Abstract

Abstract. One of the bread tree utilization is to make it powder. In general, the bread tree powder has good taste and good condition than tapioca powder. so, it can produce many kinds of delicious product. Several kinds of food that can make from the bread tree powder are cake, pastry, donuts, pudding, kroket, rissoles, gethuk, klepon, apem ect. The aim of this research is to know the acceptance number (organoleptic) of cake that made from the bread tree powder from fermentation process if we compare with the cake from wheat flour. This research consists of 3 treatments; A1 (cake from wheat flour), A2 (cake from the bread tree powder) and A3 (cake from the bread tree from fermentation process). The product was tested by organoleptic test (taste, smell and texture). Based on the research we know that the taste of A3 product is the most like (62 %) then A1 (48%) and A2 (33 %). The smell of A3 product is the most like (48%) then A1 and A2 (like and dislike just 38%), and the best texture is A1 (67%), A2(48%).Keywords:fortification, cake, fermented the bread tree powder

Abstract

Makrozoobentos living relative lived, so it was better used as a guide environmental quality, as always contact with the waste into their habitat. Bivalvia and gastropod the most widely used as bioindicator pollution because he lived. This study aimed to know the level of species diversity in the estuary in estuary of Jeneberang River, to know the abundance of mollusks and know the type of mollusks that dominate in estuary of Jeneberang River. This research was descriptive of how diversity in estuary of Jeneberang River. The results obtained based on the diversity index showed <1.0, showed estuarine of Jeneberang River including heavy polluted waters. Based on the dominance index gained value approaching zero, then there is no dominant species.Key words: Makrozoobentos, Bivalvia, Gastropoda, Jeneberang River.

Abstract

The diversification limitation of exploiting tempe as an alternative nugget raw materials, substitution of meat and fish, and also to optimalize the very abundance resource, so it is necessary to do the right processing to the alternative food resource, which meant to give an additional point. Produce a liked product, also the adjustment of technology, and the cost that reached by the society. The aim of this reseach is to know the kind of glue material which can produce nugget tempe with the best chemical and organoleptic propertics. This research consit of 4 treatment; A1 (tempe nugget from bread powder), A2 (tempe nugget from tapioca), A3 (tempe nugget from sagu), A4 (tempe nugget maizena powder). Water convcentration analyse using oven method. Product was tested by organoleptic test (taste, smell, and tecsture). The result on water concentration analyse, that the smallest water concentration shown by A2  about 161,55% between from treatment A1 abaout 191,75%, A3 abaout 180,02% and A4 182, 45%. The result on organoleptic the teste of A1 product is the most like (75 %) between A2, A3 and A4 treatment. The smell of A2, A3 and A4 is the must like (67 %). And the best tecsture is all treatment.The result of this research is expected to give benefit in supporting the effort saking the alternative nugget glue material by using tempe which owning a high nutrition value. Abstract

This study aims to determine the enzyme activity of chitinase B. bassiana strain found in South Sulawesi. Knowing the relationship between the activity of chitinase enzyme isolate-isolate B.bassiana strain in South Sulawesi with mortality grayak caterpillar (Spodoptera litura). This descriptive research by linking the enzyme activity of chitinase from Beauveria bassiana strain local South Sulawesi on mortality grayak caterpillar larvae (Spodoptera litura). Based on the research that has been done shows that the activity of the enzyme from South Sulawesi B.bassiana local strains showed differences in each isolate, isolates the origin Enrekang 7.15 units / ml, isolate origin Bantaeng 7.12 units / ml, 6.32 units of isolate origin Pinrang / mi and isolate the origin of Maros 6.2 units / ml. There is a relationship between enzyme activity with mortality rates of larvae of Spodoptera litura. The highest mortality is caused by the isolate origin Enrekang 86%, followed by the isolate origin Bantaeng 83%, 76% Pinrang origin isolates and isolate the origin of Maros 73%.Keywords : Beauveria bassiana, enzim kitinase, Spodoptera litura

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to develop humor-based teaching materials on environmental pollution material for class VII students who are valid and practical. This type of research is development research (R & D). The development of this magazine uses the ADDIE model. The ADDIE stage is analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. This magazine's evaluation was evaluated by two expert validators. The results of the evaluation of biological humor comics by expert validators show that the biology humor comics are valid with a value of 4.49 (valid). The practicality of the product obtained from the teacher's response with a value of 83% (practical) and the response of students with a value of 81% (practical). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the development of biological humor comics in environmental pollution material is valid and practical. Keywords: comics, humor, teaching materials

Abstract

Abstract. The type of research is research and development (R & D). The purpose of this research was to develop of Biological learning module based on Scale Process Skills (SPS) on material structure and function of tissue animal that is valid and practical for Senior High School students. The development procedure used in this study is the ADDIE model which consists of five stages namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection was done through the validation process of the learning module and questionnaire responses of students and teachers to the learning module. The collected data was analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that SPS of based biology learning modules were "valid" and "very practical". Valid because the SPS of based biology learning module developed has fulfilled the validity criteria in the valid category. The learning module is said to be very practical because students and teachers respond very positively to the learning module.Keywords: biology module, science process skills, structure and function of  animals tissue

Abstract

Efektivitas pemanfaatan modul jaringan pada tumbuhan berbasis pendekatan saintifik dan buku paket biologi dapat mendorong pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materi pembelajaran dan memberikan keseimbangan, melatih serta memperkuat kompetensi peserta didik dalam hal sikap, pengetahuan dan kemampuan secara utuh dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Kegiatan pembelajaran dapat berhasil dengan baik, apabila ada peran guru dalam proses pengajaran. Keberhasilan ini banyak bergantung pada usaha guru dalam membangkitkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, penting menciptakan kondisi tertentu agar peserta didik selalu termotivasi dan ingin terus belajar. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian Quasi Experimental. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh rombongan belajar peserta didik di SMA Negeri 9 Pinrang tahun ajaran 2020/2021 yang terdiri dari tiga rombongan belajar. Penentuan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket motivasi belajar. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan analisis secara inferensial dengan bantuan program aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistic versi 22 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (i) motivasi belajar peserta didik melalui pemanfaatan modul jaringan pada tumbuhan berbasis pendekatan saintifik berada pada kategori tinggi, (ii) motivasi belajar peserta didik melalui pemanfaatan buku paket biologi berada pada kategori rendah, dan (iii) ada perbedaan motivasi belajar peserta didik melalui pemanfaatan modul jaringan pada tumbuhan berbasis pendekatan saintifik dan buku paket biologi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pendapatan, perilaku konsumsi, dampak pendapatan, dan perilaku konsumsi masyarakat Kota Makassar dan Kabupaten Gowa selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, serta teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di dapatkan, (1) Analisis pendapatan masyarakat Kota Makassar dan Kabupaten Gowa selama pandemi Covid-19, menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan yang diterima masyarakat Kota Makassar dan Kabupaten Gowa mengalami penurunan drastis, hal ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yakni adanya pembatasan social atau PSBB di Kota Makassar dan Kabupaten Gowa sehingga masyarakat dilarang beraktivitas diluar rumah. (2) Perilaku konsumsi masyarakat Kota Makassar dan Kabupaten Gowa tak jauh berbeda, dimana sikap seseorang dalam membeli barang yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan atau keinginan, sedangkan perilaku konsumsi masyarakat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti lingkungan sekitar, pendapatan dan lain-lain. Serta (3) Pendapatan dan perilaku konsumsi masyarakat adalah hal yang saling mempengaruhi dan mem-berikan dampak pada kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to produce simulation scenarios for biology materials in Grade XI of Senior High School focusing on the mechanism of human blood circulation. The type of research used is R&D research employing the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The validity and simulation scenarios were assessed by two validated biologist experts from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) at UNM, using simulators and simulation scenario questionnaires. Based on the questionnaire data obtained, the validity of the simulation scenario is Va = 4.12, which falls into the "valid" category (3.5 ≤ Va ≤ 4.5). The practicality of the simulation scenarios was assessed by collecting data through teacher and student assessments based on a practicality assessment questionnaire. The obtained data showed an average percentage of all aspects at 87.41%, indicating a very positive teacher response to the circulation mechanism simulation scenario, while data based on student responses showed an average percentage of all aspects at 82.62%, indicating a positive response from students to the circulatory mechanism simulation scenario. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the simulation scenario for the human circulation mechanism is both valid and practical.Keywords: Simulation scenario, simulation method, 4D, validity, practicality
