Abstract

Abstract : Engklek game is a type of traditional children’s games are quite popular in his time. engklek become the most widely played game, the many variants, both the name and form. In this paper we study about the importance of maintaining engklek game in the middle of the rapids game paced modern luxury. Engklek game is not meant to get rid of the modern game, not antipathy to the modern game. The game is intended as a counterweight engklek between the modern game and traditional games. The analysis in this paper includes the values contained in the game engklek seen from the pattern drawing and playing techniques. The expected result is the kids have fun in the play engklek especially able to absorb the values contained in the game engklek like sportivity, hard work, creativity, and sense of community

Abstract

Abstract

The application of the blended learning model in learning listening skills described to know the learning outcomes and student responses is the aim of this study. The equivalent type of time series quasi-experimental design is the design model used in this study. The samples of the study were twenty one students from the S1 Indonesian Language and Literature Education in the academic year of two thousand nineteen by a purposive sampling method. The outcomes showed that there was an increase in the average student learning outcomes at each level. The result is evidence of improved learning outcomes. From the results of stude nt responses as a whole, students feel enthusiastic due to the blended learning model application which makes them enjoy the process of the learning more. There are eighty-five percent of students enthusiastic due to the blended learning model application which makes them enjoy the process of the learning more, which makes students more motivated, their interest increases, and there is also an increase in students' learning awareness by the application of the blended learning model in listening skills.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji citra perempuan tangguh dalam novel Tirakating Manah karya Sela Istigfari melalui pendekatan kritik feminis. Dalam banyak karya sastra, perempuan sering direpresentasikan sebagai sosok yang lemah, pasif, dan berada pada posisi subordinat akibat kuatnya budaya patriarki. Representasi tersebut secara tidak langsung memperkuat stereotip dan ketimpangan gender dalam kehidupan sosial. Namun, novel Tirakating Manah menghadirkan gambaran yang berbeda. Tokoh perempuan dalam novel ini digambarkan memiliki keteguhan hati, kemandirian berpikir, serta keberanian dalam menghadapi tekanan dan konflik sosial budaya yang melingkupinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis isi terhadap teks novel sebagai sumber data utama. Analisis difokuskan pada sikap, tindakan, dan dialog tokoh perempuan yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai ketangguhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tokoh perempuan tidak semata-mata diposisikan sebagai korban keadaan, melainkan sebagai subjek aktif yang mampu menentukan pilihan hidupnya. Dengan demikian, novel ini memuat kritik feminis yang relevan dan sejalan dengan upaya memperjuangkan kesetaraan gender dalam konteks masyarakat modern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas Dekonstruksi Kepercayaan Mitos Nyi Roro Kidul dalam novel Segara Kidul karya Saga Paramartha Kajian Kritik Sosial sebagai representasi transformasi kepercayaan mistik masyarakat Jawa dalam Sastra Daerah. Urgensi penelitian didasari oleh masih kuatnya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap mitos supranatural di tengah berkembangnya rasionalitas ilmiah modern. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bentuk dekonstruksi mitos serta mengungkap fungsi kritik sosial melalui representasi naratif novel. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan kritik sosial. Peneliti berperan sebagai instrumen utama yang didukung data, dengan novel Segara Kidul sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumentasi dengan metode baca dan catat, lalu dianalisis secara tekstual dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa mitos Nyi Roro Kidul telah bertransformasi dari sekadar kekuatan supranatural menjadi simbol identitas budaya, alat legitimasi sosial, dan medium kritik terhadap pola pikir irasional masyarakat modern. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa novel Segara Kidul berfungsi sebagai media kritik sosial yang mendorong rasionalitas berpikir tanpa menghilangkan nilai-nilai budaya Jawa sebagai identitas kultural.
