Abstract

This study wants to describe the influence of organizational culture on increasing employee motivation in Sumut Bank of sharia unit, North Sumatera. This research uses descriptive and verification methods. The place of research was conducted at Sumut Bank of Sharia Unit in North Sumatera. Considering the nature of this research is descriptive and verification, the research method used is descriptive survey and explanatory survey method. The type of investigation in this research is causality, which is testing the causal relationship between independent variables, intervening variables, moderating variables and dependent variables. The unit of analysis in this study is the employees at the North Sumatra Syariah Unit Bank in North Sumatra. The result shows that Organizational Culture on Increasing Employee Motivation in Sumut Bank of Sharia Unit, North Sumaterais perceived as less powerful to very strong. The highest average value on management indicators supports strengthening organizational culture, meaning that management always improves organizational culture as a support of the company's goals.

Abstract

This study aims at determining the intensity of Locus of Control, Employee Relations, Salaries and religiosity influence on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Mandiri Syariah CFBC Medan. The population involved in this study were the employees of PT. Bank Mandiri Syariah CFBC Medan which amounted to 65 respondents. Data collection technique was complished by spreading the questionnaire to 65 respondents which comprised of 19 items for everyone and it was divided into 3 independent variables and a dependent variable. Furthermore, the interview was held to whom that was considered important in completing the research data, then all documentations study in the form of research object literature as well as direct observation were conducted to directly find out the activities of respondents. In the F statistical analysis, the locus of control, employees relations, and religiosity were simultaneously led to a positive effect in improving the performance of PT. Bank Mandiri Syariah CFBC Medan Employee.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahu ipengaruh pendidikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Bank SUMUT Medan. Untuk mengetahuai pengaruh pelatihan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Bank SUMUT Medan.Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Bank SUMUT Medan. Perumusan masalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Bank SUMUT Medan.  Teknik analisis yang penulis gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskripti fmetode kuantitatif,  regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinan yang diolah dengan SPSS versi 20. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahuai bahwa pendidikan mempunyai pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT.Bank SUMUT Medan. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji t yang memperoleh nilaithitung X1 =  1,525 diterima pada taraf signifikan 5%. Pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Bank SUMUT Medan. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji t yang memperoleh nilaithitung X2 =  2,460 diterima pada taraf signifikan 5%. Pendidikan dan pelatihan secara bersama – sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan di PT. Bank SUMUT Medan. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji F yang memproleh nilaiFhitung sebesar 14,226 diterima pada taraf signifikan 5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of company size, and leverage against tax aggressiveness on automotive companies registered with IDX. So that the problems in this study do not extend, then this paper raises the topic of the burden of corporate size, and leverage against tax aggressiveness. This research is limited to automotive companies registered with IDX. In this study, the sampled companies are automotof sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study is from 2015-2018. The population in this study amounted to 5 companies. To determine the sample size that can represent the population, the selection of samples using purposive sampling method, namely as many as 5 companies This research approach is an associative approach with quantitative data types. The testing method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 21. Based on the results of testing and analysis shows that there is a positive and significant influence of tax returns on tax aggressivity, leverage has no significant effect on tax aggression, and the influence of corporate size and leverage silmutan on tax aggression on automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The problem formulation in this study is how intrinsic motivation affects the employee's career planning. How to influence professional commitment to employee career planning. How to influence intrinsic motivation towards employee performance. How to influence the profession commitment to employee performance. How to influence the profession commitment to employee performance. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation towards employee career planning. To know and analyze the influence of professional commitment to employee career planning. To know and analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation to employee performance. To know and analyze the influence of professional commitment to employee performance. To know and analyze the influence of professional commitment to employee performance. The samples in this study amounted to 82 employees. The data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and track analysis (path analysis).The results of this study explained that the direct influence of the intrinsic motivation variable towards employee career planning is 0.123. The direct influence of the profession commitment to career planning officers amounted to 0.338. Direct influence of intrinsic motivation variable to employee performance of 0.273. Direct influence of professional commitment variable to 0.518 employee performance. Direct influence of career planning variables to employee performance of 0.273. The indirect influence of the motivation variable is intrinsic to performance through employee career planning of 0.074. Effect of indirect variables of the profession commitment to performance through employee career planning of 0.141. The total effect of an intrinsic motivation for variable performance through employee career planning is 0.347. The total effect of a professional variable commitment to performance through employee career planning is 0.791.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect both jointly and partially between infrastructure, quality of human resources and work ability on employee performance at the Community and Village Empowerment Service (PMD) of Labuhanbatu Regency. This study uses quantitative methods with the type of explanatory research using primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were employees at the Department of Community and Village Empowerment (PMD) of Labuhanbatu Regency and as many as 52 employees were used as research samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple and partial linear regression using SPSS 24.0. The results of the regression analysis showed that of the three independent variables included in the regression model (infrastructure, quality of human resources and work ability). The infrastructure variable is significant at 0.016 so it can be concluded that infrastructure has an effect on employee performance (hypothesis 1 is accepted). HR quality variable which has a significant value at 0.000. So it can be concluded that the quality of human resources has an effect on employee performance (hypothesis 2 is accepted). The work ability variable which has a significant value is 0.007. So it can be concluded that work ability has an effect on employee performance (hypothesis 3 is accepted). The results showed that the variables of infrastructure, quality of human resources and work ability together had a positive effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the statistical results of the regression test obtained a value with a probability of 0.000 is smaller than (α = 0.05), it can be explained that infrastructure, quality of human resources and work ability have a positive effect on employee performance. Then the fourth hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The formulation of problem in this research how is influence of leadership on performance. How is influence of organization commitment on performance. How is influence of motivation on performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of bureaucratic leadership, training, work ability and quality of work life (QWL) on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of Labuhanbatu Regency. This type of research is Associative Research. Data collection in this study was carried out through a survey approach with quantitative descriptive research type by distributing questionnaires to 46 respondents, while the population used in this study were employees of the Investment and One Stop Service Office of Labuhanbatu Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis tool used in this study uses SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). Data analysis in this study is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using partial significant test (t test), simultaneous significant testing (F test), and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that partially (t test) it is known that bureaucratic leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The training variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workability variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Then the Variable Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services, Labuhanbatu Regency. In simultaneous testing (F test) it is known that Bureaucratic Leadership, Training, Work Ability and Quality of Work Life have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Investment and One Stop Service Office of Labuhanbatu Regency.

Abstract

This research paper explores the significant role of Generation Z individuals in the successful execution of the Generation Program Planning (GENRE) and its impact on shaping the family setup and lifestyle of the future. Generation Z, born roughly between the mid-1990s and early 2010s, represents a generation that has grown up in a technologically advanced and interconnected world. As they enter adulthood and become active members of society, understanding their influence on the family structure and lifestyle choices is essential for policymakers, educators, and families themselves. The findings reveal that Generation Z plays a crucial role in the implementation of the Generation Program Planning, actively shaping the family setups and lifestyles of the future. Their unique perspectives, tech-savvy nature, and emphasis on social and environmental consciousness influence the ways families function and interact. However, the research also identifies certain barriers to successful implementation, such as traditional norms, resistance from older generations, and socioeconomic disparities.Ultimately, this study sheds light on the Generation Z cohort's impact on the Generation Program Planning and its implications for family life. Policymakers and educators can use these insights to design more effective programs that cater to the needs and values of this generation. As Generation Z continues to grow in influence, understanding their role in shaping family setups and lifestyles becomes paramount for a sustainable and thriving society.

Abstract

Human resources in an organization are very important where human resources are needed in an organization for the progress of the organization. Employees are one of the components that determine the success of work activities within the organization. Serious attention must always be given to managing human resources, in this case employees. Work performance is the result of work that a person has achieved from their work behavior in carrying out work activities. In line with the development of the times and technology, one of the government agencies, namely the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA), East Aceh Regency, has long started making changes in implementing administration, work mechanisms and services with the aim of ensuring that the agency is able to maintain work performance. However , a phenomenon that often occurs in BAPPEDA East Aceh Regency is the low work performance of employees which causes the administrative service process to be slow and many problems often arise. The decline in employee work performance is due to the lack of employee work discipline. Another problem is the work ethic which is still lacking. low level can be seen from a lack of optimizing one's potential, lack of cooperation between employees, lack of optimizing the time given, lack of friendliness, lack of discipline in work, etc. Work discipline is the real practice of employees regarding the rules contained in an organization. An employee's career is a series of activities or behavior related to an employee's experience and work activities from the time he joins an organization/company as a new employee until the employee retires/is laid off or dies. To improve the work performance of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of East Aceh Regency for each employee, this cannot be separated from the work ethic, work discipline and career development that these employees believe in. Employee discipline is one of the things that greatly influences the the level of work performance of an employee himself. Career development is the process of increasing a person's work abilities which encourages an increase in work performance in order to achieve the desired career. Career development activities are supported by the agency, so the agency expects feedback from employees, namely in the form of work performance. Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda East Aceh Regency). Work discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on the work performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda East Aceh Regency). Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda, East Aceh Regency).
