Abstract

CrocoBread is a company engaged in the field of bakery, which is planned to use in a bazaar concept. CrocoBread planned to be established in Sunter Hijau Raya Blok E2/21, Sunter, North Jakarta. The intended target market is people from middle social class that likes to hang out in the mall, and lives around Jakarta area. The initial investment required by CrocoBread is IDR 200.000.000,-. this capital provided from private funding by the parents of the CrocoBread owner. The capital will be allocated to rent, purchase of the equipment, supplies, raw materials, and cash. CrocoBread will hire 5 employee in carrying out operations consisting of a manager, 2 chefs, 1 operational assistant, and 1 sales marketing. The assessment of CrocoBread performance has been assessed financially through income statement performance, cash flow projection, and balance sheet performance. Moreover, the feasibility studies of CrocoBread was done by using several methods of investment appraisal, such as: Break Even Point (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). From those assessments and studies, the results show CrocoBread has a positive Net Present Value worth IDR 1.128.587.435,-; Break Even Point value annually less than income, Payback Period for 7 months and 17 days, and the value of Internal Rate of Return is 167%. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the feasibility of Investment in Peach Gum dessert for five years, 2022-2026. The sample of this study is determined based on data and information from the company's financial statements, in the form of a Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and Profit and Loss Statements for the 2022 -2026 period. The data analysis technique uses investment feasibility methods, namely Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Profitability Index (PI). The results showed that the investment in Peach Gum dessert is feasible because, based on the Income Statement Performance for the next five years, it generates an increasing profit every year. Moreover, based on Cash Flow Performance for the next five years, the final cash flow is always positive and increases yearly. While the results of the calculation using the investment feasibility assessment resulted in an NPV of Rp. 708.689.398, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 40%, where this value is greater than the expected rate of return of 7,68%, Profitability Index (PI) of 2,3158349625 with a total payback period of 2 years six months 15 days, so it can be concluded that the investment is feasible.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Service Quality, Brand Trust, and Loyalty of Starbucks customers. Through this research, the researcher can find out the magnitude of influence that occur on customer loyalty. Based on the purpose of this research, the hypotheses are; H1: Service quality influences on brand trust; H2: Service quality influences on customer loyalty; and H3: Brand trust influences on customer loyalty. Judgmental sampling is non-probability sampling technique that has been used for this research. The data was gathered through the communication method as the data are collected from 100 respondents by distributed questionnaire and for essential measurements using Likert Scale. The research method was validated through construct validity and reliability test, and for hypotheses test Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis was used. The result of this research indicates that service quality significantly influences toward brand trust. Service quality doesn’t influence toward customer loyalty. Then, brand trust also doesn’t influence toward customer loyalty. After the processes conducted in this research, it can be concluded that only service quality give positive influence to brand trust in Starbuck. For the sugestion, much better if there is availability to give any feedback, the purpose is to know about lacks of Starbucks

Abstract

Yuk Nabung Saham (YNS) is a campaign to invite the public as potential investors to invest in the capital market by buying stocks regularly and periodically. This campaign is intended to change the habits of the Indonesian people from the habit of saving to investing, so that the Indonesian people begin to move f om a saving society to an investment society. Since the Yuk Nabung Saham campaign was launched on the 12 November 2015 by the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia Mr. Muhammad Jusuf Kalla, it turned out that the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) was able to encourage an increase in the number of investors including millennial investors. Based on IDX data, the number of single investor identification (SID) at the end of 2020 increased by 1.39 million, a jump of 61% compared to the end of 2019. So that the number of SID increased from 2.4 million to 3.88 million. In fact, as of 4 February 2021, the number of SIDs on the capital market has exceeded 4.1 million. In this regard, people who have chosen the capital market as a medium for saving, however, need to be enlightened about the need for indicators to be used to anticipate whether stock savings will increase or vice versa. Deep downtrend conditions have an impact on the risk of eroding the value of stock deposits so that you must take cut-loss steps as soon as possible so that the losses will deepen. For this reason, the team of lecturers, through community service activities in collaboration with DEKOPINDA, gave a webinar with the title "Let's Save Stocks", between the advantages and disadvantages of early detection with ICHIMOKU.

Abstract

Footish is a business engaged in laundry shoes by offering shoe washing services using Dry Cleaning methods. This business markets its business by disseminating information through social media in the form of Instagram and Facebook and the sneakers community in Jakarta. The initial investment requirement for Footish is Rp. 286,873,000 which is used to rent buildings for 1 year, equipment costs and equipment costs, as well as initial cash reserves. Proforma calculation of profit and loss for 5 years, namely from 2019 to 2023 shows a positive and visible number will always increase every year, as well as for the pro forma cash flow and pro forma balance sheet. The results of the analysis of the feasibility of Footish business prove that this business is quite feasible to run because judging from the break-even point analysis shows that the sales generated by Footish are greater than the value of BEP. Then the value of NPV is greater than zero, which is Rp. 495,893,250 using the credit interest rate of 11.83%. The IRR value obtained is 63.17% greater than the Expected Rate of Return of 11.83%. Abstract

The writing of the Ngambing business plan is due to the changing lifestyle of the general public who are interested in new, practical products that can support this lifestyle. So the author opened a goat satay box rice business which is rarely found. Ngambing has competitors in the same industry, but are presented with their own uniqueness. Therefore, an analysis of the industry and competitors has been carried out and the results can be seen the advantages and disadvantages of each business. Ngambing provides products in the form of goat satay rice boxes with various choices of Indonesian spices. And use a variety of marketing strategies. Ngambing has a production plan flow that involves internal and external parties. Ngambing plans the need for five employees to carry out its operational activities. The initial investment required by Ngambing is Rp. 695,868,373. Sources of funds obtained from personal savings and parents. Ngambing has considered the impacts and risks of existing businesses, and tries to minimize them according to applicable standards. From the results of the calculation of Net Present Value, Payback Period, Profitability Index, and Break Even Point are declared feasible to be run by the company. Abstract

Interior Design of a room is the main aspect that contributes to the beauty of the room and also the comfort of people in the room. Globalization contributes to the rampant development of sales of products for interior design needs with a supply of quality goods and competitive prices. Many new entrepreneurs act as part of the distribution channel and open retail businesses. One of them is SA Interior. The theories used in this study are price, product quality, service quality and purchasing decisions. Price Level, Product Quality and Quality of Service are free/independent variables (X), Purchasing Decisions are bound/dependent variables (Y) and the object of research is the SA Interior store at ITC Cempaka Mas. The sample used in this study was SA Interior customers who purchased SA Interior products at least 1 time. The data collection technique uses communication techniques by distributing questionnaires (via Google Form) with a total of 100 respondents. This research shows that the price level has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decisions of SA Interior customers, the quality of the products has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decisions of SA Interior customers and the quality of service has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decisions of SA Interior customers. Simultaneous price levels, product quality and service quality have a significant influence on the purchasing decisions of SA Interior customers. The conclusion of this study is that the price level, product quality and service quality have a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decisions of SA Interior customers at ITC Cempaka Mas.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi kini semakin maju dengan adanya alat yang memudahkan manusia bekerja secara efektif dan efisien, yaitu media komputer. Adapun aplikasi yang begitu banyak diperlukan dan digunakan oleh sebagian besar masyarakat adalah aplikasi untuk perkantoran dalam hal ini adalah Microsoft Office dan SPSS. Ada kalanya seseorang ingin mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat kemampuan yang dimilikinya dalam penguasaan program tersebut sedangkan masih sedikitnya lembaga atau instansi terkait yang menyediakannya. Dengan adanya pelatihan diharapkan dapat dan mampu mengoptimalkan kemampuannnya serta merasa diakui kemampuannya dalam mengolah Aplikasi Ms. Office dan Aplikasi SPSS dan dibantu dengan cara yang mudah untuk mendapatkannya, maka dengan media internet yang canggih dapat memungkinkan kita untuk melakukan latihan tes secara online dengan mudah tanpa harus melakukan kursus yang membutuhkan waktu yang lama sehingga dengan waktu yang relatif sedikit kita dapat mengetahui tingkat kemampuan penguasaan program aplkasi dalam hal ini Microsoft Office dan SPSS.

Abstract

Global warming increases the awareness of the Indonesian people about the importanceof efforts to preserve the environment. One of the forms is the change in the lifestyle of theIndonesian people to start using ecofriendly products. One of the company that isaggressively implementing the concept of Green marketing is McDonald's Corporation.Moreover, in implementing green marketing, McDonald's Corporation also continuouslyto strive to improve a positive brand image and compete in the market to win the heartsof consumers so that it can influence consumer purchasing decisions. This study aimsto analyze the effect of green marketing and brand image on the purchasing decisions ofMcDonald's products in North Jakarta.This study uses a quantitative method with theobject of research being McDonald's restaurants located in North Jakarta. Data wascollected through the distribution of online questionnaires via Google Form. The dataanalysis techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, descriptiveanalysis, classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis, individual parametersignificant test (t test), and coefficient of determination (R2). All data were processed usingthe IBM SPSS Statistics 20 program. This study concluded that green marketing and brandimage have a positive and significant effects on purchasing decisions for McDonald'sproducts in North Jakarta. The suggestions given are to maintaining and increasing theapplication of the green marketing concept and carrying out Corporate SocialResponsibility (CSR) to build a positive brand image.

Abstract

Family business has an important role in reinforcing the world economy. It is supportedby data that 80 % -98 % of business in the world is family business. Results of previousstudies showed empirical fact that only 12 % of family businesses were able to survive thethird generation and only 3 % are capable of growing up to the fourth generation . Thisstudy aims to assess the intensity of the commitment to the company's third generation ofthe family . By using purposive sampling technique was found 56 samples from the studypopulation of 106 students in business management class family in Kwik Kian Gie Schoolof Business odd semester 2013-2014. The data analysis of this study employed a qualitativeapproach using a likert scale and the mean score dimensional. This study concluded thatthe third generation has a strong commitment to the family business on a willingness,pride, involvement , and loyalty dimensions, while the next generation 's commitment invalues dimension are not as strong as the commitment of the other four dimensions.
