Abstract

The development of business hosting in Indonesia is getting quicker and promising, along with the technology development and usage of internet. This development is followed by more companies that compete in hosting industry. Because of that, an analysis to one of the companies having hosting sector, PT Singcat Network was conducted. The result of analysis shows that company has a good strength to use available opportunity. But, until now the company is still less aggressive in market approaching. Strategy formulation that appropriate is needed to expand the market and in order to be able to compete and become the leader in hosting sector. Keywords:

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian yaitu untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang pengembangan pembelajaran PKn tentang materi norma-norma yang berlaku di masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui upaya guru dalam pengembangan pembelajaran PKn guna meningkatkan pembelajaran tentang materi norma-norma yang berlaku di masyarakat di SMP Negeri 1, 3 dan 4 Sindue. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dan sampel penelitian ini adalah 45 siswa kelas VII dan 3 guru PKn di SMP Negeri1, 3 dan 4 Sindue, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, kemudian pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data yang terkumpul diolah dan dianalisa secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan tiga tahap yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengembangan pembelajaran yang diterapkan guru PKn yang berada di SMP Negeri 1 Sindue dapat menarik minat belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari (materi,metode, media dan sumber) yang diterapkn oleh guru PKn dalam proses pembelajaran dibandingkan penerapan pengembangan pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 3 dan 4 Sindue.     Kata Kunci :Pengembangan pembelajaran PKn

Abstract

AbstractThis thesis aims to determine the influence of members empowerment on the attitude of saving members on the coastal CU Muare in District Sungai Kakap. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with the research form of relationship studies. The population in this study was 847 members and samples of 42 members. The data collection used are direct communication techniques, indirect communication, and documentary studies (member data). So researchers concluded that, 1) the empowerment of the Credit Union Muare members of the coastal district in Sungai Kakap subdistrict amounted to 74.30% belonging to the high category, 2) The attitude of saving the Credit Union Muare members of the coastal bank in the District River Kakap of 82.30% including In very high Ketagori, 3)) Thitung of 3.988 which is greater than the value of 2.201 so that it can Ha accepted and Ho rejected. The coefficient of determination (R ^ 2) indicates a figure of 0.285, thus the percentage influence of member empowerment of the member's saving attitude of 28.5%. So the conclusion contributes the influence of the empowerment of members to the attitude of saving members of CU Muare Coastal District in Sungai Kakap of 28.5%. Keywords: Empowerment Of Members, Attitude Of Saving, CU

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan kesantunan berbahasa dalam percakapan guru dan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar di SMP Negeri 7 Palembang. Peneliti ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yakni teknik simak bebas libat cakap, teknik rekaman, dan teknik catat. Sasaran untuk mengetahui penyimpangan prinsip kesantunan berbahasa dalam kegiatan belajar dalam pilihan kata dan cara berbicara yang santun antara guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyimpangan kesantunan berbahasa dipengaruhi oleh emosional siswa dan ada prinsip kerja sama dalam hal: (1) maksim kuantitas, (2) maksim kualitas, (3) maksin relevansi, dan (4) maksim cara. Di samping itu,  terdapat enam maksim penyimpangan prinsip kesantunan berbahasa,  yaitu (1) maksim kebijaksanaan, (2) maksim penerimaan, (3) maksim kemurahan, (4) maksim kerendahan hati, (5) maksim kecocokan, dan (6) maksim simpatisan. Simpulan kesantunan berkomunikasi guru dan siswa  cenderung menggunakan bahasa daerah dari pada bahasa Indonesia. Hal ini menjadi perhatian bagi guru untuk melatih keterampilan berbicara, baik di depan umum maupun di kelas ketikan bertanya dan diskusi.

Abstract

The problem in this discussion is the effect of the representative method of learning Arabic on the speaking skill of students. It can be demonstrated by the value of students who exceed KKM. And to know how to speak Arabic correctly. The method I use in processing this data is the experimental quantitative method. The data is collected using observation, observations and tests, then the data collected through tests, then quantitative analysis. With this we can draw conclusions whether the method used is effective in speaking skill. The representative method makes it easier for the eleventh class students in Madrasah Tarbiyah Islamiyah Koto Tuo Kumpulan, to improve the students' speaking skills. As evidenced by the scores of students who passed KKM in the experimental class, which includes: Among the 25 students studied in this study, an average Arabic learning score of 80,58 was obtained. The highest stair in the experimental class was 92, out of 12 students, 10 scored above the kilometer and two people below the KKM. From this table, the t-test refers to the result (5,518). As for the result of t-table 2,718 in 1%, and 1,796 in bike 5%, the result of calculation t is greater than t-table. The researcher concluded that the H0 is rejected and the Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The motivation for this study is these questions of imbalance in the number of students majoring in accounting with the number of certified public accountants in Batam City. The purpose of this research is to develop and anticipate problems related to the influence of the independent variables in the research on the dependent variable in the research. This study uses primary data with quantitative methods, namely by conducting a direct survey of the research population with the qualifications determined by the researcher. Then the survey results that have been obtained are processed using the SPSS version 20.0 application to generate useful information for drawing research conclusions and supporting/rejecting the theoretical basis that underlies this research. The results obtained from this study are that the independent research variables (financial rewards, family environment, and labor market considerations) partially and simultaneously influence students' interest in careers to become Certified Public Accountants. The conclusion in this study is that the researcher rejects h0 which states that the independent variables have no effect on the dependent variable, and accepts H1, H2, H3, and H4 which state that Independent variables partially or completely affect the dependent variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya perilaku hiperaktif di kelas ditandai dengan tidak melakukan perintah, berteriak, berlari, melompat, serta mengambil barang teman di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku hiperaktif siswa R kelas 2C SD Panca Setya 2 Sintang. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa R, orangtua R, guru kelas R, dua orang teman kelas R, dan guru les R. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tringulasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis interaktif yang terdiri dari tiga komponen analisis, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verification. Hasil penelitian (1) R memiliki ciri perilaku hiperaktif yaitu: Inatensi (pemusatan perhatian yang kurang), hiperaktif (perilaku anak yang tidak bisa), impulsif (kesulitan anak untuk menunda respon). Perilaku lebih dominan Inatensi (pemusatan perhatian yang kurang). (2) Faktor penyebab perilaku hiperaktif siswa “R” adalah faktor eksternal yaitu persalinan. (3) Upaya yang dilakukan orang tua sejauh ini yaitu mendidik R dengan sabar, setia memperhatikan R dan tidak menunjukan wajah marah dihadapan R, memahami R dengan memberikan nutrisi sebaik mungkin serta melakukan terapi perilaku dengan guru lesn memberikan nutrisi sebaik mungkin serta melakukan terapi perilaku dengan guru les.Kata kunci: Perilaku, Hiperaktif, Siswa, Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Internship and Certified Independent Study (MSIB) Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) Program on Improving Skills and Work Readiness of Hamzanwadi University Students partially with a quantitative correlation research type using primary data sources collected using distributed questionnaires. This population is Hamzanwadi University students who have participated in the Internship and Certified Independent Study (MSIB) Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) batch 1 to 5, as many as 40 samples using random sampling techniques with the slovin formula. Data processing with descriptive statistical analysis techniques, prerequisite tests, simple linear regression tests, and T hypothesis tests. Based on the results of data processing, there is a partial positive influence between the variables of the Certified Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB) Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) on Improving the Skills of Hamzanwadi University Students with a significance value of 0.019 <0.05, the variables of the Certified Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB) Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) on the Work Readiness of Hamzanwadi University Students with a significance value of 0.014 <0.05. In the determination coefficient test on the Y1 variable, the results were 13.6% and Y2 obtained results of 14.7%, meaning that the improvement of skills and work readiness can be clarified by the Independent Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB) Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) variable with the remaining 86.4% and 85.3% which are clarified by the influence of other variables that are not observed and explained in this research

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair yang berbahan kotoran sapi dengan berbagai komposisi terhadap pertumbuhan cabai rawit. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan terhitung sejak bulan Mei 2024 sampai dengan Juli 2024, dilakukan dengan eksperimental satu arah yang menggunakan 3 faktor (kotoran hewan, limbah cair tahu, dan em4 + molase) dengan 3 level sehingga didapatkan 9 rancangan eksperimen. Selanjutnya uji aplikatif pada media tanah merah menggunakan 3 kali replikasi, sehingga terdapat 27 percobaan penanaman cabai rawit. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah ANOVA satu arah. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk cair berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman cabai rawit. Pertumbuhan cabai rawit tertinggi yaitu 13,8 cm dihasilkan dari komposisi satu. Bahan baku komposisi ini yaitu 3kg kotoran sapi 7 liter limbah tahu 60 molase 100 ml EM4 dengan fermentasi 20 hari.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of the transformation of the Digital Marketing curriculum on students' creativity in e-commerce and their awareness of digital security and ethics at distance learning universities. Involving 89 respondents across Indonesia, this research employed a quantitative approach and linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between variables. The results indicate a significant positive influence between the transformation of the Digital Marketing curriculum and students' creativity, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.78 and p-value < 0.05. This suggests that improving the quality of the curriculum can stimulate students' creativity in developing innovative marketing strategies. The study also reveals that curriculum transformation incorporating interactive modules and project-based simulations enhances students' awareness of digital security practices and ethics, aligning with previous research by Jones and Jones (2022) and Nwankwo and Ayoade (2022). Integrating ethical and security aspects into course materials helps students understand the importance of data privacy and responsible behavior in digital environments. These findings emphasize the need for the continuous development of a comprehensive Digital Marketing curriculum that includes practical, ethical, and creative approaches. The practical implications of this research direct universities to enrich their course content with real-world case projects, cybersecurity training, and collaboration with industry professionals to provide deeper insights. The results of this study are expected to serve as a foundation for developing curricula that equip students not only with technical skills but also prepare them to become creative and responsible professionals in the digital era.
