Abstract

Sejauh ini belum ada marketplace yang menjual smartphone dengan sistem pendukung keputusan. Dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan, masyarakat dapat lebih mudah untuk menentukan smartphone sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing – masing. Marketplace dengan sistem pendukung keputusan dapat diambil datanya dari kriteria – kriteria smartphone yang masyarakat utamakan dalam memilih smartphone. Sehingga dengan kriteria – kriteria tersebut, masyarakat dapat menentukan pilihan. Penelitian ini didasari oleh penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan denga metode SMART untuk mengumpulkan data – data yang berkatikan dengan metode SMART. Penelitian ini didasari dengan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Metode waterfall memiliki proses berurutan sehingga penulis dapat membuat program yang terkontrol. Penulis mulai mengumpulkan data – data yang diperlukan melalui teknik pengumpulan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan kriteria – kriteria yang diinginkan responden. Lalu penulis juga melakukan studi pustaka dimana penulis mendapat teori – teori yang mendukung penelitian penulis melalui buku digital dan jurnal. Hasil penelitian ini diimplementasikan dengan metode SMART, dimana penulis melakukan perhitungan dengan rumus – rumus yang tersedia di dalam metode SMART. Aplikasi berbasis web yang telah dibuat dengan sistem pendukung keputusan dapat mempermudah masyarakat umum untuk memilih smartphone sesuai kebutuhan berdasarkan empat kriteria yaitu harga, merk, kapasitas memori internal, dan RAM. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode SMART mempunyai hasil cukup akurat dengan melalui beberapa proses perhitungan

Abstract

Yuk Nabung Saham (YNS) is a campaign to invite the public as potential investors to invest in the capital market by buying stocks regularly and periodically. This campaign is intended to change the habits of the Indonesian people from the habit of saving to investing, so that the Indonesian people begin to move f om a saving society to an investment society. Since the Yuk Nabung Saham campaign was launched on the 12 November 2015 by the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia Mr. Muhammad Jusuf Kalla, it turned out that the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) was able to encourage an increase in the number of investors including millennial investors. Based on IDX data, the number of single investor identification (SID) at the end of 2020 increased by 1.39 million, a jump of 61% compared to the end of 2019. So that the number of SID increased from 2.4 million to 3.88 million. In fact, as of 4 February 2021, the number of SIDs on the capital market has exceeded 4.1 million. In this regard, people who have chosen the capital market as a medium for saving, however, need to be enlightened about the need for indicators to be used to anticipate whether stock savings will increase or vice versa. Deep downtrend conditions have an impact on the risk of eroding the value of stock deposits so that you must take cut-loss steps as soon as possible so that the losses will deepen. For this reason, the team of lecturers, through community service activities in collaboration with DEKOPINDA, gave a webinar with the title "Let's Save Stocks", between the advantages and disadvantages of early detection with ICHIMOKU.

Abstract

The transaction processes of saving and credit are very important for the development and prosperity of a cooperative. Although with the rise of information technology development these days, Credit Union Jakarta cooperative is still haven’t had any information system application that supports the transaction processes and information of saving and credit of the members. By utilizing the development of smartphones, writer designs an information system application for the Credit Union Jakarta cooperative so that it supports the delivering process of saving and credit information which are needed by the cooperative members. The information system application of Credit Union Jakarta cooperative focuses on the easiness of accessing saving and credit information by the cooperative members by their own cell phones. Added with the inbox feature, this androidbased application gives the members to interact and to share information among each member easily. The result of this research is an android-based information system application that gives easiness especially to the cooperative members on doing the transaction and checking process of saving and credit. With the help of this application, members not only unnecessary to come to the cooperative but also the loan proposal will be faster. This research comes to a conclusion that the android-based information system application on Credit Union Jakarta cooperative not only gives information such as saving and credit balance, but also gives easiness in the deposit and payment process either for the members or the cooperative itself.

Abstract

The existence and role of modern mobile phones should not be extraordinary things. The benefits obtained from the use of mobile phones are also increasingly seen the emergence of groups, mobile phones known as Smartphones. Now Smartphone must be connected to the Internet, as well as Androidbased Smartphone operating system. This operating system applications is growing rapidly along with human lifestyles changed and many take advantage of media technologies to solve their problems. Social media networks is also one of them, as well as a number of other applications, such as application organizer that helps to regulate the activities of each day. The objective of this study is to develop applications to be able to organize the schedule each day, and can also communicate directly with other people. Collecting information and the user needs to be done with literature study and observation.  Designed system is described by the unified modeling language and entity relationship diagrams. The results of this study is the Android-based management application that has a personal organizer functions and social networking. Data storage for this application is on the server.

Abstract

Every investor who transact in the capital markets hope benefits. But the stock has characteristics ofhigh risk-high return, it means that stocks allows investors to make a profit (capital gain) in largequantities in a short time, but it can also make stock investors suffered heavy losses in a short time.Investors require a number of methods in an effort to assist the purchase of shares of investmentdecision.Data of Stock price is a time series of data in a given period has a unique pattern. Then using machinelearning methods, this research is reviewing the use of SVM and MLP-related objects in PT MustikaRatu. Input variable is in the form of historical stock prices from 2007 to 2013. This study tried toreveal the level of RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) between SVM and MLP. Concluded that themethod of learning by using the MLP has a lower RMSE than using SVM.

Abstract

Computerized technology is currently supported Internet progressed rapidly. Besides the speed of the process, many of computerized support saving storage media. Supported with the progress in field of communication such as internet service, the process becomes faster and more increased, and especially saving time and cost. Along the development of time, people start demanding things for very practical. The purpose of this application is to makes it easy the process of creating or modifying a document together with real-time thereby accelerating job or our task.Applications Document Collaboration developed uses HTML5, supported by PHP programming language as a communicator between pages, and CSS3 which supports design. Database system uses MySQL.Data collection was conducted by literature studies, Workflow and processes on the system is described by use case diagrams and sequence diagrams. The results of this research is Applications Document Collaboration developed that allows web users to create and modify documents online. Registered users can also use additional features such as publish the articles that have been written online, and can upload files online. Web-Based Applications Document Collaboration can makes it easy and shorten the process of creating or modifying a document that we should do in group.

Abstract

The ability to express the opinion of lines of text can be extremely useful, and this is a goodarea to be studied, no doubt because of the possibility of commercial value because most informationis now stored as text. In this age of the internet today many reviews, opinions, comments or opinionsare so abundant and scattered in internet media in the form of text, thus giving rise to the term oroverflow of text that can be used as the object of the new knowledge that is what is called Text Mining.Currently, Text mining is believed to have a high potential commercial value. Text Mining is a processthat aims to find the information or the latest trends previously revealed, to process and analyze largeamounts of data. In analyzing part or all unstructured text, text mining to try to associate one with theother parts of the text based on certain rules.Besides text mining is also interpreted as a data mining activities from the data in the form oftext or a document, with the aim of searching for words that can represent what is in the document so itcan be analyzed in text mining connectedness, In the processing Text Mining conducted priorTokenizing process, Filtering, Stemming, Tagging and Analyzing. Stages of the process is carried outwith the help of tools Semantria. Results semantria process tool is a classification based sentimentanalysis. After appearing classification sentiment analysis, the next step was measured by the methodof Naive Bayes and Decision Tree. Baselines to generate corresponding processed products is to ensurethe characteristics of the data related to the objectives to be achieved from the study.In the context in the field of Text Mining There are a variety of processing one of which is withProcess Mining with a focus on the classification.The processed text mining based on sentimentclassification, the region with the sequence that has the highest positive sentiment Central Jakarta(80.7%) and North Jakarta (71.2%), East Jakarta (65.1%), West Jakarta (65% ) and South Jakarta(63.8%).

Abstract

The development of the world of information technology is very rapid cause of the rapid information from various main sources of cyberspace. Sources of information not only can be obtained from electronic media and mass media but also social media media. Acquisition of information in social media is currently still too free plus not knowing the origin of information / anonymous causes of the general public information. It can have a negative impact on society. On the occurrence of this is the purpose of this research, namely to create a social media that has a sentiment analysis which will analyze the tweets that will be shared by the user. Social media is designed and created using HTML, C # ASP, Javascript, and SQL Server languages, using the .NET framework, and results in web application form in the browser. Social media also uses web API text analysis in analyzing the tweet sentence. The collection of information and user needs is done by trying some social media references such as Twitter, Secret, etc. to add the flow and features of such social media as well as reading books, journals, web pages as a supporting reference in building social media application web. Activity diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and class diagrams. Social media created aimed at social media users in order to reduce negative information generated from social media users who need anonymous and able to provide results analysis tweetword that has a negative and positive meaning. The conclusion that can be gained from the making of social media is the availability of an information technology facilities to exchange positive thoughts and people can feel a sense of security and comfort in obtaining information from social media. For further development, social media is expected to obtain not only text information and can add images and video admin functionality to track social media user data. Abstract

The development of information system has made people easier for getting information also share the information, especially since internet was made, getting any the information is easier and faster. Customer information system design using some theoretical support for the system run in accordance with the topic of writing that created that is a customer information system design.Stage method of data collection using questionnaires, interviews and observation at PT. XYZ. Interviews were conducted by asking question directly. The result of this research will be developed into a new system that will generate an information about Customer Relationship Management PT. XYZ Indonesia using the system development life cycle, DFD context, DFD 0, DFD Detailed, and Entity Relationship Diagram. The conclusion of this study is a Customer Relationship Management application which can help PT. Abstract

In this era of rapidly evolving technology is the speed and accuracy of the information has a huge influence. The use of online data storage or the so-called Cloud Computing becomes one of the important tools in our daily lives and in the business world. Ease given to the user is an essential in everyday life easier.The storage site selection analysis using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a method of decision support systems. Expert Choice 11 is a software that helps structuring and calculating model of decision-making in this technique. This study uses data collection methods such as questionnaires filled out by the user online data storage in everyday life. The results of this study is to provide information to the public in determining where online data storage is the best in a variety of criteria. The conclusion of this study is Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) gives the results of calculations , where the results can assist the community in determining the selection of online data storage that get the final result , namely Dropbox as an online storage place that has been chosen community. Keywords: analysis, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), cloud computing, data storage online
