Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh suatu perkembangan pendidikan formal yang sampai saat ini masih disertai dengan rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa.Dalam hal ini perlu diadakannya implementasi manajemen pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Adapun SMPN 2 Bantaran merupakan salah satu sekolah yang letaknya di Desa Kedung Rejo, Kecamatan Bantaran, Kabupaten Probolinggo, yang mana dalam hal ini SMPN 2 Bantaran tersebut terbilang memiliki tingkat motivasi belajar siswa yang tergolong masih rendah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang mana dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan karena dalam proses pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung oleh peneliti di lokasi penelitian. Adapun metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini ialah metode deskriptif, yang berarti penelitian hanya memaparkan data sesuai fakta, apa adanya dan tanpa adanya manipulasi dari peneliti. Jadi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang bagaimana implementasi manajemen pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa SMPN 2 Bantaran, mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran, mengetahui masalah dan solusi dalam hal terkait. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMPN 2 Bantaran, setiap guru menyiapkan strategi yang berbeda, misal strategi pendekatan kepada siswa dan strategi pemberian hadiah dan hukuman.

Abstract

Mathematics is an important subject to be taught at MI because mathematics is very useful in students' daily lives, especially in terms of subtraction and addition. However, not all students understand mathematics learning. Like the problems that occurred in Class III MI Nurul Hikmah students in their third year, they found difficulties in learning mathematics in the discussion of addition and subtraction. This is due to the lack of precise application of the learning method used. As educators must be more creative in utilizing learning methods. For this reason, researchers are very interested in carrying out this research by applying the Role Playing learning method to fix these problems and increase student scores. This research was carried out with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). With the stages of data collection using several ways, namely: observation, interviews, tests of discussion results, documentation, performance indicators. The process of data analysis with descriptive qualitative research. The results of research using the Role Playing method experienced a significant increase with the acquisition of the first cycle completeness value of only 32.5% and the second cycle reached 100%.

Abstract

The difficulties of class IX students in understanding the subject matter at the Nurul Islam Junior High School can reduce learning motivation when learning time in class and assignments are given by teacher. In this case, it is caused by the school environment, the friends itself, bored feeling, personal and family problems, and the setting of rest time is the trigger too. So, increasing learning motivation of students in class IX need something new namely implementing the Project Based Learning model. The model is expected to be a solution to the student for understanding the subject matter, do not feel bored or bored in learning, active during learning and practicing independence in class. The method that is used is descriptive qualitative by describing the data in the form of narrative and detail based on facts in the field. The results of this study are the implementation of the Project Based Learning model with the results that is game "Snakes and Ladders" effective in increasing the learning motivation and understanding of class IX students, this is proven when students can explain the subject matter properly, are active and enthusiastic when playing the game.

Abstract

Learning media is anything that can be used to convey messages from the teacher to students so that they can stimulate the mind, feelings, interests, and students' attention so that the learning process can take place effectively. The problems that occurred at SDN Banjarsari 2 in class V showed that many students tended to feel bored, students looked lacking active in the learning process, and the material presented is difficult for students to understand. It was from here that the researcher was interested in conducting research entitled The effect of flashcard media on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in social studies at SDN Banjarsari 2. Based on the background of the problems that have been occurs, then it is formulated "Is there any effect of flash card media on the learning outcomes of class V students in the social studies subject at SDN Banjarsari 2. This type of research is quantitative by using an experimental model One Group Pretest Posttest. Data collection techniques in this study are: observation, questionnaire, test, and documentation. Analysis of the data obtained from the results. This study uses descriptive and differential data analysis. Judging from the average score of students before using the flash card media, namely 57.61%, it is in the low category. Meanwhile, after using the flash card media, the average value of students, namely 77.61%, is in the medium category. From the results of inferential statistical analysis using the t-test formula, it can be seen that the tcount is 7.35. With a frequency (dk) of 21-1 = 20, at a significant level of 0.05 obtained ttable = 2.086, therefore tCount > tTable at a significant level of 0.05, then the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, which means that the application of flash card media affects social studies learning outcomes for fifth grade students at SDN Banjarsari 2.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of character values ​​in student self-development activities at SMP Taruna Dra. Zulaeha Lecess, Probolinggo Regency. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. After this data is collected, then qualitative data analysis is carried out. The results of the research show that character values ​​in the self-development of students at SMP Taruna Dra.Zulaeha Leces have been going well. It has been shown that there are a number of students who have achieved a lot of character values ​​in self-development activities through self-development talents achieved by students at schools, both at the Problnggo Regency level, the East Java Province level and even at the National level during 2022. The vice-student teacher has giving encouragement to students in student self-development activities, providing guidance to students in developing achievements, rewarding students who have succeeded in developing achievements. There are several students who do not know about Student Self-Development at SMP Taruna Dra.Zulaeha Leces, namely the student named Zafira Yuri Wardani. With the encouragement and enthusiasm of the teachers, Zafira Yuri Wardani succeeded in participating in self-development activities at school. Zafira Wardani succeeded in getting achievements from the English Club at the Probolinggo Regency level.
