Abstract

Abstract: In the era of sensitive health data and frequent cyberattacks, securing electronic medical records (EMR) has become a critical challenge. This study proposes a hybrid encryption framework combining Affine and AES algorithms with an AI-based key management module to enhance EMR security while maintaining efficiency. A dataset of 1,000 simulated records was evaluated using five cryptographic configurations: Affine-only, AES-only, RSA-only, Affine–AES, and Affine–AES with AI. Performance was measured through encryption/decryption latency and ciphertext size, while security was assessed under brute-force, SQL injection, and phishing simulations. The AI decision tree for key generation was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and entropy metrics. Results show that the AI-enhanced hybrid method eliminates brute-force success, introduces only minor latency overhead, and generates high-entropy keys with reliability above 98%. These findings indicate that integrating AI-based dynamic key regeneration into hybrid encryption can improve EMR security while remaining practical for clinical and cloud-based healthcare systems. Future work should involve real clinical datasets and explore post-quantum cryptographic extensions. Keywords: AI key management; attack resistance; encryption performance; electronic medical records; hybrid encryption Abstrak: Di era meningkatnya sensitivitas data kesehatan dan maraknya serangan siber, perlindungan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) menjadi tantangan penting. Penelitian ini mengusulkan kerangka enkripsi hibrida yang menggabungkan algoritma Affine dan AES dengan modul manajemen kunci berbasis AI untuk meningkatkan keamanan RME tanpa mengorbankan efisiensi. Dataset simulasi berisi 1.000 entri diuji menggunakan lima konfigurasi kriptografi: Affine-only, AES-only, RSA-only, Affine–AES, serta Affine–AES dengan AI. Performa diukur melalui latensi enkripsi/dekripsi dan ukuran ciphertext, sedangkan keamanan dievaluasi melalui simulasi serangan brute force, SQL injection, dan phishing. Model decision tree untuk manajemen kunci dinilai menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, F1-score, dan entropi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa metode hibrida dengan AI menghilangkan keberhasilan brute force, menambah overhead latensi yang minimal, serta menghasilkan kunci berentropi tinggi dengan reliabilitas di atas 98%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa regenerasi kunci dinamis berbasis AI dalam skema enkripsi hibrida dapat meningkatkan keamanan RME sekaligus tetap praktis untuk sistem klinis dan layanan kesehatan berbasis cloud. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan dataset klinis nyata dan mengeksplorasi kriptografi pascakuantum. Abstract

Kemandirian desa wisata dapat dilakukan dengan mengelola potensi wisata untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung kemandirian Desa Wisata Dewi Purbo melalui penguatan infrastruktur pariwisata dan inovasi produk olahan singkong yang dikelola oleh UMKM lokal. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tahun kedua program dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan penerapan teknologi tepat guna, melibatkan pengelola desa wisata dan UMKM Maju Makmur sebagai mitra utama. Pada sektor pariwisata, intervensi difokuskan pada penyediaan infrastruktur pendukung berupa pemasangan lampu tenaga surya, pembangunan penampungan air bersih, penyediaan alat pemeliharaan lingkungan, serta fasilitas pengelolaan sampah. Upaya ini berdampak pada peningkatan kenyamanan pengunjung, perluasan aktivitas wisata, dan perbaikan tata kelola lingkungan. Sementara itu, pada sektor UMKM dilakukan penguatan kapasitas produksi melalui penyediaan mesin pengolahan singkong yang memungkinkan diversifikasi produk, meliputi tepung mokaf, mie singkong, aneka camilan, dan produk bakery berbasis singkong. Program ini juga mendukung legalitas usaha melalui fasilitasi sertifikasi P-IRT serta pengembangan kemasan produk yang lebih modern dan informatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesiapan Desa Wisata Dewi Purbo dalam menyambut wisatawan serta peningkatan daya saing UMKM lokal melalui produk yang lebih variatif, legal, dan berorientasi pasar. Secara keseluruhan, program ini berkontribusi pada penguatan kemandirian desa wisata berbasis pariwisata dan UMKM, serta berpotensi direplikasi sebagai model pemberdayaan desa berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Wellness tourism based on local communities in Yogyakarta has significant potential for development through social media marketing, but it is often hindered by limited digital skills and resources. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of social media in promoting wellness tourism by local communities and to formulate optimal strategies to enhance destination visibility. Using a qualitative approach, this study analyzes content from 10 Instagram and TikTok accounts managed by local communities in Yogyakarta (Sleman, Bantul, and Yogyakarta city) over the period of November 2024–April 2025, complemented by interviews with five account managers. The results show that interactive content (6.5%) and visual content (5.2%) generate higher engagement rates compared to narrative content (3.8%). Peak engagement occurred in December 2024 and April 2025, coinciding with holiday periods. Effective strategies include regular posting, collaboration with local influencers, and highlighting local culture such as jamu therapy. The main challenges are limited editing skills and promotional budgets. This study recommends increasing interactive content, producing high-quality visuals, and providing digital skills training to support the economic sustainability of local communities through wellness tourism.

Abstract

The adoption of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in healthcare services, particularly location-based gerontological nursing, has increased significantly. However, conventional systems typically rely on centralized architectures that are vulnerable to data tampering and unauthorized access. This study aims to develop and evaluate a blockchain-based data security model integrated with GIS for monitoring gerontological nursing services. A simulation-based approach was employed to design a multi-layer architecture consisting of a GIS layer, blockchain layer, and application layer. The proposed model was evaluated using data integrity, attack detection, and system performance metrics. The results demonstrate that the model achieved 100% data integrity and an average attack detection rate of 99.2%, substantially outperforming conventional systems, which achieved only 70.3%. Although the integration of blockchain introduced additional latency, the performance remained within acceptable operational limits. This study contributes to the advancement of secure GIS–blockchain integration for location-based elderly care services and provides a replicable simulation framework for system evaluation. The findings suggest that the proposed model has strong potential for implementation in homecare services and community healthcare facilities to enhance data security, transparency, and trustworthiness.
