Universitas Gadjah Mada through its Publishing Agency (BPP) aims to improve the quality of scientific journals, among others through internationalisation by including them to reputable indexing institutions. One of the requirements of internationalisation of scientific journals is that the articles in the journal have been cited by other articles in reputable international journals. Another requirement is the use of primary reference resources by the article comes from relevant and new scientific journals and proceedings. This study aimed to (1) identify the usage of Jurnal Agritech as the reference in published articles in international scientific journals indexed by Scopus, and (2) examine the refereed themes (Jurnal Agritech) in the article themes (other reputable journals). The study used the descriptive research method with quantitative approach. Data collection was conducted in February - March 2017 at Gadjah Mada University Library. Study results showed that Jurnal Agritech was used as a reference in articles published by international scientific journals indexed by Scopus. From the eight international scientific journals, the number of referred articles in Jurnal Agritech was one to six articles. Overall, articles published in the eight international scientific journals indexed by Scopus have referred to literatures relevant to Jurnal Agritech. It is therefore important that Jurnal Agritech is enhanced through the internationalization program by including it in the indexing agency.

Penelitian deskriptif survei ini memetakan kualifikasi, potensi, minat meneliti, minat karya ilmiah dan produktivitas karya ilmiah pustakawan UGM, yang bermanfaat untuk perencanaan dan penyesuaian pembinaan karir. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bidang informasi yang paling diminati yaitu: Pekerjaan layanan informasi, 17%; Manajemen Perpustakaan 13%; serta Pemustaka, Literasi dan Minat Baca 12%. Penelitian yang dihasilkan sejumlah 86; karya ilmiah 212; serta 177 artikel. Rerata skor angket kualifikasi 1,94 termasuk rendah, sebagian besar responden belum memiliki kualifikasi kemampuan profesional. Rerata skor angket minat meneliti 2,38 termasuk rendah, sebagian besar responden tidak memiliki hambatan metodologi penelitian, tetapi terdapat hambatan serius yaitu penelitian kuantitatif, model dan prinsip analisisnya; serta analisis data dan inferensi. Rerata skor angket karya ilmiah 2,86, termasuk tinggi, sebagian besar responden belum pernah membuat berbagai bentuk karya ilmiah terutama menerjemahkan / menyadur buku.

Introduction. In the industrial revolution 4.0 libraries begin to transform their conventional services into digital libraries. The Department of Economics and Business of SV UGM is trying to add digital library services based on applications from Enam Kubuku Indonesia Company. Purpose. The research was conducted to find out the implementation of Digilib (Digital Library) with Kubuku application and its future implementation at The Department of Economics and Business of SV UGM. Method. The research used literature study method which is a stage of research carried out to search for information, theories, methods, and concepts in accordance with the problem. The information obtained is then used as a reference material to resolve problems at the research location. Literature study in this research was carried out by digging up information and references from books, online media, discussions and interviews with stakeholders, library users, and other diligib staff from Digilib UNY, ISI Yogyakarta, and I-Jogja. Results and discussion. This research resulted in an implementation of digilib using the application from Kubuku, and its future obtains very positive responses from users and leaders along with the staff. The results also produced several categories of digital libraries: bookless digilib, semi-mobile digilib, and mobile digilib. This research is expected to provide an overview of the development of digital library in the Department of Economics and Business of SV UGM and become an example for other libraries that have not yet implemented digital library.

There are 15 scientific journals in the field of Library and Information Science (LIS) accredited and indexed by Science and Technology Index (SINTA). The journals are divided by rating namely SINTA 2 (4 journals), SINTA 3 (4 journals) and SINTA 4 (7 journals). This study aims to determine the productivity pattern of authors in the field of LIS in 2015 - 2019 indexed in SINTA 2, 3 and 4 based on Lotka's rules. The research approach is quantitative with bibliometric analysis. The results show that based on: (1) article published during 2015 – 2019, there were 1,806 authors with a frequency of article writing 1,061; (2) the calculation of the author's productivity pattern, shows the value of n = 0.93062 and the value of C = 0.74864; and (3) the K-S test results show that the Dmax value was greater than the critical value for SINTA 2 and 4, while for the SINTA 3 the Dmax value was smaller (0.0172) than the critical value (0.108).

Arsip dinamis (rekod) merupakan salah satu hasil samping dari kegiatan lembaga pendidikan. Arsip dinamis sangat dibutuhkan dalam pelaksanaan akreditasi sekolah/madrasah karena arsip merupakan pusat ingatan untuk setiap kegiatan lembaga pendidikan. Akan tetapi, dalam penanganan arsip di sekolah/madrasah masih ditemukan belum berjalan efisien karena dikelola dengan sistem informasi konvensional dan memakan waktu yang relatif lama untuk proses temu kembali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem informasi manajemen rekod yang dapat mempermudah proses temu kembali arsip yang cepat, akurat, dan efisien. Perancangan sistem informasi ini difokuskan pada arsip kegiatan pendidikan sekolah dasar khususnya untuk akreditasi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplorasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis data, perancangan, desain aplikasi, pengujian dan implementasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perancangan program aplikasi dan aplikasi yang dirancang dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah pada proses akreditasi sekolah dasar/madrasah. Sistem perancangan berbasis Microsoft Access dapat membantu bagian administrasi sekolah untuk dapat mengelola arsip secara efektif dan efisien. Pengelolaan arsip secara elektronik akan menjamin kecepatan, kemudahan dan keakuratan temu kembali arsip dinamis untuk mendukung kegiatan pendidikan sekolah dasar/madrasah terutama di lokasi pedesaan dan pedalaman.

Introduction, this study is discussing trends in research topics in the field of library science and information and looking at bibliometric studies. Research and Analysis Methods, The method in this study is bibliometrics with Co-Word analysis methods and citation analysis. First, word analysis is done to look at research trends by grouping keywords, then grouping them according to Hawkins' taxonomy. Second, the citation analysis is done by looking at the bibliography to see the types of literature, literature, and obsolescence literature.The results and discussion, the trend of research topics in the library scientific field that developed in the 2015-2017 period were library and library services and social problems, while the results of citations analysis showed the type of literature most widely used by book literature (53, 49%) and journals (9.65%). The most literary languages are Indonesian (61.08%) and English (38.00%), while the age of documents cited is still relevant, namely 0-10 years (63.82%) and 0-20 years (28 , 67%). Conclusions, Trends in further research topics on the topic of Libraries and Library Services and Social Issues, there is a diversity of types of literature cited, available diversity of languages and the level of obsolescence of documents cited.

The Library of the Faculty of Medicine, Public Health and Nursing (FK-KMK) Gadjah Mada University is facing a changing user. Users are familiar with information technology with digital content, thus influencing their habits and behavior in using library facilities with laptops or smartphones. Users need adequate and comfortable facilities to work. Recognizing a shift in the habits and behavior of library users, FK-KMK seeks to develop library facilities with a Coworking Space approach. The formulation of the problem is how to implement Coworking Space in the development of FK-KMK UGM Library facilities. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of Coworking Space in the development of the FK-KMK UGM Library facilities. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach, while the research variable is the implementation of Coworking Space for the development of FK-KMK Library facilities. The results showed that the implementation of Coworking Space for the development of library facilities is done by: changing the layout of the 1st floor, namely book collection shelves, tables, chairs and circulation services; painting the pillars on the 1st floor in bright colors; adding a reading space in the front porch of the FK-KMK Library; providing facilities for users in order to feel comfortable when learning or discussing in the library. The recommendation in this research is that Coworking Space encourage users to be comfortable when using the library facilities of FK-KMK UGM, so that maintenance and cleanliness are always carried out.

Tren Kepengarangan Berkala Ilmu Perpustakaan dan Informasi Periode 2014-2018: Sebuah Analisis Bibliometrik Sri Junandi

This article discusses Bibliometrics which was used to analyse 80 articles published in journal Berkala Ilmu Perpustakaan dan Informasi (BIP) from 2014 to 2018 published by the Library of Universitas Gadjah Mada. This study aims to determine the distribution of articles per year as well as per number, authorship patterns, type of references used, institutional contribution and author productivity. The data was downloaded from the https://jurnal.ugm.ac.id/bip, and was processed using Microsof Excel 2013, as well as the degree of collaboration calculated in the Subramanyam formula. The results showed that BIP has published a total of 80 articles involving 120 people authors, with a single author larger than the multiple author; collaboration degrees value at 0.67. The majority of the references used were textbooks (65.15%) and scientific journals (31.04%). Affiliate authors come from educational institutions is the biggest contributor article, and Gadjah Mada University is in the first order (36 times). Female authors are more productive than male authors: Pergola Irianti served as the first one (4 articles). Some suggestions include that a journal manager should increase the number of collaborative authors and to require that published articles should have 80% of the journals and the proceedings as the main reference.
