Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan model pembelajaran inovatif problem based learning pada materi perubahan sosial kelas XII IPS 1 tahunajaran 2015/2016 di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Sragen. Rincian tujuan tersebut meliputi mengetahui pemahaman guru sosiologi terhadap model pembelajaran inovatifproblem based learning, mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi guru sosiologi dalammenerapkan model pembelajaran inovatif problem based learning dan mengetahuikiat-kiat yang dilakukan guru sosiologi dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran inovatif problem based learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru sosiologidi SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Sragen telah mempelajari dan mempraktikkan modelpembelajaran inovatif problem based learning pada pembelajaran sosiologi materiperubahan sosial, kendala yang dihadapi guru sosiologi dalam menerapkan modelpembelajaran inovatif problem based learning terdiri atas faktor internal dan faktoreksternal, kiat-kiat yang dilakukan guru sosiologi dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran inovatif adalah menyesuaikan materi dengan model pembelajaran inovatifdan memberikan motivasi   This study aims to determine the knowing the implementing of innovative learning model ofproblem based learning in social change material class XII IPS 1 academic year 2015/2016in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Sragen. Details of such purposes include knowing the sociologyteacher understanding of the innovative learning model of problem based learning, knowingobstacles faced in implementing innovative learning model of problem based learning andknowing sociology teacher tips in implementing innovative learning model of problem basedlearning. The results of the study showed that sociology teacher in SMA Muhammadiyah 1Sragen has been studied mostly about innovative learning model of problem based learningand could practice it in sociology learning activity, obstacles that faced by sociology teacher inimplementing innovative learning model of problem based learning consists of internal andexternal factors, tips that did by sociology teacher in implementing innovative learning modelis adapting materials with innovative learning model and giving motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the growth response of the cocoa seed to compost filter cake and nitrogen fertilizer application. This research has been carried out in State Polytechnic of Lampung teaching farm from September 2013 to March 2014 The method used was randomized block design (RBD) with factorial pattern consisting of two factors. The first factor is the compost filter cake, consisting of four levels, namely B0 = 0 g (control), B1 = 50 g, 100 g = B2, and B3 = 150 g per polybag. The second factor is the rate of nitrogen (Urea) fertilizer that consists of four levels, namely N0 = 0 g (control), N1 = 2.5 g, N2 =5.0 g and N3 = 7.5 g per polybag. The indicator used is cocoa seedlings (Theobroma cacao L.). Observations of plant height, leaf number, stem diameter, leaf width, root volume, shoot dry weight, root dry weight, and water content of the soil. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance with the level of accuracy of 5%, then if the calculated F value is greater than the F table, then followed by LSD test. The results showed the use of compost filter cake 150 g and 5.0 g of nitrogen fertilizer each per polybag give value stem diameter, root volume, stover dry weight, and root dry weight of cocoa seedlings higher than the other treatments.Keywords: filter cake compost, growing media, nitrogen fertilizer, Theobroma cacao L.Permalink: http://jurnal.polinela.ac.id/index.php/AIP/article/view/23

Abstract

In buying and selling distributors, there is a possibility that the product will expire or be damaged. Distributor attempts to accept Returns due to expiration or damage by the buyer. In this case the replacement and exchange can be interpreted as khiyar in replacing the goods in the sale and purchase. Where goods that have been purchased can be returned if the item is defective and expired in accordance with the written agreement. This system is intended so that traders do not bear much loss and still trust the goods. The application of this return system has been widely implemented in stores because most traders are currently only focusing on sales without caring about the return system, so distributors and traders will feel safe with their merchandise. So the purpose of this writer is to find out about the return or exchange of expired products according to the perspective of Islamic Business Ethics at PT Essei Perbama. Buying and selling is an act or transaction that has been prescribed in the sense that there is already a law in Islam. The legal basis for buying and selling comes from the Qur'an, hadith and ijma. Therefore all buying and selling transactions must be in accordance with Islamic rules. This research method is collected by interviews, observation, documentation. The data sources used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of triangulation (combined), data analysis was inductive/qualitative in nature, data analysis used a descriptive qualitative approach by examining the practice of buying and selling bakery products at PT Essei Perbama. The results of this study conclude: First, the reality of replacing goods in buying and selling at PT Essei Perbama is due to expired and damaged goods encountered by shop buyers (khiyar disgrace and khiyar ru'yah) or because the product is not selling well (khiyar conditions). When viewed from Islamic business ethics, in buying and selling distributors at PT Essei Perbama there is the principle of monotheism where everything is done solely for the sake of Allah, the principle of justice where the seller is, the principle of freedom where the buyer can exchange goods that have defects or even do not sell, the principle responsibility in which the seller is responsible for goods that are not suitable or defective and the principle of good faith which is realized by carrying out transactions based on good faith, transparent and not harming / tyrannizing other parties. Even so, buyers who deliberately make damaged products that don't sell well are practices of taking other people's rights, tyrannizing one of the parties and including consuming property in a vanity.

Abstract

This study aims to describe learning management and the inhibiting and supporting factors for learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results of the study show that learning management during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 01 Semendawai, Suku Ill included planning, implementation, and evaluation. The learning planning is the preparation of Limited Face-to-face Learning, namely health protocol facilities, Covid-19 task force, Limited PTM supporting documents, preparation of learning tools Special Conditions Curriculum. The Learning implementation refers to the policy of the Head of Education and Culture Office of East OKU Regency regarding technical instructions Implementation of Limited PTM for the 2020/2021 school year. The learning evaluation is carried out normally according to the pandemic situation, namely the assessment of learning outcomes by teachers, education units, and the government. The inhibiting factor for learning is students’ enthusiasm for learning is low, the signal is not stable, and not all students have a smartphone. The supporting factors for learning are the enthusiasm of teachers, parents, and students to learn face-to-face, school discipline, good cooperation between school members, health protocol facilities, a Covid-19 handling task force, and the use of smartphones.

Abstract

Pelatihan asesmen digital melalui platform Quizizz dan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dirancang untuk mendukung pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21 bagi para guru. Keterampilan berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, kreativitas, dan literasi teknologi menjadi semakin penting. Peserta didik di SMA N 10 Yogykarta sudah memanfaatkan teknologi digital seperti Artificial Intelligence (AI) untuk pembelajaran. Guru dituntut untuk mengikuti perkembangan dan menyesuaikan dengan kondisi peserta didik, namun belum memiliki pemahaman dan kemampuan yang memadai dalam pemanfaatan Artificial Intellegince dan Quiziz untuk pengembangan asesmen digital. Program pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan asesmen digital. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan secara tatap muka (luring) dengan metode yang komunikatif, interaktif dan partisipatif. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa guru di SMA Negeri 10 Yogyakarta dapat membuat dan mengembangkan asesmen digital dengan memanfaatkan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan Quiziz dalam pembelajaran. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya membekali guru dengan keterampilan teknis dalam menggunakan alat digital tetapi juga mendukung peningkatan kualitas keterampilan guru-guru di SMA Negeri 10 Yogyakarta khususnya innovative thinking skill yang selaras dengan tuntutan pendidikan abad ke-21.
