Abstract

Based on an initial survey of 10 pharmacists, there are still many employees (10%) who complain of being tired when the office, especially the morning service, sometimes doesn't have time to rest, eat, plus pharmacists who don't come because of illness, causing the workload to be more The survey results also showed 50% of employees expressed job dissatisfaction this was related to salary provision, relationships with superiors and job placements were not in accordance with their skills and abilities. In addition, 20% of employees show low work motivation, this is because the work environment is not conducive and the workload is high. In addition to the results of observations based on the RSKD suggestion box, the phenomenon of complaints felt by 3 patients / families, including "long pharmacy service, employees do not smile and behave rudely". Long waiting time is one of the components that have the potential to cause patient dissatisfaction. Objective: To analyze the effect of workload and job satisfaction on the achievement of quality indicators with motivation as an intervening variable for pharmacists at Dharmais Cancer Hospital. The research design that will be used in this research is a quantitative approach research model. Quantitative model is a decision model that uses numbers. In addition, based on numerical or numerical data and decision models produce decision variables in the form of numbers with a cross sectional approach. There is a significant effect between workload on the motivation of pharmacists at Dharmais Cancer Hospital, There is a significant influence between job satisfaction on the motivation of pharmacists at Dharmais Cancer Hospital, There is a significant influence between workload on the achievement of quality indicators in the Home Pharmacy Installation Dharmais Cancer. , There is a significant effect between job satisfaction on the achievement of quality indicators in the Pharmacy Installation of Dharmais Cancer Hospital., There is a significant influence between workload and job satisfaction on the achievement of quality indicators with motivation as an influential factor in the Pharmacy Installation of Dharmais Cancer Hospital

Abstract

Patient safety is an important part of health services. Patient safety is determined by the implementation of patient safety goals. Implementation of patient safety goals plays an important role in the prevention and reduction of risks, errors and injuries that may occur during service. The application of optimal patient safety goals can be determined by the nurse's behavioral factors. Nurse behavior is influenced by several factors, namely individual factors, organizational factors, and psychological factors. Research Objectives: This study aims to analyze the relationship between the leadership style of the head of the room and the clinical career leveling of nurses on the application of patient safety goals with the caring attitude of nurses as a mediating variable. Research method: quantitative explanatory because to determine the relationship between variables based on the previous hypothesis that has been put forward by previous researchers. The sample in this study was a total sampling, that is, all the nurses were 80 people. The analysis technique uses path analysis. The results of the study: (1) the leadership style of the ward head significantly affects the caring attitude of nurses; (2) Clinical career leveling significantly influences nurses' caring attitude; (3) The leadership style of the ward head significantly influences the Implementation of Patient Safety Goals; (4) Clinical career leveling significantly affects the implementation of patient safety goals; (5) The caring attitude of nurses significantly affects the implementation of patient safety goals; (6) The leadership style of the ward head indirectly significantly affects the implementation of patient safety goals through the caring attitude of nurses; and (7) Nurse's clinical career leveling indirectly significantly influences the implementation of patient safety goals through nurses' caring attitude.

Abstract

The number of hospitals that stand is a necessity of a form of competition in the field of the health industry. this also affects patients in determining the choice of a place for health services. the interest in patient re-visits can be determined by the factors of implementing patient safety and marketing mix. research objectives: this study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of patient safety and marketing mix on the interest in re-visiting patients in outpatient hospital 'x' with variables intervening patient confidence. research method: quantitative explanatory because it is to know the relationship between variables that are based on the research hypothesis. the samples in this study used the hair formula, namely (5-10) x n. the number of samples is (5) x 36, so 180sampel will be taken. the analysis technique uses structural equation modelling (sem). results of the study: the implementation of patient safety and marketing mix had a significant effect on patient confidence and interest in re-visiting. trust also significantly affects the patient's re-visiting interest. in addition, this study found that patient confidence mediated the effect of applying patient safety and marketing mix on patient re-visiting interest at "x" hospital bekasi.
