Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan mengetahui alasan mengapa Rusia melakukan serangan militer ke wilayah Ukraina serta bagaimana upaya penyelesaian konflik antara Rusia-Ukraiana. Rusia telah mengerahkan puluhan ribu tentara militer ke wilayah Ukraina disebabkan tiga faktor yaitu: faktor Geopolitik, Faktor Demografis, dan Faktor Sosio-politik. Faktor Geopolitik menjadi Faktor utama karena posisi Ukraina yang merupakan buffer zone antara NATO dan Federasi Rusia sehingga menjadikan posisi negara tersebut strategis secara geopolitik untuk diperebutkan demi pengaruh ideologis maupun teritorial. Setidaknya ada 4 cara yang penulis sampaikan untuk meyelesiakan perang Rusia-Ukraina diantaranya melakukan Negosiasi, Good Offices, Organisasi Internasional dan Mediasi. Upaya-upaya ini dapat dijadikan alternatif untuk mengakhiri konflik Rusia-Ukraina.

Abstract

Implementation of public information disclosure policy in the Public Information and Documentation Office (PPID) of Serang City. Public information disclosure in Indonesia is governed by the Public Information Transparency Act (UU KIP) Number 14 of 2008, and in the PPID of Serang City, it is implemented to fulfill the rights of public officials to carry out their roles transparently. The study adopts a quantitative approach with 70 respondents as the sample, and data is collected through questionnaires. The implementation policy model used is Merilee S. Grindle's model, which includes content of policy and context of policy variables. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, T-test, and F-test. Based on the research results using VOSviewer 1.6.16 software with Scopus database, it was found that there is a significant influence between the content and context of policy variables on the implementation of public information disclosure policy. The content of policy variable plays the most dominant role with an influence rate of 99%, while the context of policy variable has an influence rate of 84.83%.

Abstract

Stunting is a health and development issue that necessitates collaboration across sectors and active engagement of the community. Using a qualitative case study approach, this study seeks to investigate the impetus behind public service efforts to accelerate stunting reduction in Mongpok Village, Cikeusal District, Serang Regency. The information was gathered via in-depth interviews. Participating in public services about stunting in Mompok village, including midwives, nutrition workers, family planning instructors, PKK cadres, and the village administration, comprised the research informants. Utilizing PSM (Public Service Motivation) theory, the data were examined. In light of the research findings, the village government demonstrates commendable motivation towards public service through its attentiveness and concern for the issue of stunting, collaboration and accountability among diverse stakeholders, ingenuity, and capability to enhance services
