Abstract

The object of this study is Bank Kaltim financial statements that have been audited by independent auditors. Research data obtained through documentation. This research includes descriptive research. In order to analyze the development of financial performance from 2018-2021, researcher used trend analysis technique. Trend analysis is a method of statistical analysis that is intended to make an estimate or forecast the future. To do a good forecasting is needed various kinds of information (data) is quite a lot and observed in a period of relatively long, so that the analysis can determine how many big fluctuations and the factors that influence those change. The profitability ratios will provide an overview of the effectiveness of the management of the company. The greater the profitability means the better, because the prosperity of the owner of the company increased with greater profitability. Profitability ratios consist of Profit Margin, Basic Earning Power, Return on Assets and Return on Equity.

Abstract

This study uses descriptive data in the form of time series, from the data analyzed proportionally, so that it can be seen the proportion of local revenue from 8 regional companies. Then the data provided by the Economic Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of East Kalimantan Province, there are 8 Regional Owned Enterprises, namely PT. Bankaltimtara, PT Migas Mandiri Pratama, PT, Melati Bahakti Satya, PT. East Kalimantan Electricity, PT Agro Kaltim Utama, PT Jamkrida East Kalimantan, PT. Bara Kaltim Prosperous, PT Forestry Silva Kaltim Sejahtera From the eight regional companies, data on the results of regionally owned companies and the management of regional assets are separated and then a comparison is made against the Original Regional Income of the Province of East Kalimantan. amounting to Rp. 5,145,580,600,- or its contribution to Regional Original Revenue is 5.60%, then in 2016 it was Rp. 167,385,377,650,- with Rp. 4,029,384,843,890,- or 4.15% in 2017 Rp. 208.807.497.550.- with Rp. 458,751,727,470,- or 4.55% in 2018 Rp. 199,302,498,960,- with 5,802,442,683,950,- or 3.43%, in 2019 Rp. 392,979,951,610,- with 6,358,271,910,840,- or 6.17% and in 2020 Rp. 135,154,822,000,- with 4,116,573,388,000,- or 3.28%

Abstract

Purpose and objectives Review tourism destination objects in Bontang City that can be developed with the aim of destination objects that can be developed for the advancement of the tourism industry. With the starting methodology, the preparation consists of forming groups, selecting themes and locations, as well directives for implementing activities. Finally, preparation is the stage that is carried out after the Fact Report and Analysis has been completed. The contents of the Plan Report include several points, namely Background, Purpose, Objectives, Policy Review, Overview of Study Areas, Tourist Destinations, and Tourism Development Policies and Strategies. As a result, the Bontang Kuala Village also has a mangrove conservation area in the form of the Dutch River. Bontang Tourist destinations in the Bontang Kuala and Bontang Lestari Villages have natural and cultural tourism attractions. Cultural Tourism in Bontang Kuala is located in the Tourism Village: Kampung Laut Bontang Kuala. Meanwhile, nature tourism in Bontang Kuala can be found in Bontang Mangrove Park TNK (Kutai National Park), Sungai Netherlands, and Segajah Island. As for cultural tourism in the Bontang Lestari Village, there is the Nyerakat Kampung. Natural tourism can be found in the Green Sustainable Valley, Lallo' Beach, Tihi-Tihi Village, Kadere Bay, Selangan Island, Beras Basah Island, Mangrove Park, Segajah Island, and traditional ceremonial activities. Those that can continue to be strategically planned to be developed as tourist destinations that become superior so that they can become the engine of the economy apart from LNG and Fertilizers. to be developed in the City of Bontang

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah agar dapat mengetahui serta membuktikan mengenai pengaruh perputaran persediaan dan return on invesment (ROI) terhadap market value (studi kasus pada food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia) pada tahun 2018-2020, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26 untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan hubungan masing-masing variabel. Dari hasil analisis, diketahui bahwa nilai thitung Perputaran Persediaan (X1) adalah -0,063 dan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,950 berada diatas 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial, Perputaran Persediaan (X1) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Market Value (Y). Dengan demikian, hipotesis pertama, ditolak. Nilai thitung Return On Investment (X2) adalah 5,081 dan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 berada dibawah 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial, Return On Investment (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Market Value (Y). Dengan demikian, hipotesis kedua, diterima. Nilai Fhitung sebesar 12,915 kemudian dibandingkan dengan Ftabel yaitu sebesar 3,18, sehingga dapat disimpulkan variabel independen secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen karena Fhitung > Ftabel. Dengan demikian, hipotesis ketiga, diterima.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to provide an understanding or meaning of the importance of the halal logo on MSME products. The data analysis method used in this research is three types of activities, namely data condensation, presenting data (data display), and drawing conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing and verification). The results of research using observations, questionnaires and interviews state that it is very important to implement halal certification in Samarinda City. Study to realize certainty of halal products for the Muslim community.
