Abstract

Career adaptability memiliki makna penting bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir di perguruan tinggi. Career adaptability yang tinggi dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam menyesuaikan diri dan mengantisipasi perubahan yang mungkin terjadi  di lingkungan kerja. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi career adaptability adalah hardiness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara hardiness dengan career adaptability pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Fakultas Psikologi UIN Suska Riau. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 201 orang mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Accidental Sampling yaitu nonprobability sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan skala psikologi yaitu Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) oleh Savickas dan Profeli (2012) dengan reliabilitas 0,883 dan skala hardiness oleh Delfitriani (2019) dengan reliabilitas 0,905. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment dibantu SPSS 23.0 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) 0,630 dengan signifikan p=0,000 (p<0,01) artinya hipotesis diterima, yaitu ada hubungan yang signifikan antara hardiness dengan career adaptability pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Fakultas Psikologi UIN Suska Riau.  Kata kunci :Career Adaptabilities, Hardiness, Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir

Abstract

Pusat utama untuk mencapai kesuksesan siswa di sekolah dan kehidupan adalah “sense of wellbeing”. Melalui sense of wellbeing, pengembangan terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa, identitas diri yang positif, resiliensi menjadi sangat memungkinkan akan berkorelasi dengan dengan aspek yang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji hubungan antara Integrative Islamic Personality dengan Student Wellbeing pada Santri Pondok Pesantren. Jumlah subjek penelitian yaitu 538 santri. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu skala integrative Islamic personality dan Student wellbeing. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hipotesis dalam penelitian yaitu ada pengaruh Integrative Islamic Personality dengan Student Wellbeing diterima. Kesejahteraan siswa dapat diwujudkan melalui pengembangan kepribadian islam yang integrative. The hypothesis in this study is that there is an influence of Integrative Islamic Personality with Student Welbeing is accepted. Student welfare can be realized through the development of an integrative Islamic personality. Abstract

This research aims to enhance the short story writing skills of class XI SMA/SMK/MA students by utilizing the Telegram Bot as an innovative learning medium. Writing short stories is a fundamental skill in Indonesian language learning but often encounters challenges due to low student interest and limited innovation in instructional methods. This study employed a case study method with a qualitative approach to explore the application of Telegram Bots in improving students' writing skills. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and analyzed to assess students' writing abilities, creative thinking, and engagement with social media. The findings indicate that the use of Telegram Bots significantly enhances students' proficiency in story structure and language use. Furthermore, social media has proven effective in motivating students by providing inspiration, fostering creative discussions, and facilitating constructive feedback. This research demonstrates that technology-based innovations, such as Telegram Bots, can create interactive, effective, and contextually relevant learning experiences tailored to the demands of the digital era.
