Abstract

This study examines four factors that are suspected to be causally influential on organizational commitment of Nahdlatul Ulama University employees, Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an influence of organizational culture, Islamic Leadership and Islamic Work Ethic on organizational commitment of the employees of Nahdlatul Ulama University, Surabaya. with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population of this study was all employees of the University of Nahdlatul Ulama, Surabaya, which consisted of 227 lecturers and 135 education staff and was determined to be the sample with the formula from green as many as 122 people. Data collection used a questionnaire consisting of 69 questions which were previously tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique in this study used Partial least squares (PLS). The results showed that organizational culture, Islamic Leadership, Islamic Work Ethic had a direct and significant positive effect on organizational commitment. organizational culture and Islamic Leadership have a direct and significant positive effect on job satisfaction as well. however, Islamic Works Ethic has an effect on job satisfaction but not significantly. Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between organizational culture and Islamic learning on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of the relationship between Islamic work ethics on organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the strength of brand image and store atmosphere in influencing consumer decision making and satisfaction. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The samples in this study were 105 customers at the Aiola Eatery Surabaya restaurant. Using the Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis technique, the results show that both brand image and store atmosphere are proven to influence decision making and consumer satisfaction. The implication is that it is important for restaurant management to develop a brand image and create a comfortable atmosphere that can influence consumers to make buying decisions and be satisfied with the services provided.

Abstract

Abstrak Keterampilan membuat animated sticker guna menunjang aspek pemasaran dan penjualan mengalami puncak popularitas dan menjadi tren di industri digital. Animated sticker dapat dikembangkan di berbagai platform untuk dijadikan sebagai video animasi yang mudah diaplikasikan. Bentuk aplikasi dari animated sticker bisa digunakan sebagai media promosi produk, jasa, dsb. Saat ini keterampilan membuat animated sticker dilihat sebagai peluang yang dapat dikembangkan melalui keahlian dan kompetensi pada kegiatan pelatihan di Institusi Pendidikan, khususnya Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), yang memiliki beragam program keahlian yang ditawarkan. Pada pembelajaran SMK orientasi capaian akhir belajar mayoritas berupa penugasan berbasis proyek. Sehingga lulusan SMK dituntut memiliki keilmuan dan kompetensi yang dapat langsung diterapkan pada aktifitas dunia usaha dan dunia industri (DUDI). Dengan banyak program keahlian pada SMK, masing-masing siswa perlu ada pembekalan terhadap perkembangan industri digital yang menyajikan beragam peluang untuk siswa dapat menyalurkan minat dan bakatnya pada industri kreatif, menjadi hal yang potensial memerlukan tambahan keterampilan teknis dan pengalaman praktis khusunya pada siswa jurusan desain komunikasi visual (DKV). Peluang terhadap kebutuhan animasi digital yang dapat diintegrasikan pada platform digital seperti sosial media, website, dsb menciptakan peluang bagi siswa-siswi SMK jurusan DKV sebagai potensi bisnis dan pengembangan portofolio digital, guna menambah nilai diri dan keahlian siswa sesudah lulus. Sebab itu, diperlukan adanya bentuk pelatihan terhadap pembuatan animasi digital dalam bentuk animated sticker baik pada siswa maupun guru SMK jurusan DKV sebagai pembekalan kompetensi di industri digital, berupa perancangan desain animated sticker yang dapat dipublikasikan dan dipasarkan secara digital. Kata kunci: animated sticker; animasi; media sosial. AbstractThe skill of making animated stickers to support marketing and sales aspects is experiencing peak popularity and has become a trend in the digital industry. Animated stickers can be developed on various platforms to be used as animated videos that are easy to apply. The application form of animated stickers can be used as a promotional medium for products, services, etc. Currently, the skill of making animated stickers is seen as an opportunity that can be developed through skills and competencies in training activities at educational institutions, especially Vocational High Schools (SMK), which have a variety of skills programs on offer. In vocational school learning, the majority of final learning achievement orientations are in the form of project-based assignments. So that vocational school graduates are required to have knowledge and competencies that can be directly applied to activities in the business and industrial world (DUDI). With many skills programs at vocational schools, each student needs to be equipped with the development of the digital industry which presents various opportunities for students to channel their interests and talents in the creative industry, which has the potential to require additional technical skills and practical experience, especially for students majoring in communication design. visual (DKV). Opportunities for digital animation needs that can be integrated on digital platforms such as social media, websites, etc. create opportunities for vocational school students majoring in DKV for business potential and digital portfolio development, in order to increase students' self-worth and skills after graduation. For this reason, there is a need for training in the creation of digital animation in the form of animated stickers for both students and vocational school teachers majoring in DKV as a competency provision in the digital industry, in the form of designing animated sticker designs that can be published and marketed digitally. Keywords: animated sticker; animation; social media.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and identify the influence of brand hate on negative word of mouth, continued intentions to use, and brand equity among McDonald's customers in Indonesia as a pro-Israel brand. Research was conducted on consumers or customers who had made purchases at McDonald's in the last few months with a total population of 105 people. The sample used was only 100 respondents because some samples did not match the criteria. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire via Google Form. Variable measurement uses a Likert scale with a scale of 1-7 and analysis for data processing uses the SEM-PLS method with the Smart-PLS application ver. 3.0. The results of the research show that there is an influence of brand hate on negative word of mouth, continued intentions to use, and brand equity on McDonald's customers in Indonesia as a pro-Israel brand.
