Abstract

PT XYZ is a company that provides consulting services, software, and hardware. In conducting its business PT XYZ requires human resources. The existence of human resources needs to make PT XYZ need to recruit employees. Currently, PT XYZ still uses a manual system in its recruitment process starting from the candidate selection process of employee, recording progress of candidate of the employee, process of data archiving of the candidate, until notification to parties related to the recruitment process. The absence of integration of employee candidate data files between recruiters causes refractions of each recruiter to be limited only to the recruiter candidate's data re-fertion. Psychotest process that is applied also still use application-based desktop application. This leads to a psychotest stage for an employee candidate who is outside the city to be performed by the service bureau. Keywords: Recruitment, Fuzzy Tahani, laravel

Abstract

Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Kwik Kian Gie has the main goal of "being one of the leading schools of business in Indonesia with regional and international insight with superior quality based on world-class university standards". One of the criteria to become a world-class university standard is to apply good IT governance to institutions. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a process of assessing the level of maturity of the information technology governance process, especially in the process that is being carried out. The measurement of the level of maturity is carried out using the Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) version 4.1 framework in the Acquire and Implement domain by comparing the findings with the standard maturity level of COBIT. The results of this level of maturity assessment are the level of maturity at Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Kwik Kian Gie is still at level two or repeatable but intuitive. Therefore, there needs to be an improvement to increase the level of maturity to reach the criteria of a world-class university.

Abstract

Dunlopillo's sales require higher mobility. When Sales is outside the store area, sales alsoexperience difficulties such as updating price information, and searching for productinformation. With the increase in the number of products, sales will be difficult to rememberinformation from products.QR Code is the development of a barcode or bar code that is only able to store informationhorizontally while the QR Code is able to store more information, both horizontally andvertically. The purpose of the QR Code is to convey information quickly and also getresponses quickly.Researchers collect data through indirect observation, interviews, and literature studies toexamine solutions that can be proposed and answer problems from the background ofresearch.Based on the research, an application is needed with the use of the QR Code to supportconvenience and convenience in carrying out Sales work activities. Abstract

The study goal is to create a widget builder application with the feature to generate and import INI files that can be run on the Rainmeter application. The purpose of implementing a widget builder is to assist computer users in making widgets that can be used to monitor system performance. This study refers to the opinion of Sulasno and Rakhmat, which is a monitoring system for the data collection process as well as analyzing the use of limited computer resources such as storage memory, central processing unit, random access memory, and various other computer resources. This study uses a personal extreme programming method that prioritizes delivery speed and a team consisting of one person, data is collected by questionnaire method, observation method and documentation method which has Rainmeter users as respondents. In the widget builder, there are several main features such as an image upload feature, an additional feature for measuring computer resource usage, and a save widget feature. This feature obtained from research conducted by the author is a solution to help Rainmeter users so that widget creation can be done without coding. From the results of the research, it is concluded that the features in the widget builder application that have been implemented have helped Rainmeter users. Abstract

Rukun Tetangga atau RT setiap hari banyak melakukan proses adminstrasi warga untuk kebutuhan mereka masing-masing, namun di rukun tetangga Kelurahan Warakas, Tanjung Priok masih menggunakan pencatatan pada buku besar dan penulisan surat pengantarnya masih menggunakan tulis tangan manual, sehingga pelayanan kurang apabila warga yang ingin mengurus surat-surat terlampau banyak. Penelitian ini sudah dilakukan dengan menggunakan Waterfall Model, karena memiliki langkah-langkah yang jelas. Setiap langkah harus dikerjakan secara satu-satu, setelah itu bisa masuk langkah berikutnya sehingga hasil dari program yang dibuat memiliki hasil yang maksimal karena semua proses dilakukan secara fokus. Pengumpulan data, dimana penulis mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi tidak langsung, dan studi pustaka yang penulis lakukan dengan mencari segala hal yang terkait dengan perancangan sistem layanan ini. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL untuk penyimpanan datanya guna meningkatkan layanan warga tingkat RT Kelurahan Warakas, Tanjung Priok, khususnya Ketua RT yang sebelumnya sempat mengalami masalah dalam pembukuan dan juga surat pengantar. Sistem layanan warga ini dapat meningkatkan layanan publik, juga dapat mempercepat proses data administrasi layanan publik dan dapat memperoleh informasi secara cepat dari Ketua RT. Kata Kunci: Sistem Layanan Warga, Layanan Publik, Tingkat RT, Waterfall Model.
