Abstract

Tabungan Firdaus merupakan salah satu tabungan yang ada pada Bank Aceh Syariah dengan skema Mudharabah, tabungan ini mendominasi dibandingkan tabungan lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah persepsi nasabah berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah memilih tabungan firdaus, dan untuk mengetahui apakah minat nasabah berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah memilih tabungan firdaus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer (kuesioner). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi dan pengujian data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memilih Tabungan Firdaus pada Bank Aceh. Dengan nilai thitung > ttabel sebesar 2.180 > 1.984. dan minat secara parsial juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memilih Tabungan Firdaus pada Bank Aceh. Dengan nilai thitung > ttabel sebesar 5.933 > 1.984. Bagi bank diharapkan untuk lebih mengoptimalkan kinerja operasional dengan kemampuan dalam memberikan informasi, pelayanan dan lainnya.

Abstract

Jumlah pembiayaan dan omzet usaha perlu diperhatikan oleh UMKM dalam pengelolan keuangannya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah pembiayaan dan omzet usaha terhadap tingkat pengembalian pembiayaan Arrum BPKB pada PT.Pegadaian Syariah CPS Keutapang, Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari populasi 164 nasabah per Desember 2020, kemudian ditentukan sampelnya sebanyak 62 nasabah (slovin). Analisis data menggunakan model regresi logistik yang diolah dengan SPSS-v22. Berdasarkan uji in the Equation dan Omnibus Tests Of Model Coefficients diperoleh hasil bahwa variable Jumlah Pembiayaan dan Omset Usaha secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengembalian pembiayaan nasabah Arrum tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of gampong funds in the development of BUMG Amarabu, Simeulue Cut District, Simeulue Regency and the role of BUMG in the economic development of the community in Amarabu. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Informants consisted of geuchik, village officials, community leaders, BUMG administrators and the community. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the contribution of gampong funds in the development of BUMG, Simeulue Cut District, Simeulue Regency includes increasing the income of the BUMG itself through community economic efforts so that Gampong-Owned Enterprises are always active in carrying out their activities in Gampong Amarabu. The role of Gampong-Owned Enterprises in the economic development of the community in Amarabu, Simeulue Cut District, Simeulue Regency includes supporting the strengthening of community business activities in collaborating with various parties who have potential in the field of improving the Amarabu community's business. Accommodating and fostering the community in business activities so that it becomes a source of income that is able to foster motivation and innovation in the business world. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the relationship between gratitude and work engagement on employees of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Jantho Branch. The study used a quantitative approach based on primary data (through a questionnaire) with a total sample of 42 employees of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Jantho Branch with saturation sampling technique. Data analysis using Pearson Correlation test. The results showed that the relationship between the variables of gratitude and work engagement showed a positive and strong direction as seen from the correlation value of r 0.762 and there was a significant relationship between gratitude and work attachment to employees, with a significance value of p 0.00 < 0.01, the higher the gratitude possessed employees the higher their work engagement will be. Abstract

Mobile banking services answer all the needs of customers in digital transactions, but also have problems with the lack of service features offered, so that they are not in line with customer expectations. The purpose of this study is to reveal the effect of mobile banking service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank Aceh Syariah in Kuta Alam District. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results showed that the quality of mobile banking services had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, based on the coefficient of determination (R2) test, it was obtained at 0.400 which means that the variable (X) of service quality can partially explain the relationship with the customer satisfaction variable (Y) by 40% and the remaining 60%. , explained by other variables not explained in this study. Abstract

The existence of Mobile Banking has a positive impact on the user because it drives transactions easier. This study aimed to specify the effect of feature availability and risk perception on customers' wishes to use Mobile Banking at BSI KCP Ulee Kareng. This study utilizes a quantitative research method with a purposive sampling technique in the form of distributing 65 questionnaires to the BSI KCP Ulee Kareng customers and utilizing multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results show that the availability of features partially has an effect, while the other, risk perception, does not affect customers' wishes. However, the availability of features and risk perceptions simultaneously affect customers' wishes to use Mobile Banking. Abstract

Keputusan nasabah mengambil pembiayaan tentunya diawali dengan kesadaran dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi, kualitas pelayanan, dan prosedur pembiayaan terhadap keputusan nasabah mengambil pembiayaan konsumtif multiguna pada Bank Aceh Capem Kampung Aie. Penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan program SPSS. Teknik pengambilan sampel probability sampling jenis simple random sampling diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 84 nasabah. Hasil penelitian secara parsial hanya lokasi yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah, sedangkan variabel kualitas pelayanan dan prosedur pembiayaan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam mengambil pembiyaan. Namun secara simultan seluruh variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat.
