Abstract

This research aims to develop entrepreneurship module based on succes story in an effort to grow student entrepreneurship intent of economic education. Therefore, the steps of developing entrepreneurial modules based on this success story refer to the development of learning from Dick and Carey.Discussion of research using research development model (research and development). which consists of ten steps, namely: 1) perform needs analysis; 2) malakukan learning analysis; 3) analyzing learners and the context; 4) outline general goals into more specific objectives; 5) develop assessment instruments; 6) developing learning strategies; 7) developing and selecting learning materials; 8) design and perform formative evaluation; 9) make revisions; 10) conduct summative evaluation.The results of the study indicate that the assessment of the expert of the field of study, the designer of the lesson and the linguist to the result of the development of entrepreneurship module based on succes story is feasible to be used. The product component of entrepreneurship module development is based on a success story that has been piloted through five stages and revisions, to the lecturer in the field of study, the design expert of the lesson and the linguist, where the result of the assessment is a good average. The result of the development of entrepreneurship module based on succes story can improve student entrepreneurship intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Internship and Certified Independent Study (MSIB) Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) Program on Improving Skills and Work Readiness of Hamzanwadi University Students partially with a quantitative correlation research type using primary data sources collected using distributed questionnaires. This population is Hamzanwadi University students who have participated in the Internship and Certified Independent Study (MSIB) Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) batch 1 to 5, as many as 40 samples using random sampling techniques with the slovin formula. Data processing with descriptive statistical analysis techniques, prerequisite tests, simple linear regression tests, and T hypothesis tests. Based on the results of data processing, there is a partial positive influence between the variables of the Certified Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB) Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) on Improving the Skills of Hamzanwadi University Students with a significance value of 0.019 <0.05, the variables of the Certified Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB) Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) on the Work Readiness of Hamzanwadi University Students with a significance value of 0.014 <0.05. In the determination coefficient test on the Y1 variable, the results were 13.6% and Y2 obtained results of 14.7%, meaning that the improvement of skills and work readiness can be clarified by the Independent Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB) Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) variable with the remaining 86.4% and 85.3% which are clarified by the influence of other variables that are not observed and explained in this research

Abstract

The implementation of the independent campus learning policy encourages the learning process in higher education to become more autonomous and flexible. This research focuses on the aim of implementing a triple helix of integrated economic education with sustainable development goals (SDGs) to improve the hard skills and soft skills of independent campus-based economic education students at Hamzanwadi University. This research uses a qualitative research method which is field research (field research). Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Data analysis includes data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. The findings of this research apply the triple helix of economic education that is integrated with sustainable development goals (SDGs) to improve hard skills and soft skills that are adapted to the Independent Campus concept. Students are given challenges and opportunities to develop creativity, capacity, personality and student needs, as well as develop independence in seeking and finding knowledge through field realities and dynamics such as ability requirements, real similarities, social interaction, collaboration, self-management, performance demands, targets and his achievements.
