Abstract

Sistem pembayaran menjadi pokok tujuan penting dalam melakukan perjanjian sewa menyewa. Karena tujuan dari diadakannya perjanjian ini untuk memperoleh keuntungan. Perlu di buat suatu sistem yang mengatur sistem pembayaran tersebut agar sesuai dengan tujuan dan tidak menimbulkan kerugian dari salah satu pihak. Hasil pembahasan tentang sistem yang digunakan dalam melakukan pembayaran dana sewa untuk lokasi baru dan lokasi perpanjangan. Serta langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam melakukan pembayaran dana sewa baiku untuk lokasi baru maupun lokasi perpanjangan toko Alfamart. Kata kunci : Pembayaran , Sewa

Abstract

Gaji merupakan suatu bentuk pembayaran secara berkala dari seorang majikan kepada karyawannya yang dinyatakan dalam suatu kontrak kerja. Dari sudut pandang pelaksanaan bisnis, gaji dapat dianggap sebagai biaya kebutuhan untuk mendapatkan sumber daya manusia untuk menjalankan operasional perusahaan, dan karenanya disebut dengan biaya personel atau biaya gaji. Istilah lain dari gaji adalah honor dan upah. Gaji, upah, atau imbalan diberikan kepada pegawai sebagai balas jasa atas pekerjaan yang telah mereka lakukan. Gaji yang diberikan tentunya akan menunjang produktivitas kerja para pegawai. Sistem penggajian sangatlah penting karena gaji merupakan komponen yang penting dalam manajemen suatu perusahaan, khususnya bagi para pegawai. Tanpa gaji, kemungkinan aktivitas operasional perusahaan tidak akan berjalan karena tidak adanya timbal balik atas jasa yang mereka lakukan di perusahaan tersebut. Untuk dapat memberikan gaji kepada karyawannya, Sekretariat DPRD Kota Bogor memerlukan suatu sistem penggajian yang dapat memperlancar arus pemberian gaji kepada pegawai. Tujuan dari pembahasan ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem penggajian pegawai sekretariat DPRD Kota Bogor, serta prosedur pemberian gaji dan apakah sistem yang dilakukan tersebut sudah efektif. Abstract

Abstract

Agen46 merupakan produk keagenan laku pandai milik PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. Agen46 dibentuk pada tahun 2015 dengan konsep branchless banking sebagai upaya mendukung program pemerintah yaitu program Keuangan Inklusif. Berbagai produk jasa layanan perbankan dapat ditemukan pada Agen46 agar masyarakat mendapat akses untuk merasakan layanan perbankan tanpa harus datang ke kantor bank. Maksud dan tujuan pembahasan ini yaitu: 1) Mengetahui apa saja produk jasa layanan perbankan yang ada pada Agen46, 2) Mengetahui keunggulan dari layanan dari Agen46, 3) Mengetahui manfaat dari keberadaan Agen46 bagi para nasabah, mitra agen, dan PT Bank Negara Indonesia 4) Mengetahui kendala yang ditemukan dari layanan perbankan melalui Agen46. 5) Mengetahui cara mengatasi kendala yang ditemukan dalam pelayanan perbankan melalui Agen46. Hasil pembahasan dalam tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa produk jasa layanan perbankan yang ada pada Agen46 sudah sesuai dengan peraturan OJK dan ketentuan yang ditetapkan oleh PT BNI. Dalam memberikan jasa layanan perbankan melalui Agen46 masih ditemukan beberapa kendala. Namun kendala-kendala yang ditemukan tersebut dapat diatasi atas kerja sama antara Agen46 dengan pihak BNI melalui perantara ABB. Sehingga, PT Bank Negara Indonesia dapat memberikan jasa layanan yang baik kepada masyarakat melalui perantara Agen46. Kata Kunci: Produk jasa layanan, Agen46.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of third parties and credit interest rates on profitability at state-owned banks. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression with ROA profitability being the dependent variable and two independent variables, namely Third Party Funds and Credit Interest Rates. The results of data processing have obtained a regression model = Y: 0.934 + 2.369X1 + -0.089X2. The regression coefficient shows that if each increase in third party funds is 2.369 one unit, it is predicted that it will increase profitability by 0.934 units and vice versa. The coefficient of determination (R1) is 0.299, this shows that the variable Third Party Funds and the Credit Interest Rate contribute or influence 29% on the profitability variable ROA at BUMN Banks. Partially, the test results show that each variable of third party funds has a positive and significant effect on ROA so that it is accepted and credit interest rates have a negative and insignificant effect on ROA. Simultaneously, the results of the F test show that together the variables of Third Party Funds and Interest Rates have a significant effect on ROA so that they are accepted. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of The Activity Ratio, Profitability Ratio and Interest Rate on Stock Prices Case Study on Sub Sector Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2020 Period. The population in this study are 26 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and a total sample of 5 companies with 6 years of data. The sampling method used is a non-random sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of The Activity Ratio, Profitability Ratio and Interest Rate on Stock Prices. Data testing was carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 Software. From the results of the regression analysis test, the t-count value is -895 with a significance level of 0.379 (p > 0.05), then the Total Asset Turnover (X1) variable has no significant effect on stock prices, which means H1 is rejected and then for X2, the t-count value is 2.123 with a significance level of 0.043 (p < 0.05), the Return on Equity (X2) variable has a significant effect on stock prices, which means H2 is accepted then X3 the results of the regression analysis test obtained a t-count value of 2.673 with a significance level of 0.013 (p < 0 0.05) then the variable Interest Rate (X3) has a significant effect on stock prices, which means H3 is accepted Simultaneously, the calculated f value is 4.695 with a significance level of 0.009 (p < 0.05) then the variables are Total Asset Turnover, Return on Equity and Interest Rate has a simultaneous and significant effect on stock prices, which means H4 is accepted. Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of liquidity, profitability, Price Earnings Ratio (PER), and interest rates on stock returns in property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2018–2023. The research is motivated by fluctuations in stock performance within the sector, which are strongly associated with macroeconomic uncertainty and company fundamentals. Using a quantitative approach, six companies were selected through purposive sampling based on specific criteria, and panel data consisting of 36 observations (6 companies × 6 years) was analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 22. The empirical results indicate that liquidity (CR) and profitability (ROE) have a positive and statistically significant effect on stock returns, while PER shows no significant influence. Conversely, interest rates have a negative and significant impact on stock returns. Simultaneously, all independent variables significantly influence stock returns, as reflected in the regression model (R² = 43.1%). These findings suggest that investors should consider the stability of company financial performance and macroeconomic rate movements when making investment decisions. This study contributes theoretically by reinforcing the signaling and market efficiency theories in the context of the Indonesian capital market, and provides practical implications for issuers to optimize financial indicators to enhance investor confidence and stock value. Further research is recommended to incorporate moderating variables such as economic crisis or ESG disclosure, as well as extending the study period to capture post-pandemic recovery dynamics.   Keywords: Capital Market, Interest Rates, Liquidity, Profitability, Stock Returns

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is Influence of Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Exchange Rate on the Stock Prices of Sub-Sector Crude Oil Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Period of 2019-2024. The sample in this study consists of 13 companies selected based on purposive sampling technique. Using purposive sampling, 10 companies were obtained as samples over a period of 6 years, resulting in a total of 60 data points. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive statistics, using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23 software. The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio variable affects Stock Prices, Debt to Asset Ratio affects Stock Prices, Net Profit Margin partially does not affect Stock Prices, and Exchange Rate does not affect Stock Prices. Meanwhile, Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Exchange Rate simultaneously have a significant effect on Stock Prices. Abstract

Employee turnover remains a critical challenge in the maritime transportation sector, where unique working conditions such as long-term separation from family, high occupational risks, and irregular schedules often lead to dissatisfaction and high resignation rates. This study aims to analyze the determinants of employee turnover by conducting a systematic literature review of previous studies on employee competence, career path, and work engagement, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Articles were collected from reputable databases including Scopus, Web of Science, Emerald, Springer, Sage, Thomson Reuters, and Sinta journals, covering publications from 2016 to 2024. Through a structured screening process, 32 relevant articles were identified and analyzed using comparative analysis to synthesize similarities, differences, and gaps across studies. The findings reveal that employee competence, career path, and work engagement significantly affect turnover, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. However, research focusing specifically on the maritime sector remains limited, creating a contextual gap in understanding turnover under extreme occupational settings. The proposed conceptual framework integrates these variables to provide a holistic model of turnover dynamics, offering theoretical enrichment and practical guidance for human resource strategies. This study contributes to the literature by highlighting the unique context of maritime transportation and by formulating hypotheses for future empirical validation.   Keywords: Employee Turnover, Job Satisfaction, Employee Competence, Career Path, Work Engagement
