Abstract

Writing skill is one of the four language proficiency aspects that students need to possess. However, some previous studies have revealed that students' narrative writing ability is still low. One of the efforts that can be made to address this issue is by using animation as a learning medium. This research aims to examine the extent of the influence of using animation as a learning medium on the narrative writing skill of elementary school students. This study employs a quantitative research method with a quasi-experimental design using the non-equivalent control group design. The research was conducted at SDN Cijati 1 Majalengka. The sample of the study consists of 50 respondents from Grade V students. The research instrument used is a written test through a post-test, and the data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that the narrative writing skill of students in the class that used animation as a learning medium is better than the class that did not use animation as a learning medium. Therefore, animation as a learning medium has a significant effect on developing students' narrative writing skill.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to solve the problems dealing with the students' active participation and writing achievement. The research design was Classroom Action Research. The area and subjects of this research were chosen purposively by using purposive method. The subjects were the VIII-D students at SMP Negeri 2 Tanggul in the 2013/2014 academic year. The data collected were writing test, observation, interview and documentation. The results of this research showed that there were improvement of students' participation and their writing achievement in Cycle 1 to Cycle 2. In Cycle 1, there were 54.05% of the students who actively participated during the teaching learning process. Meanwhile, there were 40% of the students who achieved the target score. Beside, in Cycle 2, there were 70.26% of the students who actively participated during the teaching learning process, while 70.27% of the students achieved the target score. It proved that the use of Spidergram technique could improve the students' active participation and writing achievement. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT. XYZ, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur instrumen musik non-tradisional, selama periode 2020–2024. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif yang menggali lebih mendalam kinerja keuangan melalui deep interview menggunakan metode Triangulasi untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi fluktuasi penjualan yang berdampak kepada profitabilitas perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini juga dilakukan Analisa keuangan melalui Analisa vertikal dan Horizontal laporan keuangan dan Analisa rasio keuangan untuk mendukung analisis keuangan Perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan signifikan dalam volume penjualan pada tahun 2023 dan 2024 yang dipengaruhi oleh perubahan tren gaya hidup konsumen, meningkatnya persaingan, kualitas produk yang menurun, dan kurangnya efisiensi produksi. Namun, perusahaan juga menunjukkan peningkatan profitabilitas pada tahun tertentu sebagai hasil dari strategi pemasaran digital dan penguatan kualitas produk. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara pengelolaan keuangan, adaptasi terhadap pasar, dan strategi operasional yang berkelanjutan dalam menjaga kinerja perusahaan di tengah dinamika industri manufaktur.
