Abstract

Sejauh ini belum ada marketplace yang menjual smartphone dengan sistem pendukung keputusan. Dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan, masyarakat dapat lebih mudah untuk menentukan smartphone sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing – masing. Marketplace dengan sistem pendukung keputusan dapat diambil datanya dari kriteria – kriteria smartphone yang masyarakat utamakan dalam memilih smartphone. Sehingga dengan kriteria – kriteria tersebut, masyarakat dapat menentukan pilihan. Penelitian ini didasari oleh penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan denga metode SMART untuk mengumpulkan data – data yang berkatikan dengan metode SMART. Penelitian ini didasari dengan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Metode waterfall memiliki proses berurutan sehingga penulis dapat membuat program yang terkontrol. Penulis mulai mengumpulkan data – data yang diperlukan melalui teknik pengumpulan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan kriteria – kriteria yang diinginkan responden. Lalu penulis juga melakukan studi pustaka dimana penulis mendapat teori – teori yang mendukung penelitian penulis melalui buku digital dan jurnal. Hasil penelitian ini diimplementasikan dengan metode SMART, dimana penulis melakukan perhitungan dengan rumus – rumus yang tersedia di dalam metode SMART. Aplikasi berbasis web yang telah dibuat dengan sistem pendukung keputusan dapat mempermudah masyarakat umum untuk memilih smartphone sesuai kebutuhan berdasarkan empat kriteria yaitu harga, merk, kapasitas memori internal, dan RAM. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode SMART mempunyai hasil cukup akurat dengan melalui beberapa proses perhitungan

Abstract

At the present time, technology is growing by leaps and bounds. Many people who keep abreast of technological developments, one of them is the internet. One of the business or enterprise that uses the internet to support its performance is e-commerce. Many benefits of using the web in trade, such as for marketing and sales. PT Bina Baratha Manggala is a company engaged in the lubricants industry. In the process of business, marketing is done manually by a direct marketing meeting and introduced the company's products to prospective customers. In the sales process, customers purchase products by contacting the company. The purpose of this research is to design a website to expand marketing and make the sales process on-line. This website was designed based on the golden rule in designing the user interface, and is written in PHP easy HTML using Macromedia Dreamweaver 8. The design of this website also uses MySQL database to design normalized tables, and XAMPP to connection to the database server. The collection of user requirements and other informations was done by interviewing staff and the owner of PT Bina Baratha Manggala. Designed system is illustrated with a data flow diagram and entity relationship diagrams. A data dictionary is used as a source of data for the process of normalization, resulting the tables in the database. This website provides not only information to visitors about PT Bina Baratha Manggala and products provided, but also on-line sales features. Sales processes will be done through payment confirmation either from member or administrator.  The conclusion of research is, that this website can help business processes in  PT Bina Baratha Manggala sales process on-line and also in managing the sales data, and provide useful information in the resulting reports that is useful to the owner.

Abstract

Lecture management is a routine activity for higher education institution in every semester. Decisionmaking for determining proposed subject in every semester, predicting the number of participants andclasses will be better whether higher education institution uses historical data to find valuableknowledge for lecture planning in the future. Higher education institution can find appropriate patternin subjects selection for each cluster of student in every semester. In this research clustering techniqueis used with Fuzzy C-Means Algortihm in dividing group of students based on semester and GradePoint Average (GPA) for knowing subjects will be attended. Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm is usedbecause several subjects can have membership function in many clusters of student from differentsemester and GPA. Cluster that was formed from this research are 27 clusters.

Abstract

Quality of human resources plays an important roles when building a great nation, the higher quality of human resources reflect the higher quality of whole nation. Many factors affect the life of nation and state, one of those factors is education. School as a foundation place to create educational environment plays a huge roles as an asset to improve the quality of knowledge. Aletheia Primary School established to answer the absence of importance for educational world at the primary stage. With the vision to be the christian institution that commited to create student that have a knowledge base of the truth. Aletheia Primary School got a purpose to analyze teacher’s performance to help school create a future planning. Abstract

Along with the development of information technology related to business development thatprovides a lot of choice of alternative solutions to the organization's use of information technology andthe company has become one of the main requirements as a means to increase the value added in thebusiness process. Use of Data Mining can be interpreted as a method of how to improve the quality ofbusiness decisions based on data-related systems. Data Mining processes data into information, and thenthey are processed more further into knowledge that will help the process of analysis of the companyeffectively. This research used C4.5 algorithm to form a decision tree. The decision tree is aclassification and prediction methods. Decision tree method changes the very large fact into a decisiontree that represents the rules. The purpose of this research is analyzing the customers of PT. WisanamitraArgakarya.

Abstract

Development of technology and information systems use data mining as a method of data processing is growing, due to the large amount of data available and growing every day, especially agricultural data. One of the benefits that can be obtained by applying information technology, among others, is to conduct the analysis and prediction of large amounts of data. The exchange value of food crop farmers (NTPP) is a factor of economic welfare measurement in Indonesia, but quite difficult to predict because there has not been a proper measurement prediction method for predicting the data (NTPP) in the future. This research will be carried out to measure the accuracy of data prediction results using the Linear Regression and Support Vector Machine, with the aim of obtaining the results of the level of accuracy offered by the two methods.Key Words: Prediction, Farmers Exchange Rate, Food Crop Farmers Exchange Rate, Data Mining, Linear Regression, Support Vector Machine, Rapidminer.

Abstract

Development of technology and information systems use data mining as a method of data processing is growing, due to the large amount of data available and growing every day, especially economy, health, and education data. One of the benefits that can be obtained by applying information technology, among others, is to conduct the analysis and clustering of large amounts of data. The human development index (IPM) is a factor of public welfare measurement in Indonesia, but quite difficult to analyze because there has not been a proper measurement clustering method for cluster the data (IPM) in the future. This research aims to make it easier to read the data and classifying data by using K-Means. Abstract

As more rapidly development of technology today, affecting the development of the smartphone operating system. The purpose of making this smartphone is to help, lighten, accelerate and simplify the lives of humans in performing daily activities. One of the smartphone operating system being developed in the community is Android. Therefore, it would be very helpful if we had a program to include the activities of the financial system - transactions/cash flow. To design a personal finance application, the author uses the theories from a variety of sources, the theories is have been used an information system, finance, smartphone, UML, Android, Eclipse, Java, PHP, XML, SQLite. Applications are develop is the Android-based applications with the Java programming language and XML. In this research, the data collected is done by doing and the application system described by object-oriented analysis and described using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The  results from this research is personal finance application that can be used by all people, especially for anyone who wants to record the financial electronically  without using paper/note/book or anyone who frequently forget to arrange finances so that this application is useful as a reminder of the  cash flow. With features such as data import, export data and share data. User need not worry about lost data because the data on this application can be backed up even shared to email or etc. The conclusion of this research that the personal finance application has been based on Android, so it can be used on Android mobile devices. Data from this application is already stored in the database so it is more easily processed by the application and displayed to the user in the form of reports that organized and neat. So users of this application is not difficult to use.Keywords: Android, system information, financial records, technology

Abstract

Information and communication technology is a rapidly growing technology. Developments that occur such as shifting the use of desktop PC to a laptop that is more portable. The development did not stop there, because then came the smaller, lighter device can even be stored in the pocket. This developments is also supported by rapid internet penetration. Therefore, this research has been overshadowed by the problems in website interfaces design on a smartphone. Website interface design on a smartphone takes a smaller image size than that on a PC or laptop. In conducting the study, researchers used a wide variety of theories that are used as reference, researchers also performed surgery on a photo editor application that already exist, such as the photo editor aviary, momentcam, camera 360, and others. In making this application the researchers used the language natively on Android platform, the Java programming language support. In conducting the study, researchers conducted observations indirectly, where researchers do not fall directly into the field to get data or indirectly distributing questionnaires, but the researchers collected data by conducting a review on the opinion of some people regarding the application of photo editor on the website, and through the literature on books, e-books, journals, and websites that have been approved. Through a process of research that has researchers run and the application development process that has taken place, the researchers concluded that the application of the researchers is derived from this study is an application of photo editor that can be easy to understand and use, and application of photo editor generated can also shrink the large sizes the image becomes smaller so that it can be used on the website on a smartphone. The conclusion of this study is the photo editor application can be used to resize the image, so that the images can be used in designing the interface on the website on a smartphone that makes the image can be displayed on a smartphone because it has a smaller size.Keywords : Android, Photo editor, Application, Website Design

Abstract

In its development, information technology brought about many changes and advances in the context of everyday life. One of the benefits of information technology to process and process large amounts of data is data mining and text mining. In this study the authors will analyze and discuss the sentiment (emotion) contained in a comment or post on reviews given by the audience on a movie and see whether it will be classified as positive sentiment or negative so that it can be used to classify the reviews on different movies at imdb.com in the future. This research will gain some classification models based on modeling with support vector machine algorithm to classify the opinion of the new movie and the level of accuracy of each models. Also there will be a wordlist data that contains details of each positive and negative comments in the classification process. Results of this study indicate that it is possible to create a classification model based on audience opinions to classify new opinion using support vector machine algorithms with a high degree of accuracy and produce the details of words in the wordlist database to find a word or phrase that affects most to determine the sentiment in an opinion.Keywords : Classification, Opinion, Audience, Movie, Website, Data Mining, Text Mining, Sentiment Analysis, Support Vector Machine
