Abstract

This study focuses on the analysis of wadiah and mudharabah savings products at BSI KCP Medan Pulo Brayan. The purpose of this study was to analyze the wadiah and mudhaabah savings products and to determine the advantages and disadvantages of wadiah and mudharabah savings products at BSI KCP Medan Pulo Brayan. The research method is a descriptive qualitative research method. The object of this research uses secondary data data from literature studies such as books, journals, articles and so on. The data collection technique is observation. The results of the study show: 1) Analysis of wadiah and mudharabah savings products, which means wadiah savings are using a deposit scheme without profit sharing, while mudharabah savings, namely the owner of the funds, provide flexibility to the bank as a fund manager to use and benefit from a profit-sharing system. 2) And the wadiah and mudharabah savings products have advantages and disadvantages. The advantages of this product are the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) and the lack of wadiah savings in the long term will harm customers, while the shortage of mudharabah savings is a monthly administration fee system.

Abstract

AbstrakPerbankan syariah di Indonesia sudah mengalami perkembangan yang cukup pesat dan semakin menyebar. Industri Perbankan di Indonesia mencatat sejarah baru dengan hadirnya Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) yang didirikan 1 februari 2021, atau 19 jumadil Akhir 1442 H. Pembiayaan merupakan salah satu tugas  didalam lembaga keuangan Perbankan. Produk pembiayaan yang banyak dipilih nasabah adalah Pembiayaan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) dengan menggunakan akad Murabahah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan akad murabahah produk pembiayaan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) di BSI KC Medan Adam Malik. Penelitian ini merupakan hasil pengamatan penulis selama melakukan magang di BSI KC Medan Adam Malik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif.  Sumber data didapat dari hasil penelitian lapangan (magang) dan juga wawancara dengan Finacing Operation Staff. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penerapan akad Murabahah pada produk pembiayan KUR (Kredit Usaha Rakyat) di Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Medan Adam Malik sesuai dengan fatwa dan prosedur transkasi murabahah, karena akad Murabahah akan dilakukan dan diberikan pembiayaan setelah adanya pembelian barang yang diminta oleh nasabah.Kata Kunci : Penerapan, Pembiayaan, Murabahah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kepatuhan syariah pada produk FLPP Sejahtera Tapak di Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Karya dengan adanya program ini dapat menjadi solusi bagi masyarakat yang memiliki keinganan untuk memiliki rumah sesuai dengan harapan dan keinginannya tanpa harus memiliki uang cash terlebih dahulu. Jumlah nasabah pada produk FLPP ini terus mengalami peningkatan tiap tahunnya dengan meningkatnya jumlah nasabah FLPP, apakah bank tersebut sudah melaksanakan kepatuhan syariah dengan baik atau belum. Melihat pada penelitian terdahulu masih ada bank yang proses pelaksanaannya belum sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Padahal bank tersebut berbasis syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melalui wawancara pada dua informan yang terdiri dari satu informan Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Karya yang diwakilkan oleh Account Officer dan satu informan dari akademisi perbankan syariah FEBI UIN-SU dan dokumentasi yang terdiri dari Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) alur pemberian pembiayaan FLPP dan kontrak akad. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kepatuhan syariah pada produk FLPP Sejahtera Tapak di Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Karya telah berjalan sesuai dengan kepatuhan syariah yang dikeluarkan oleh Dewan Pengawas Syariah yaitu Fatwa Dewan Pengawas Syariah Nasional No: 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 Tentang Murabahah.

Abstract

This study aims to see and analyze how the service quality at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kisaran uses the Fuzzy-Service Quality method. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach. The sampling technique is random sampling. The sample used was 100 people with a Likert scale-based questionnaire for data collection. Based on the results of defuzzification calculations, the highest perceived value of service quality for BSI Sub-Branch Offices is 76,5. For defuzzification calculations, it is known that the highest expectation value of BSI service quality is 91,25. Meanwhile, the gap between perceptions and expectations shows a negative value, namely -1,64 or not 1, meaning that what the customer expects is not fully in accordance with what is received by Bank Syariah Indonesia customers at the Kisaran Sub-Branch Office.

Abstract

The sharia trade used is a murabahah contract. The justification behind this discussion is to sort out what are the potential benefits of multipurpose financing, to sort out the procedures for providing multipurpose financing to micro, small and medium enterprises through murabahah contracts. Research conducted by the manufacturer at PT. BSI Kcp Simalungun Trading .district. The results and conclusion of the discussion show that PT. BSI Kcp Simalungun Trading has multipurpose financing that is given to small, almost non-existent and medium scale businesses to increase business capital that has been sympathetic for no less than one year and has taken advantage of multipurpose financing in assisting financing applications for clients and assisting two players. The movement of resources introduced by multipurpose financing is colossal, up to 500 million to be exact with the use of murabahah contracts.

Abstract

The intent of the study was to examine the efficacy of using the Speech Ace program in enhancing the English oral proficiency of junior high school pupils. A quasi-experimental approach was used, consisting of one experimental class that included Speech Ace during sessions, and one control class that received standard education. Both courses underwent pre-testing and post-testing to assess their speaking abilities. The findings demonstrated a statistically significant enhancement in the average score of the experimental group's post-test, which increased from 75 to 88 (p=0.001). On the other hand, the control class did not show a notable variation in average scores, which ranged from 73 to 75 (p=0.05). A t-test analysis comparing independent samples showed a statistically significant difference between the groups, with a p-value of 0.000, which is less than the significance level of 0.05. As a result, it was determined that the study hypothesis was confirmed, indicating that SpeechAce had a considerable impact on students' English-speaking proficiency. The good evaluations of SpeechAce were also seen in the student interviews and surveys. In summary, the results of the study provide concrete evidence that using technology-based tools like SpeechAce may significantly improve students' pronunciation abilities when used with traditional teaching techniques.

Abstract

The background of this research is that there are difficulties in writing narrative texts in high school students in English subjects. This study aims to measure whether there is any significant effect of applying cubes story on students' writing ability in English narrative text. The study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The research samples were divided into two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. The experimental class received treatment from the researcher using a cube story while the control class did not receive any treatment other than what the teacher usually used. The population of this research is all of the 11th-grade students of MAN 1 Deli Serdang In academic 2023/2024. The sample of this research was two classes of 11th grade of MAN 1 Deli Serdang, XI A MIPA for the experiment class and XI B MIPA for the control class. Writing tests were used as a research instrument to collect data. The tests were pre-tests which were given before the treatment and post-tests were given after the treatment. To analyze the data, the researcher used IBM SPSS version 25. The result of this research post-test t-test resulted in a lower p-value (2-tailed significance) than the significance level (α) (0.000 < 0.05). Furthermore, the t-value is higher than the t-table, 5.856 > 1.677. It stated that the null hypothesis (h0) was rejected while the alternative hypothesis (ha) was accepted. The data indicate the effect size of a result is 1.67. It signifies that the impact falls into the strong category. The conclusion is that story cubes have a strong effect on students' writing in narrative text, particularly in the eleventh grade of MAN 1 Deli Serdang In academic 2023/2024.

Abstract

The utilization of Information and Communication technology (ICT) in educational activities substantially enhances the quality of education, particularly in the context of the current industrial revolution 4.0. Classpoint is a learning platform that helps with IT- based learning. This study seeks to evaluate the application of Classpoint in English instruction for grade XI students at State islamic high school in Medan. This Study employs a qualitative methodology utilizing a case study design. Data were gathered via observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis methodologies encompass data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion formulation. To guarantee the data’s validity, triangulation of data, methodologies, and source was employed. This study’s findings indicate that classpoint is highly effective in facilitating English learning for eleventh- grade students at State islamic high school in Medan.
