Abstract

This study describes the implementation of character education in the Muslimat community in handling juvenile delinquency holistically. Juvenile delinquency is a problem that often arises in society. When a teenager fails to find his identity, he will experience an identity crisis, often leading to deviant behavior. This field research uses interview and documentation techniques in the data collection process. While the analysis technique used is descriptive. After conducting an in-depth study, it was concluded that character education has a very significant role in the Muslimat Community in dealing with juvenile delinquency in Central Bengkulu Regency. The form of character education implemented by Kumintas Muslimat is as an ustadazh or educator who gives attention and affection, sets a good example, and instills discipline, as a group guide by providing religious education and encouraging teenagers to fill their free time with positive activities. Meanwhile, the obstacles that arise when implementing character education are the lack of public understanding of Muslim organizations, which results in a lack of appreciation for these institutions, obstacles from families who do not care about children/family members, and the lack of role of educational institutions to motivate teenagers/students. to maintain positive values ??in their social life.

Abstract

This study describes the concept of sakinah family arrangement from the fiqh of munakahat perspective. In a sakinah household, it takes a partner who understands the duties, rights and obligations. This research is a literature study that uses documentation techniques to collect research data. While the analysis technique used is descriptive. After conducting an in-depth research study, it was concluded that the arrangement of the sakinah family in the perspective of fiqh munakahat has several principles, including the principle of freedom in choosing a partner, the principle of mawaddah wa rahmah (love and affection), the principle of complementing and protecting each other, and the principle of mu'asyarah bi al-ma'ruf. While the indicators of a sakinah family include the emergence of mutual understanding, mutual love, acceptance, respect and love between people who live in a family based on responsibility. It basically can create an atmosphere of harmony and harmony in a household.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the sewing business in Sukakarya sub-district contributes to household needs, the inhibiting and driving factors in business, and the description of the sharia economy on the sewing business transaction system in Sukakarya Sub-district. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques interviewing tailors and consumers. From the results of this study it was found that the sewing profession is a business that contributes to improving the economy in the Sukakarya sub-district, but customer complaints are still often found regarding unsatisfactory sewing results and service. For this reason, the researchers suggest that the government take part in providing sewing training to improve the quality of sewing entrepreneurs in Musi Rawas, especially in Sukakarya sub-district.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan dan penerapan etos kerja islam pada kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Bengkulu. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Sedangkan pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan sistem wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Dalam Membentuk Etos Kerja Islam di Lingkungan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Bengkulu memiliki gaya tipe kepemimpinan demokratis dan kharismatik dan penerapan etos kerja islam sudah cukup baik karena telah menerapkan beberapa ciri dari etos kerja islam seperti kedisiplinan, kerja keras, tanggung jawab, kerajinan dan ketahanan dalam bekerja.

Abstract

Penjajakan ini dilakukan untuk memutuskan eksekusi barang Arrum Haji sebagai cadangan dana talangan haji. Pada gilirannya, barang Arrum Haji belum lepas dari kendala. Salah satunya adalah barang adalah adanya oknum tertentu yang merasa bahwa barang Arrum Haji sama dengan harta talangan haji secara keseluruhan dan mengharapkan kedua barang tersebut mempunyai teknik yang serupa. Permasalahan ini menjadi penghambat dalam penyempurnaan item Arrum Haji. Jadi eksplorasi ini akan menampilkan keseluruhan kerangka item Arrum Haji dan biaya Mu'nah. Pemeriksaan ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan dengan metodologi subyektif. Objek penelitian ini adalah Toko Barang Bekas Syariah Cabang Simpang Sekip Bengkulu. Prosedur pengumpulan informasi adalah pertemuan, persepsi dan dokumentasi. Pengumpulan informasi dilakukan dengan bertemu dengan 2 narasumber yaitu pegawai Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Simpang Sekip Bengkulu, dan informasi melalui pertemuan pemeriksaan menunjukkan item Arrum Haji dari kerangka item Arrum Haji dan strategi biaya Mu'nah telah mengikuti pengaturan fatwa DSN MUI dan sesuai pengaturan Pegadaian Syariah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of the Al-Muawanah Syariah Consumer Cooperative Management in efforts to develop Muawanah Mart UINFAS Bengkulu. This study uses a qualitative research method. While data collection in this study uses an interview system, observation, and documentation. The results of this study, the form of role carried out by the management of the Al-Muawanah Syariah consumer cooperative, namely in terms of: (1) Capital (2) In terms of cooperation (3) Products (4) Planning in efforts to develop Muawanah Mart development carried out by the Al-Muawanah Syariah consumer cooperative are: (1) Promotion or Trying to continuously introduce this Muawanah Mart mini market to the community both verbally and through social media (2) Increasing the number of members and investment (3) Establishing cooperation through business partners of the Al-Muawanah Syariah Consumer Cooperative, the cooperative relationship between producers and this institution is one of the efforts made by the university to provide a forum for students to be able to create new innovations so as to produce a work of products or services that have high selling value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui, Bagaimana Strategi  Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Bengkulu dalam  pengelolaan kuota jamaah haji. Jenis penelitian  yang digunakan adalah penelitian penelitian lapangan (Field Reseach) yaitu dengan cara mencari data secara langsung dengan masyarakat. Sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa pengelolaan kuota Haji di Provinsi Bengkulu, termasuk Pembagian kuota Kabupaten/Kota, kuota lansia, PHD, dan KBIHU, masih sangat bergantung pada kebijakan yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah pusat. Hal ini mengakibatkan terbatasnya fleksibilitas dalam menyesuaikan pembagian kuota sesuai dengan kebutuhan lokal. Pembagian kuota Kabupaten/Kota Pembagiannya yaitu kuota jamaah haji di Provinsi Bengkulu dilakukan melalui mekanisme yang telah diatur secara sistematis dengan dasar hukum yang jelas. Pembagian kuota lansia, yang hanya 5% dari total kuota, tidak mencukupi untuk jumlah lansia yang mendaftar, sehingga banyak yang tidak dapat terakomodasi. Begitu juga dengan kuota PHD dan KBIHU yang terbatas jumlahnya, sehingga tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pelayanan. Proses seleksi yang dilakukan untuk PHD masih kompetitif dan ketat, sementara seleksi KBIHU hanya berbasis administrasi, yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pengurus.

Abstract

 The aim of this research is to determine the influence of internal factors and external factors on the decision to invest in the sharia capital market among students of the Sharia Economics Study Program at UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. To test this, researchers used quantitative methods with primary data collection techniques, namely questionnaires distributed to 130 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP). From the results of the research and discussion it is known that internal factors influence the decision to invest in the Islamic capital market as shown by Tcount > Ttable with a value of 3,359 > 1,978 and a significance value of 0,001 < 0,05. External factors influence the decision to invest in the Islamic capital market, shown by Tcount > Ttable with a value of 5,727 > 1,978 and a significance value < 0.001 less than 0,05. Simultaneously, internal factors and external factors influence the decision to invest in the sharia capital market for students of the Sharia Economics Study Program at UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu by 43,7% and the significant probability value is < 0,001 less than 0,05 and the Fcount > Ftable with a value of 51,103 > 3,07.
