Abstract

ABSTRAK Seiring perkembangan zaman, kepemimpinan secara ilmiah mulai berkembang bersamaan dengan pertumbuhan manajemen ilmiah yang lebih dikenal dengan ilmu tentang memimpin. Hal ini terlihat dari banyaknya literatur yang mengkaji tentang kepemimpinan dengan berbagai sudut pandang atau perspektifnya. Kepemimpinan tidak hanya dilihat dari baik saja, akan tetapi dapat dilihat dari penyiapan sesuatu secara  berencana dan dapat melatih calon-calon pemimpin. Para siswa sebagai calon pemimpin masa depan bangsa dan Negara sudah tentu harus mendapatkan perhatian khusus dari kita sebagai pendidik. Dalam hal ini, para siswa sejak dini mungkin dibekali dengan berbagai macam teori dan keterampilan tentang mempin, sehingga para siswa dapat menjadi pemimpin bagi dirinya sendiri maupun pemimpin dalam sebuah kelompok dan organisasi. Seorang pemimpin harus memiliki syarat-syarat yang tidak ringan, karena pemimpin sebagai ujung tombak kelompok. PKM yang kami lakukan berdasarkan munculnya banyak persoalan dikalangan Pelajar yang dapat menarik perhatian Pelajar, sehingga merusak masa depan mereka. Metode yang kami gunakan dalam PKM ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dimana hasil PKM ini kedumudian akan dideskripsikan. Dari PKM yang kami lakukan, dapat ditemukan bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman dari para Pelajar tentang bagaimana mempersiapkan diri menjadi seorang pemimpin yang baik.ABSTRACT Along with the development of the times, scientific leadership began to develop along with the growth of scientific management, better known as the science of leadership. Can be seen from the many kinds of literature that examine leadership with various perspectives or perspectives. Leadership is not only seen from the good but can be seen from the preparation of something in a plan and can train prospective leaders. The students as candidates for future leaders of the nation and the State certainly need to get special attention from us as educators. In this case, early students may be equipped with a variety of theories and skills about education, so that students can become leaders for themselves and leaders in a group and organisation. A leader must have conditions that are not light because the leader is the spearhead of the group. PKM that we do base on the emergence of many problems among students who can attract the attention of students, thus damaging their future. The method we use in this PKM is descriptive qualitative, where the results of this PKM will later describe. From the PKM that we did, it found that there was an increase in the understanding of the students about how to prepare to be a good leader.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the policy of the public service system to achieve the quality of public services and the factors of the gap in the quality of public services in the new normal era at the Klabulu Village Office, Malaimsimsa District, Sorong City. The results of the study concluded that policy changes were carried out for good reasons, took their own steps, the changes were planned and not drastic or sudden, but their implementation was immediately adjusted to the announcement of the Sorong City Government and/or the Sorong City Covid-19 Task Force regarding the allowed working hours for agencies. government. All service officers/employees affected by the change are involved in planning the change. The Klabulu Village Government, Malaimsimsa District, Sorong City, in adapting to pandemic conditions, has made adjustments to the work system by carrying out health protocols in daily activities and carrying out official duties in the office (work from office / WFO) with the support of human resources. Performance of Government Agencies (Lkjip), tiered internal supervision and performance evaluation of implementers, and service employees are disciplined; infrastructure support with the availability of facilities and infrastructure for adjusting health protocols.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan peneliti pada Puskesmas Makbon Distrik Makbon Kabupaten Sorong diperoleh bahwa kinerja pemerintah daerah (pegawai puskesmas) dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat cukup baik. Namun masih ada kendala-kendala yang dialami oleh pegawai puskesmas makbon dalam hal perumahan pegawai, dan sarana transportasi darat dan laut yang harus di perhatikan lagi oleh pemerintah daerah untuk menunjang pelayanan puskesmas keliling ke kampung-kampung (pusling) masih kurang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa perhatian dari pemerintah daerah kepada masyarakat dalam pelayanan kesehatan melalui pegawai puskesmas masih kurang. Oleh karena itu saran yang dapat peneliti kemukakan berupa saran praktis dengan lebih memperhatikan hal-hal yang harus dilakukan pemerintah daerah terhadap pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat di Puskesmas Makbon Kabupaten Sorong.

Abstract

The government's role in encouraging community participation is very important for the smooth running of development. To realize community empowerment, prosperity and independence, it needs to be supported by participatory development management. In government settings, honest, open and responsible government behavior is required, while in community settings mechanisms need to be developed that provide opportunities for community participation in the decision-making process and implementation of empowerment programs for the common good. Community empowerment is a process where the community is supported so that it is able to improve its welfare independently. In other words, community empowerment is a process of increasing the ability and attitude of community independence. More specifically, this research wants to look at the role of sub-district government in empowering the community of Aimas sub-district, Sorong district. This research uses qualitative research methods using data collection steps and through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that the role of sub-district government in empowering the community of Aimas sub-district, Sorong Regency is divided into four roles, namely human development, business development, environmental development and institutional development. This role has been implemented to the maximum extent possible so that there is community participation, even though not everyone is actively involved, apart from that, the results of this research also want to explain the inhibiting factors in carrying out the role of sub-district government in empowering the community of Aimas sub-district, Sorong Regency, namely human resources (community and sub-district employees) which is still less active and lacks supporting infrastructure such as laptops and printers.

Abstract

The development of communication and information technology is progressing rapidly. Along with this, communication devices (mobile phones) are no longer a secondary need but have become a primary need. Mobile is not only used to communicate via telephone or SMS, but consumers want more so that the features of the handphone are increasingly diverse. Since the internet began to boom in Indonesia, the internet has become a mandatory feature and has changed its function, so it's no wonder that the cheapest mobile phones can be used for calls, SMS, and the internet. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the psychological influence of consumers on the decision to purchase Vivo brand mobile phones on students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Victory University, Sorong.From the results of hypothesis testing that has been done the hypothesis is accepted. The contribution of consumer psychological influence on purchasing decisions for students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Victory University, Sorong, is 17.3%. In other words, purchasing decisions can be explained or influenced by consumer psychological variables of 17.3% while the remaining 82.7% are explained or influenced by other variables not examined.The results of the t-count value of the education and training variables can be seen that the t-count value of 3.304 is smaller than the t-table value of 1.697. Thus the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that consumer psychological variables have a significant influence on students' purchasing decisions for Vivo brand mobile phones.

Abstract

The emergence of the Covid-19 outbreak had a significant impact on the economy of the Klamono district community, many people complained that the cessation of activities resulted in weak household consumption and also weak public purchasing power due to the corona disease making it difficult for people to earn income because the majority of the people were selling. What is experienced by the people of the Klamono district in this problem is that the community's economy has decreased drastically, people's income has decreased. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of covid-19 on the economy of the community in the Klamono district, Sorong district. To find out the impact of covid-19 on the economy of the community in the Klamono district, Sorong district. This research method is descriptive qualitative. From the results of hypothesis testing that has been done the hypothesis is accepted. The results obtained are based on calculations, the R² value is 0.177 or 17.7%. This shows that the percentage of the impact of covid 19 on the community's economy is 17.7%. In other words, the people's economy chooses to be explained or influenced by the covid 19 variable by 17.7% while the remaining 83.3% is explained or influenced by other variables not examined. The results of the t-count value of the customer value variable can be seen that the t-count value is 4.519 which is greater than the t-table value of 1.6611. Thus the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Covid 19 variable has a significant influence on the community's economy.

Abstract

Leadership style is the way a leader is in the process of directing and influencing someone in order to achieve the agency's or organization's goals. In this study using 5 leadership styles that will find out the relationship with employee discipline, namely autocratic leadership style, paternalistic style, charismatic style, Laissez Faire style and democratic leadership style. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach research method. Based on the analysis of the Leadership Style on the Leadership of the Manekar District Head, Tambrauw Regency, it can be concluded that the Democratic leadership style has been implemented well, while the Laissez Faire (free control) style in practice is only to test how much ability and responsibility is given to his subordinates. . The authoritarian leadership style is defined as obedience to the leader as a relationship between superiors and subordinates. For employee work discipline, based on indicators: punctuality discipline, discipline in using office equipment properly, high responsibility discipline, and discipline towards office rules, it can be concluded that employees who work at the Manekar District Office, Tambrauw Regency, West Papua Province can run and implement good work discipline.
