Abstract

This research aimed to (1) Describe and analyze the effects of entrepreneur subject to entrepreneurship intention; (2) describe and analyze the interaction of entrepreneur subject’s effects with lesson study approach to increase the entrepreneurship intention. This was a qualitative descriptive research based on lesson study done in the classroom, which the goal was to increase the entrepreneurship intention. Lesson study had an ability to increase the students’ entrepreneurship intention based on the observation’s result; in cycle II for the motivation score was (86,43) for very good category; discipline was (94,29) for very good category; initiative was (80,00) for good category; and responsibility was (94,00) for very good category. Lesson study increased the students’ entrepreneurship intention with average score was (4,19) which means good.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah(1) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha; dan (2) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis interaksi penaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan dengan pendekatan lesson study dalam meingkatkan intensi berwirausaha.Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif bersifat kualitatif berbasis lesson studyyang pada hakekatnya merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan pada saat mengajar di kelas dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkanintensi berwirausaha. Lesson studydapat meningkatkan intenseberwirausahamahasiswa berdasarkan hasil observasi, yaitu siklus II untuk skor yang meliputi motivasi (86,43) kategori sangat baik; disiplin (94,29) dengan kategori sangat baik; inisiatif (80,00) dengan kategori baik, dan tanggungjawab (94,00) dengan kategori sangat baik. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi, dan (2) pengaruh locus of control, self efficacy dan need for achievement secara individu maupun secara simultan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahsiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi dengan sampel sejumlah 90 mahasiswa yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan kuesioner dengan skala likert alternatif lima jawaban. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Pengaruh setiap variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik uji t dan uji statistik F dengan dipilih level of significance, ???? = 0,05 dengan tingkat keyakinan 95%. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa tingkat intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi adalah 60,0% memiliki tingkat intensi berwirausaha pada kategori sangat tinggi dan 40,0% siswa memiliki tingkat intensi berwirausaha pada kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara locus of control, self efficacy dan need for achievement terhadap intensi berwirausaha (R2 = 0,351). Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa locus of control, self efficacy dan need for achievement secara bersama-sama mampu menjelaskan varian intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa  sebesar 35,1%. Kata Kunci: locus of control, self efficacy, need for achievement dan intensi berwirausaha.

Abstract

Global competition marked by the emergence of many competitors operating in the world and the emerging markets of competitors in other countries led to the business environment into a dynamic and strong competition. With qualitative research is research that aims to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects holistically, and by way of description in the form of words and languag, in a specific context by using various natural and scientific methods. Collecting technique is interview and documentation study. Data collection methods used in this study include, the method of interviews and documentation methods The results show that is expected to coordinate all organizational elements to be managed jointly with the hope of improving the performance of the organization concerned

Abstract

This research aims to develop entrepreneurship module based on succes story in an effort to grow student entrepreneurship intent of economic education. Therefore, the steps of developing entrepreneurial modules based on this success story refer to the development of learning from Dick and Carey.Discussion of research using research development model (research and development). which consists of ten steps, namely: 1) perform needs analysis; 2) malakukan learning analysis; 3) analyzing learners and the context; 4) outline general goals into more specific objectives; 5) develop assessment instruments; 6) developing learning strategies; 7) developing and selecting learning materials; 8) design and perform formative evaluation; 9) make revisions; 10) conduct summative evaluation.The results of the study indicate that the assessment of the expert of the field of study, the designer of the lesson and the linguist to the result of the development of entrepreneurship module based on succes story is feasible to be used. The product component of entrepreneurship module development is based on a success story that has been piloted through five stages and revisions, to the lecturer in the field of study, the design expert of the lesson and the linguist, where the result of the assessment is a good average. The result of the development of entrepreneurship module based on succes story can improve student entrepreneurship intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Internship and Certified Independent Study (MSIB) Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) Program on Improving Skills and Work Readiness of Hamzanwadi University Students partially with a quantitative correlation research type using primary data sources collected using distributed questionnaires. This population is Hamzanwadi University students who have participated in the Internship and Certified Independent Study (MSIB) Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) batch 1 to 5, as many as 40 samples using random sampling techniques with the slovin formula. Data processing with descriptive statistical analysis techniques, prerequisite tests, simple linear regression tests, and T hypothesis tests. Based on the results of data processing, there is a partial positive influence between the variables of the Certified Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB) Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) on Improving the Skills of Hamzanwadi University Students with a significance value of 0.019 <0.05, the variables of the Certified Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB) Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) on the Work Readiness of Hamzanwadi University Students with a significance value of 0.014 <0.05. In the determination coefficient test on the Y1 variable, the results were 13.6% and Y2 obtained results of 14.7%, meaning that the improvement of skills and work readiness can be clarified by the Independent Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB) Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) variable with the remaining 86.4% and 85.3% which are clarified by the influence of other variables that are not observed and explained in this research

Abstract

The implementation of the independent campus learning policy encourages the learning process in higher education to become more autonomous and flexible. This research focuses on the aim of implementing a triple helix of integrated economic education with sustainable development goals (SDGs) to improve the hard skills and soft skills of independent campus-based economic education students at Hamzanwadi University. This research uses a qualitative research method which is field research (field research). Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Data analysis includes data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. The findings of this research apply the triple helix of economic education that is integrated with sustainable development goals (SDGs) to improve hard skills and soft skills that are adapted to the Independent Campus concept. Students are given challenges and opportunities to develop creativity, capacity, personality and student needs, as well as develop independence in seeking and finding knowledge through field realities and dynamics such as ability requirements, real similarities, social interaction, collaboration, self-management, performance demands, targets and his achievements.

Abstract

Transformasi pendidikan di era digital telah menjadi fenomena global yang tak terelakkan. Kemajuan teknologi telah mengubah cara guru mengajar dan siswa belajar, menciptakan sistem pembelajaran yang lebih terbuka, fleksibel, dan kolaboratif. Kemunculan platform digital, kecerdasan buatan (AI), dan media pembelajaran interaktif telah membuka akses ke sumber pengetahuan yang tak terbatas. Namun, pergeseran ini juga menghadirkan tantangan baru, seperti ketimpangan digital antarwilayah, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan rendahnya literasi teknologi di kalangan pendidik dan peserta didik. Dalam konteks ini, guru dituntut tidak hanya menguasai teknologi tetapi juga menanamkan nilai-nilai moral dan etika digital kepada peserta didiknya. Sementara itu, peserta didik harus mengembangkan kebiasaan belajar mandiri dan keterampilan berpikir kritis agar tidak hanya menjadi pengguna teknologi, tetapi juga pencipta solusi. Kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sekolah, dan masyarakat sangat penting untuk memastikan transformasi digital dalam pendidikan tetap inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Era digital jangan dipandang sebagai ancaman bagi pendidikan, melainkan sebagai peluang besar untuk membentuk generasi pembelajar yang adaptif, kreatif, dan berdaya saing global. Pendidikan harus mampu memadukan kemajuan teknologi dengan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan agar tujuan utamanya—mencerahkan dan memberdayakan masyarakat—tetap utuh di tengah perubahan zaman.
