in the pre-cycle. Then it rose to 65.63% in cycle I and the required action cycle in phase II with the results of achieving completeness value indicators 32 students with 100% memorization achievement were declared successful because they had achieved performance indicators. 2) there is an increase and change in the results of student learning observations from pre-cycle by 57.42% to 77.15% in cycle I and finally in the very good category of 87.70% in cycle II. That is, these results show a change in students becoming more active in learning during the learning process.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pada saat ini manajemen risiko proyek menjadi salah satu manajemen  yang sangat penting dalam pengelolaan setiap proyek konstruksi. Setiap kontraktor diwajibkan menyusun dokumen risiko pada saat melakukan penawaran tender proyek pemerintah. Tujuan dari pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis dan melakukan respons atau mitigasi risiko pada proyek pemerintah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di pemerintahan Kota Surabaya. Responden penelitian sebanyak 37 orang, terdiri dari Kepala Dinas, Wakil Kepala Dinas, Kepala Bagian dan Kepala Seksi serta Pengawas Lapangan yang pernah terlibat dalam pelaksanan pembangunan gedung bertingkat di pemerintah Kota Surabaya. Identifikasi risiko disusun berdasarkan teori-teori dan penelitian terdahulu. Terdapat 5 variabel, yaitu terdiri dari variabel : Sumber daya manusia (8 indikator), material (7 indikator), peralatan (5 indikator), lingkungan (4 indikator) dan pelaksanaan (7 indikator). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner (Skala Likert 1-5). Analisis data menggunakan metode severity indek dan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat 7 risiko yang termasuk katagori high risk, yaitu :  Tenaga kerja yang di perlukan kurang mencukupi, (A6) Perselisihan Kerja, (B2) Kenaikan harga material, (B3) Kelebihan  material menjadi waste/limbah, (C3) Kurangnya peralatan menyebabkan produktivitas yang rendah, sehingga mengakibatkan keterlambatan penyelesaian pekerjaan, (E1) Keterlambatan jadwal karena pengaruh cuaca, (E3) Kurangnya kordinasi antara konstruksi. Kata kunci : Risiko, Proyek, Bangunan, Gedung, Bertingkat, Pemerintah

Abstract

The main problem is how the communication strategy in fostering students' akhlakul karimah. The research uses qualitative methods and theories of persuasive theory and behaviorism. The paradigm of this research is naturalism; the source of data is the head of the madrasa, teachers, education personnel and students (primary data) and documents of fostering akhlakul karimah MTs Ma'arif Pinrang (secondary data); the research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted through data collection tools, namely observation guideline sheets, interview guidelines, digital cameras and tape recorders; data collection techniques are participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation; and testing the validity of the research results, namely credibility, transferadibility, and confirmability. The results showed: (1) The head of the madrasa in fostering the morals of students applies persuasive strategies by using assumption, integration, reward and arrangement techniques. Meanwhile, in applying the behaviorism strategy using 3 steps, namely stimulus, process and response. In the stimulus stage, the madrasah principal sets rules regarding the obligation to be morally good. At the communication process stage, the madrasah principal uses interpersonal communication of the redundancy, verbal and non-verbal communication types. The form of coaching uses exemplary coaching, habituation, advice, and punishment. From the entire series of application of communication strategies, it shows a response / improvement in the morals of students in terms of religiosity (religion), discipline, responsibility, peace-loving, environmental care and social care. (2) Supporting factors for communication are closeness, mutual respect, and feedback by students. While the inhibiting factors are voice intonation when communicating, speech speed or tempo and vocabulary due to ethnic differences.
