Abstract

Abstrak: Salah satu Bank Syariah didirikan bertujuan untuk mempromosikan dan mengembangkan prinsip-prinsip Islam atau prinsip syariah kedalam tradisi transaksi keuangan perbankan dan bisnis-bisnis lainya yang berkaitan dengan keuangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan kredit pada bank syariah di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitattif denga pendekatan literatur, Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan studi literatur. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa permintaan kredit (Murabahah) pada bank Syariah di Indonesia diantaranya yaitu: 1. Pelayanan, 2. Faktor keinginan nasabah, 3. Biaya-biaya, 4. Dengan syariat islam Data peelitian ini digunakan untuk mengamati faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi dari permintaan kredit (murabahah) di perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Kata Kunci : Permintaan, Akad Murabahah, dan Perbankan syariah Indoensia. Abstract: One of the Islamic Banks established aims to promote and develop Islamic principles or sharia principles into the tradition of banking financial transactions and other businesses related to finance. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the factors that influence the demand for credit in Islamic banks in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative method with a literature approach. The data source used is secondary data from literature studies. The results of the study show that the demand for credit (Murabahah) at Islamic banks in Indonesia includes: 1. Service, 2. Consumer taste factors, 3. Costs, 4. With Islamic Shari'a. Research data is used to observe what factors are affect the demand for credit (murabaha) in Islamic banking in Indonesia. Keywords: Demand, Murabahah, and Indonesian Islamic Banking.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out a new concept of spiritual leadership based on Maqashid Syari'ah in educational institutions. This research uses a qualitative approach that uses literature studies and content analysis techniques. Spiritual leadership in educational institutions has three concepts, namely, assuming a leader has leadership traits since birth, group function is seen as leadership because the success or failure of a leader depends on how the group works and making concepts that are more advanced and better. This study also shows that leaders need to understand the importance of vision, altruistic love, and the expectations of members in leadership. The net result of the concept of spiritual leadership in educational institutions based on maqashid shari'ah must adjust to five forms of protection, namely, religious protection, protection of life, protection of property, protection of reason, and protection of lineage. From this form of protection, leadership in educational institutions will be more practical, structured, and consistent. After doing literature research by analyzing spiritual leadership based on maqashid shari’ah, it can be concluded that the content of the concept of spiritual leadership is by the protection in maqashid shari’ah". structured and consistent.
