This activity is carried out using the counseling method. Evaluation of counseling activities in this service can increase the knowledge of the younger generation about the dangers of drug use, both in the short term and in the long term.

This study uses univariate analysis to describe the results of the application quality assessment based on user perception. The MAUQ instrument is declared valid with r-count ≥ r-table (0,1562). The correlation coefficient between the dimensions of ease of use, interface and satisfaction, and usefulness and the total score is 0.933, 0.974, and 0.935. Cronbach's Alpha values on the dimensions of convenience, interface and satisfaction, usability, and overall dimensions are 0.908, 0.950, 0.851, and 0.874 66% agreed and strongly agreed that this application was easy to use, 64.7% agreed and strongly agreed with the appearance of the application and were satisfied when using the application and 55.7% of students had a perception of very agree and agree with the usability of the app. Overall perceived ease of use, interface and satisfaction, and usefulness of the PeduliLindungi application ≥ 50%.

This strong correlation indicates a consistent relationship between the two measurements. These results can be interpreted that there is a difference in blood sugar levels before and after being given Electrical stimulants in diabetes mellitus patients at the Stabelan Health Center in Surakarta. Abstract

Medical records are a crucial component of healthcare services, but manual recording systems often present challenges such as delayed data access, information redundancy, and the risk of document loss. This study aims to design and implement an electronic medical records (EMR) information system that can improve healthcare service efficiency. Methods that used in this research were  need analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), and web-based implementation supported by a relational database. The results show that the EMR system can accelerate patient data access, minimize duplication of records, and improve the accuracy of medical documentation. A trial of the system at a primary healthcare facility demonstrated 35% increase in service efficiency compared to the manual method. Therefore, the implementation of EMR contributes significantly to improve healthcare service quality and can be further developed through cloud and mobile application integration.
